Relaxing Station

My husband and I got a couples massage and we really enjoyed it! Very relaxing! Our massage therapists were wonderful. Also, the manager (Tia) was so welcoming, friendly and helpful! We will be back! Thanks again!

My boyfriend and I have become regulars! We normally get the incredible chair massages, but also really love the Thai stretch and foot massages! Highly recommended! Super welcoming and friendly staff, too! Love this place!

I came in on a Tuesday afternoon and I was quickly taken to the back massage area which was nice. Unfortunately when I was taken back I waited for nearly 15 minutes. Then during the beginning of the massage the two women doing me and my friend kept obnoxiously laughing and talking. I thought they would stop on their own, but they continued until I requested the woman focus more on my shoulders. Prior, the woman was focused more on talking and less on the massage. Then after I had addressed the talking it was almost as it made the woman angry, she started massaging my back super rough with her elbow. I understand that’s one of the techniques, but the entire time she was pressing her elbow into my back as hard as possible. Also there was a little boy right outside the room who clearly was bored and needed to be at school or a daycare. He kept laughing and screaming and the woman had to keep going outside to correct him. It felt like I only got 30 minutes of my hour massage because the women kept leaving out the room. Two days later and my back is worse than when I went in. This place has really went downhill and the massages are not quality. I do not recommend .

Husband and I did a couple’s massage!!! Fewwwf blown away , best massage we have both experienced! Julie and Kris were God sent , they knew exactly what we both needed . We weren’t expecting this at all !!! I am a Massage Envy member and they don’t even come close . The lady at the front is super nice and friendly ;)! Wish we had found them sooner. Everything was Perfect. Very Nice and Polite Receptionist. Atmosphere was relaxing 😌. I had 20minutes Foot/Leg Massage, and 10 minutes neck/back massage!! It was very good!! I will definitely be back ASAP!! You should go try for yourself too 😁!!

The entire staff was very nice and took very good care of me.

No professional techniques used. The only thing professional about the whole experience was the wonderful customer service from the lady at the door. I do not think these people went to any type of massage school for formal training. There was no standard draping technique used so all of my bare necessities were left exposed (uncomfortable). Basic effleurage techniques were not used either. It felt like abuse more than a massage. I left feeling more uncomfortable than when I arrived. I understand the typical soreness involved that one may get after a deep tissue massage and sometimes even after a Swedish. THIS pain that I feel? This is almost doctor worthy. I am on day two of pain relievers and I am still in pain. Never again…also overpriced for such inexperienced staff.

I had a lower back pain. I was in pain for more than 24 hours due to hard yard work. Then I went to relaxing station, explain everything. Oh my Lord, my therapist was so great , he pinned it exactly. After 30 minutes, I was relieved. It was my first time though, I go to sugarloaf mill regularly. I highly recommend this place.

My massage therapist was so attentive, in tuned with how I was feeling via my body movements. All around the best service and message I’ve had in a while. My dad went with me and he also loved his message too.

I enjoyed my experience with Wendy ! She made me feel so comfortable. I asked her to play smooth music I was so relaxed. I fell asleep during my massage. I will be going back again !!!

Excellent! Kris identified my problem area without me having to tell him and really worked it. The girl at the front is the sweetest ever. I always leave happy and energized. I can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend!

The service is awesome. As soon as you walk in, the environment is friendly and serene. Wendy is my go to person. She has a gentle yet firm touch. But overall, everyone is pleasant and ready to take care of your “relaxing” needs.

I had a thirty minute massage and felt like a new person when my time completed. I told my lady her hands were a blessing. Took away my headache and my extremely tight shoulders. My husband was very pleased with his as well. We will be going again soon. What a wonderful gift to give to yourself or spouse or friend etc.

I absolutely love this place. I have scoliosis and they relieve my tight muscles every visit. They all do great deep tissue chair massages. I’ve never done anything else with them.No clue why others are giving bad ratings. Maybe they can’t handle the deep tissue.

Relaxing environment and friendly staff! Their therapists are very professional and reduced my back pain. I purchased a gift card there as a present for my wife this past Christmas, and she loved it!!

I did 30 minute deep tissue massage and it was absolutely wonderful! This was my first time ever getting a real massage and i will definitely be back soon. Thanks!

Angie really knows how to help workout the kinks in my neck and upper back, she always ends with a nice hot towel and stones with dedicated scalp massage

Definitely didn’t enjoy this massage. Definitely not the fact that you’re forced to tip a certain amount. I’ve had many massages and wasn’t nothing like this.

Roughly a dollar a minute, plus tip... I think Ill visit every time I come to the mall! I might even start encouraging the wife to go shopping here just so I have an excuse to visit!
