After contacting Maria and explaining my situation, she guided me through the services they provide and offered some suggestions. I came in 2 weeks post operative not being able to straighten my ab muscles. The care, techniques of this place and how gentle they are with their clients helped me recover so fast. María gets me right every time I go see her. Would definitely recommend this place for lymphatic massages. Whatever you do, don’t wait until too late to start them after surgery. I should have definitely went 3 or 4 days after surgery instead of waiting 10 days. My body was tore up for real but like I said Maria got me together good. Thank you Maria. I go three times a week but if they have my time slot availability everyday then I go everyday. Love it!!

Prior to surgery, Lipo 360 + BBL , I had book marked this location. By the third day post op, I felt like my legs were going to burst of the pressure build up. I was stiff, miserable, and in pain. Luckily, I called, and they could see me the next day. Upon arrival, I struggled to get out of the backseat of my SUV and shuffled my feet towards the door. Immediately I was greeted by Maria and Jocelyn. The first massage was such a relief, I felt all the tension that was pulling me forward, release and lifted. I could stand up straight now. Maria offered me the package deals. After feeling the amazing results, I booked 10 plus free facial. The second visit here… I DROVE MYSELF !!! I couldn’t believe it! My mobility and healing was accelerating. I could see my contours/curves and also, I could feel my body shrinking back to normal. My faja even fit better. Today marks 10th massage. I am able to adjust my faja to the tightest, the 3rd hook! I may even need to get a new one based on these results. Maria is very knowledgeable of lymphatic drainage. She was my therapist for all of my sessions. Just enough pressure to give you a post “healing” soreness. Not painful at all. She is a Physical Therapist after all. Her caring and informative sessions are quite encouraging. Both her and Jocelyn always extend a personable welcome. I am so thankful to have found the solution to my transformation journey. I trust these girls hands, treatment and technique … my surgical investment is looking great!!! On to body contouring! I am convinced my results will only become more prominent. So my mom and I decided to go to a med spa on a whim and chose this place because they had availability at 11am and 2pm. We came in for the first appointment at 11 and Joseline told us she adjusted her schedule so she could take care of both of us that way we don’t have to come back later at 2. It was such a thoughtful gesture that really set the mood for the rest of the experience. Joseline took AMAZING care of us and is clearly an expert in her field with 11 years experience. I got a facial and my mom got micro needling. The establishment itself is extremely clean and so relaxing. All of the staff here is wonderful but Joseline especially, she is phenomenal!! We are so happy with the results we’re planning on coming back for more!

TEEN FACIAL LEFT DEEP SCARRING - I came for a teen facial a few days before prom. It was my first facial and it left me with deep scarring. I don’t even have bad acne. I had a few mask-acne bumps on the cheek and jaw line since I still wear masks. I now have scarring STILL nearly a week later that my mom has been spending $$$$ on to get rid of. Though there are good rating for facials on here, they are older reviews. PAY ATTENTION to the more recent reviews regarding facials. So many people are having a similar experience. It’s your FACE, be careful. I wish I had never come here.

Bella Forever Med Spa is the cleanest Spa Ive ever visited. Their staff is extremely professional and friendly. Their services are amazing and you get treated like a Queen. I recommend them 100% for ALL your Spa and Esthetics needs.Naty is my favorite massage therapist, Ive been going to her since February. Shes very professional and knowledgeable of her work. She takes her time with me and explains the process of each treatment. Shes packed with trainings and wonderful techniques from Colombia and USA which has helped me tremendously to contour my body. I recommend her 110% she an amazing professional.

The facial was not what I expected. I got the Bella signature facial. The extractions were really painful and I don’t have much acne, at one point I even told her do not continue with extractions. I don’t think the esthetician was prepping my skin properly or performing extractions correctly cause I definitely have scarring and broken skin. The esthetician also could not answer any of the questions I was asking her, and she didn’t talk me through the process as she was doing it either. I was hoping for a relaxing experience, but instead my body was tense during the entire facial due to pain and only 10mins when she left I felt relaxed when the face mask was on. Also there was no introduction, no information given about the products she was using on my skin, no questions at all about my skin either, I had to tell her I had sensitive skin. As she left and came to the room I didn’t see her change her gloves or wash her hands. I really wish I had a better experience. Do not recommend!!!

Bella forever med spa is a true blessing!! I’ve been using them a little over three weeks now. After getting a mommy makeover for lymphatic massages. All of the staff here are amazing and knowledgeable. They really make you feel welcomed and appreciated like family. I’m so glad I found this place.. I’ve been going here for 6 weeks now post op for lymphatic massage, and they are amazing! I love Josselin. She is super friendly and switches up the technique every time. 10/10 recommend.

I also had an uncomfortable facial experience that left scarring and marks. I’d been here before when there was a different esthetician and had a great experience, but unfortunately, had a very negative experience a couple of weeks ago. I purposely waited 2 weeks to share my review because I know that after microdermabrasion skin can be a bit sensitive. Well, 2 weeks later and I have deep scarring from where the aesthetician did extractions. There is a method to effectively doing extractions and while I agree they can be slightly uncomfortable, they shouldn’t leave deep scarring.

Lis and her staff are amazing! Im a frequent patron at the spa and always greeted with smiles and hugs. In addition, the quality of service is fantastic as well. Lis takes care to really understand your skin and plan treatment for it. The results that I have had within 6 months have been the most that I have experienced in my skin journey (and trust me Ive done just about everything)! Stop in for an consultation, you wont regret it!!

This location is amazing, the staff is great is very clean. I had Lippo and ended up getting fibrosis after 8 sections here my stomach is so much better thanks to Joselyn. She was very attentive, and made me feel comfortable she was aware of how insecure I was about the fibrosis on my stomach, and every section I had with her she made sure that hour she did everything to made my stomach better. I’m super satisfied with their service.

I started going to Bella Forever for Lymphatic massages after getting a medical procedure done. I wish I would have come sooner because Joselin is amazing!! She did massages like the therapists in Miami that I was used to. The person I originally found on Thumbtack was very mild in her strokes which resulted in more fluid retention. Now that I’ve been at Bella Forever for 5 weeks it’s almost 100% gone. I’ve also been doing Strawberry Lipo and their cellulite treatment. Believe me they work I see favorable results every time I go. They use top of the line equipment and have a very nice, tranquil environment!!

I’ve had so far 4 sessions here and I absolutely love it. Natalia is amazing and does an exceptional job when doing my body contouring she makes sure to take care of the areas that need the most attention. She is very gentle and professional.

I got a massage here one time before. When I arrived on 5/5 the pillow on the table had makeup on it.She said just wait I’ll change it. Came back the sheet had black marks on it. She didn’t change pillowcase, just sat it aside. And probably just turned sheet over. She then said she would change the sheet. She picked up the blanket. It fell on the floor and started placing it back on the table. Dirty. Nasty. I left won’t be back

I have been going to Bella Med Spa for my post-op massages. Joseline is amazing! I’m healing really well and my body feels good! I highly recommend them if you are in the Gwinnett area or surrounding and have had Lipo 360/BBL for your post-op care.

J-O-S-E-L-I-N is AMAZING!!!!! I recently got a lipo 360 and BBL and went to get messages from another place in sandy springs that was recommended to me. I still felt sore, swollen, hard in certain areas and over all did not feel better once I left so I searched for a new location and came upon Bella Forever. My very first visit, which was with Joselin, was a 360 difference. I felt WAAAAAY better about my service. Bella Forever is professional, clean, informative, and you can tell that they are experienced and want the best for their clients. I left feeling much more relaxed, less swollen, I felt like I had more mobility, and over all I felt like the message was beneficial (unlike the other place I went). I recommend Bella Forever to my surgeon and he took down their information and plans to recommend his clients to them as well. This place is great!

I have been seeing Joselin for a couple of months now and I must say she is absolutely incredible. After my microneedling my skin feels so soft and light. I recommend the microneedling to everyone.

I wouldn’t recommend this place.. Even if you are in the Gwinnett, post op, I would venture out to professionals in metro Atlanta. I’ve gotten a total of 6 massages, spent over $600 so this is a very honest review..My biggest issue is this business trying to get over on me as a client. MANUAL LYMPHATIC MASSAGES (which are suppose to be done by hand to help with drainage) are supposed to last for exactly 60 minutes per their website. I noticed, the first two times I got messages they were perfectly timed. The last few times, they got too comfortable, didn’t think I was self-timing, and my massage times decreased drastically. For $95 + tip, you expect to be completely satisfied, right?The last straw for me was the last time I got a massage, Joseline massaged me for about 20 minutes, used a cavitation massage for another 15 minutes — and then ATTEMPTED to let me sit under a red light for the remaining 25 minutes. Red lights do nothing for you when you’re only a few weeks post op. When I confronted her about the issue, she told me she was going to complete the massage afterwards. Which is a lie because she set a timer on the machine for 25 minutes. If you’ve been to this establishment, you know, after the red light treatment (which is ONLY intended to be 10 minutes) the treatment is over. This was confirmed by another massage therapist.Again, I wouldn’t go to this establishment. Their massages are not thorough. They will not snatch you, and their practices are shady. They also don’t take the time to build a rapport with clientele. I never felt like they cared about my post op process or concerns. Take the extra drive to a professional in the metro area.

Had lipo 360 in Miami September 30th first and last cosmetic procedure ever for me lol but for real. I had been trying to find someone to do my lymphatic drainage massages so the first person did NOT use any oils which made the massages very painful and uncomfortable. I had a lot of fluid buildup which caused a lot of hardening and it just wasnt what I needed and expected being these massages arent suppose to be excruciatingly painful so of course after the second massage I didnt go back. I found Bella Forever Med Spa and the have been nothing short of amazing, Natalia is who does my massages and she is awesome after the first visit I felt soooo much better, I have not had a headache and Ive finally been able to sleep so anybody who is looking for lymphatic drainage massages and knowledgeable, professional staff who cares please use them they will not disappoint.

I was referred to Bella Forever by a current client. I have been to massage therapists who didnt specialize in LDM in the past. The entire Bella staff assured me that they would take great care of me and thats exactly what they did! They made sure I was comfortable and was attentive to my individual needs. They can customize your service according to your individual needs. No cookie cutter service here. The place is clean. I surely am going to miss Orquidea and Marcela when I have to leave GA. Highly recommend!

I go here for my lymphatic massages I had a tummy tuck and 360 lipo Joseline is amazing I am in a lot of pain due to the aggressive lipo that was performed on me and Joseline works her magic every time. I love it here.

I came in for a 1 hour massage and a 30 minute facial. I confirmed with both the owner and employees multiple times and I still got shortchanged. My entire session lasted 1 hour, the massage was awful, and my skin looked more dull and tired after the facial. Would NOT recommend to anyone and am not going again.

I loved this place !! I went for a facial and to get my blackhead extracted. The environment is super smooth. Super clean, the ladies were very very friendly. The vibe was something elseee, I even felt asleep during my facial. I felt very relaxed, loved it and I am coming back!!

I am very unhappy with the filler and botox received. I spent alot of my money and Dr. Linda was so unprofessional and unclean.She put gloves on and I watched her touch the trash prior to injections. Then she took off her gloves for the botox injections and wiped my forehead then put the bloody gauze in my lap. *no gloves) The filler received after one week is gone and its supposed to last 1 year. I will NEVER come back to this facility. Please find a reputable injector and dont waste your time or money here.

This spa is relaxing and clean. The prices at Bella Forever is very reasonable and afforadable. Mrs O and her team takes great care of you and they even go the extra mile to ensure your comfort.

The worst service ever. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone unless you liked to ripped off. In the name of Microdermabrasion, they do stuff that are irrelevant such as cleansing, Scrubbing, steaming and everything last a min or less including the microdermabrasion procedure itself . The staff doesnt know English except the person answering the phone at front desk. Its better to pay same amount of money at a franchise like Dermani where a experience consultant can offer a better service than these folks who arent the professional.

Do not come here. The interior may be nice and the masseuse may be friendly but the massage definitely suck. I had for 60 minutes a deep tissue body massage. She just move her hands and pretend she is massaging. I dont know what shes doing at all.
