I can’t tell you how long I have been coming to this location, but I can tell you this, no matter who’s working, they’re always in good spirits, friendly, helpful, & giving me new information & ideas. I can honestly say, I have yet to be disappointed in their customer service & or the products I have been suggested. Ive been coming here for about 5 years. The staff is always friendly and the owner is awesome. If you need something they dont have, they will order it for you. Always check the device before you leave the store and they will replace it if its defective.

First time trying vape, dude there was chill really had good budget options there. Was asked 24 dollars for am vape elsewhere and ended up paying 16 dollars at this location rep+ chillest dude will buy from again.

Customer service is amazing for the most part. The owner could use some listening skills but the employees are great, knowledgeable and willing to share their expertise. Wide variety of product. I usually get vape juice and incense and am never disappointed. A little pricey but most of it is worth the money.

Best smoke shop hands down, best place to get all your smoking needs. Ive been coming for 3 years now and it only keeps getting better. Rahim the owner is very humble and the store always feels very welcoming! They have just about everything you could ever want! Juice, mods, coils, tanks, water pipes, hookahs and the list goes on and on and on! The staff here are very knowledgeable on everything and never hesitate to answer any questions I may have. Sydney the manager is always really nice and seems to know just about everything there is to know about anything! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

This place is legit! The prices are incredibly reasonably priced and they have sales almost all the time. Sydney has always been helpful and she pretty much reads my mind everytime I walk in;she always somehow knows what kind of juice I want. Francisco is super chill and knowledgeable about everything , he always makes me feel comfortable about coming in even though I dont know much about vaping and hookah product . These guys definitely deserve a raise or something. I make a 25 minute drive to come here just to see them.

Great place and wonderful atmosphere! There were so many different products in this store, it was like a candy shop for any type of vape heads. The guy who helped me, Andy, was very knowledgeable about all the products and provided wonderful customer service. He seemed like he cared about all his customers and even took down my number to check on me in the future. That right there told me it was stellar service he provided. The prices were good - things can get pricey, but the quality is up to par so its worth it.I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for smoking supplies!

Unhygenic. Sells opened packaging. Tried to complain about the opened packing and stain, was told it was normal. Said he can replace it for me, but guilt tripped me into keeping it. Im assuming this was a complain from a prior customer with my same concerns and I became the poor sap who ended up paying for it based on how quickly the salesman offered that specific package to me. Tossed it in the trash as soon as I got home. First and last time shopping here.

I want to love this place, but I have a few reservations. The juice selection is incredible. Theres near anything you want and if they dont carry it, they will order it for you. However, if you vape a 6mg, they dont carry it and will charge you extra to add nicotine to it. Plus their prices are a little high. Its a good place for something different, just wish they were more affordable vs other shops around.

The new girl there is sooo nice and very helpful. Went in looking for some shisha for my boyfriend and I was completely clueless on what to get. She informed me on what brand is good and what flavors to get. She has great costumer service! I will definitely be returning here.

The best service ever Sydney is the best she stay on top of everything. Honestly she is the person that holds this store together. Yall most come here to this place you will be amazed at how she can empty a room

Visited this place for the first time today with my hubby after visiting a different, unpleasant vape shop. We’re new to CBD and the guy who helped us was very polite and knowledgeable. He showed us all of our options and let us make a decision. No pressure, no rush, no attitude, just genuine customer service and a way better price. We all have choices where to spend our hard earned money, so be picky! If this works for us, this is the business that we’ll support.

Terrible experience. I attempted to purchase 2 products valued over $80, not much but higher than the average ticket at a smoke shop. I asked the man working (owner operator) if he would price match an item I found in the shop online a total $5 difference and he went off on me for wasting his time. A simple no would have sufficed. There were other customers in the store and thats how you treat potential patrons, shameful. I didnt ask him more than 3 questions during my visit and told him he could help others while I shopped. I purchase these types of products weekly and will never return to this shop. I would recommend you do not spend your money here.

EDIT: Good prices, good customer service. Side story: I left my wallet with a lot of cash in it there, the cashier somehow found my phone number and called me to let me know. No cash was missing!

Love this place, great choices of juice and mods. Sydney makes sure I have exactly the juice I want with unlimited tastings and also makes great recommendations. Have been a customer for long and we’ll be for time to come.

Out of all vape shops this is my go to. Their prices are decent, the employees are very nice and helpful, and their selection is great. They have Delta 8, shisha, pipes, vapes, vape coils, disposable vapes, CBD, and pretty much everything you can expect for a local vape shop.I honestly dont have any complaints.

Great location and stellar customer service!!! I am a frequent visitor of various smoke shops but nothing compares to 7 smoke shop. Andy and Rahim are both very knowledgeable and patient gentalman. Anytime I have ever had questions or needed help they were always available to assist! This is rare and the reason I give them 5 stars.

Rahim is great if youre buying something, but I came back to exchange a liquid, he had a problem with me socializing with a couple, saying I was hurting his business. If Im sharing information like I have 2 sub tanks just like those to someone and have the same issues, and theyd already talked to me about living in Hawaii and Florida, and was disliking the weather here, how am I hurting your business? I just spent over $80 in your store and you want to kick me out for talking? Thats the last business youll ever get from me. That was VERY rude and I liked how you didnt answer my question, Do you treat all of your customers like this?, with a come back saying Im hurting your business.Since Im being brutally honest, shop around before you buy your hardware (tanks, mods, coils, etc.) or your juice here. He is totally ripping you off!

I went here to get some knowledge about cbd and they were clueless. Kept pressurizing me to buy what I dont want or have knowledge about the employee had a attitude very rude not coming back ever went down the street to pinneaplexpress best place ever welcomed with a smile ,left me alone to browse but still was attentive and was knowledgeable to answer my questions and I was sold.bought for me a cbd juice and surprised they even had beer ,cigarettes,snacks gone keep going to pinneaplexpress thats my place now.

Every single time I go, the customer service is absolutely outstanding. Raheem is knowledgeable of all the flavors and devices. He takes to time to match every customer with what they need.

I like this place a lot because of the selection they have. I have purchased a few items from here while I do my laundry next door. The customer service is always great! Very friendly people.

Ive been in the vaping scene since the past 2 years, and frequent a lot of vape shops in the town. So far, this place has been my go-to place for everything. Andy is a good sport, knowledgeable about vaping, from top to bottom.And they carry all top of the line products that a person like me especially is always looking out for. Everything authentic, so yeah, prices are what they are supposed to be for authentic products.

Great place of business been going there since they opened have my entire family vaping now. Owner is great guy and they have great prices on mods and the juice is always stocked. They make every customer feel welcome.

A few weeks ago I spent the better part of a day visiting vape stores around the Norcross area and I was super disappointed in either selections, or price. Was about to go back home but decided to hit this place on the way back and I was blown away. The customer service, pricing and selection are all top notch. Bought a brand new Smok TPriv for at least 100$ less than what other stores were charging. (Yes, its real and still working great.) Anyways, I stopped by there yesterday and one of the guys remembered me. Down to what MG of juice I got last time. I cant recommend this place enough.

Spoke and Vapor has everything you need including Katrom. The prices are reasonable. Better than most other places around. Ask for Sydney and tell her Raja sent you. Shes is a cool person.

I just want to say that the customer service here sucks we came in to the store to see if he a flavor that we used to get all the time there the owner acted like he had no idea what we was talking about and said he had never heard of it before but I have gotten it there numbers of times and when we asked questions about mods and juices he just acted as if he didnt want to talk to us he would rather put cotton in his mod than answer a customers questions and said that our premium juice tasted like plastic and the reason why is probably because when he took the top off his rda his Coles were burnt and nasty ........

Excellent customer service. Im not a robot but I must repeat the sentiment of the other reviewers. This store has all your vaping and smoking products you could want and on top of that the owner is so knowledgeable about all the products. Cant recommend this place enough for smokers and vaping enthusiast.

I go here anytime I need juice. Bought my first vape from here Syd. She has always been a great help anytime me or my girl has come into the store.

It would be a 5 star but i got a defective battery and i had to take it up with the company....i just would have been happier if I could do an exchange or tefund and not have to buy it all over again.

Very knowledgeable staff been going here for years never let me down and if they didn’t have what I want they always kept a good replacement plus will get what you need if they aren’t currently stocked with it.

The environment is so chill! Great vibe and always playing upbeat music in the background. Staff is extra friendly and down to earth and actually KNOW what they’re talking about. Anything about the vapes, hookah, bowls, “water pipes” and more. They’ve got the widest variety of Rellos, vapor juice, and CBD I’ve ever seen! Might be small on the outside but damn, they have all kinds of stuff on the inside. I could go on but y’all should just stop by and see for yourself ;)

Customer services nice their disposable vapes 👎🏽 the point system is dope. But I wouldn’t recommend purchasing a disposable vape there.

I went to the store to purchase some non-nicotine hookah. The clerk assured me that the ones I purchased didnt have nicotine, but when I left the shop and looked at the ingredients it had nicotine and tar in one of them. I returned to the store to get it exchanged and the clerk told me they cant do it because I left the store. She claimed that it doesnt have nicotine in it and that they are required to label the package like that, but other hookah pack didnt have nicotine or tar listed. I felt dishonored as a customer and wont come back to this spot.

Waited 10 minutes to find out that they are over priced. You can go to pretty much any other smoke shop in the area and save money. If you go online you can cut the bill in half!

HUGE line of vaping/ecig products. As well as E_Juice. Worth the trip to check it out. Prices great as well, and great service. Also have store point reward system that offers great deals.Go see it all for yourself.

Great variety of juices and mods but it is lots of pressure, i tried looking at the juices for 2 minutes and one of the employees says “come on are you going to buy juice” and very overpriced, total ripoff, there was a vape i found online for $26 and they were selling for around $45
