Wow…can i just say, the vibes here are amazing. this is my first time going to this bloom and by far my favorite. i walked in and was greeted by Kobe , so very patient helpful and a respectful young man. he convinced me to try the hookah and i loved it. will be recommending to family and friends. thx

This is lately the best place on earth The best part was walking into the place. And it looks like a nice karaoke joint. You and your friends can chill it. The best part was to sell you very hard. Warming loving amazing person with a very bubbly warming inviting energy.I will come near and forward to this place just for the experience. This smoke shop is near by & I love stopping by to see what they have in store & may sit in from time to time for a real good hookah in a chill environment! Great shop & great group of workers.

Some items were as old as 2021, which I was hesitant to purchase but once I was told I’d receive a discount - it helped finalize my decision. ……Until I went to check out and all that was deducted was .10 cent!!!!!! (For something I HOPE they plan to discard!)I could’ve gotten at least half off. Will not return!!!

I loved the ambiance of the store the first time I walked in the door. The affordable pricing, friendly staff, great customer service, and ice hoses kept me coming back. I love that the hookah isnt harsh because that is something that has deterred me from returning to other hookah bars in the past. I love the vibe of the place. I hate how some hookah bars are more like bars (Mirza). I love how laid back the lounge is and love the music they play. This is definitely the place to go if you want to relax, hang with friends, watch a game, and maybe meet some laid back, like minded people. Give this place a shot! They are worth checking out.

The workers are friendly and truly make an effort for you to have a great experience. It’s a great place to just chill with your friends as they offer a variety of board and card games. I often see people study here, as well. The customer service is always great.

Went for the first time tonight and I must say the previous reviews are spot on. Amazing hookah prices and an equally amazing atmosphere. The workers there honestly make this place shine as well. Me and my brother were in need of some new pieces and stopped in to inhale for the first time. We walked in and heard the lounge in the background but couldnt see it. People were laughing and having a good time. There is a good vibe there. We were greeted by Drew, a long haired dude with a great attitude. He asked us what we were in need of and he answered all of our questions and gave his honest opinions that helped guide us to purchase items that got us more bang for our buck. I’ve loved this shop up until today. I went in to purchase a vape for pre-loaded cartridges. A young lady who I didn’t recognize showed me the cheapest one they have. I asked to see a better one, and she pulled out one more.I asked her to use my phone number for loyalty points and she said it was too late.There are a lot of stores around. I’ll find another.Edit: since the full transition to Bloom, I have been back. It is once again my favorite store with competent associates.

Nice employees but poor service. Asked a recommendation for a vape and mentioned specifically what I didn’t want. Employee recommended one and after I bought it I found out it was exactly what I said I didn’t want. Wouldn’t let me return but instead use it as a store credit. Ended up getting another mod only to find out later when I opened it that it was used, missing screws and parts were cracked.

I dont personally vape or anything but I run here for my fiancés vape juice and they are the only ones in the area with the kinds he likes. They are also really nice people working there. They dont try to rush you when looking at their wide variety of juices. I love the service here.

We moved to Ga about 5 months ago, and inhale was our first lounge we stopped at. It should have been our last! After having been to every smoke shop I could find with a decent driving distance to us, inhale was and is hands down the best. Everyone working there is VERY friendly and helpful. After getting to know our tastes, they have surprised us with some interesting mixtures. Its a relaxing environment, even during busy hours. 5 star rating does not justify their customer service. See for yourself you wont be dissapointed!

I go in for my Kratom about 3 times a month. They are always pleasant, knowledgeable and patient with me. I love that about them. The prices are a bit pricey but not to much out the other prices Ive found. They have better variety compared to the other Kratom selling shops Ive been too. Spend your $11-26 with them.

If youre just a vaper.. this is a head shop and yes, it had a very nice lounge. They are lacking in juice, however! Theyre open pretty late, which I found convenient, but are really lacking in the juice department. Nice guy helped me out, that was good. He never seemed in a rush and let me try several juices before I decided. It wasnt my type of atmosphere, but to each their own!

This place is by far the best hookah lounge/shop Ive ever been too, the people that work there are always nice and are the biggest help when you need to find something, the environment there is just great. You can just sit around and relax and you can even come to study, hang out with friends, and play some games. You could say its the hot spot to be! I recommend it to everyone to go here and try it out!

Wide variety of options for hookah, a nice and clean lounge. Only complaint about the lounge is that the seating was a bit uncomfortable, overall a wonderful lounge however. The shop had a wide variety of products and experienced and knowledgeable staff that were able to help me find a part I havent been able to find elsewhere.

Inhale has to be my favorite hookah spot in the area. I always have a great experience, Im a regular customer and they treat me like family. They have great selection of anything you need and the customer service (HUGE s/o to Jordan) is TOP NOTCH. If you havent visited Inhale yet you need to do so ASAP.

The shop has a lot of merchandise but if you come for the hookah its the best. Ive been to multiple different lounges and they all overcharge but dont back it up with a good bowl. There are tons of flavors and options! Plus the service is great!

Inhale is one of the few smoke shop/hookah lounges left in GA that is actually worth your money. Their prices are unmatched. The staff is very accommodating to your needs, they make you feel as if youre right at home. Most hookah lounges Ive been to always turn their music up really loud and 9 times out of 10, you cant have a conversation in there but thats not the case at Inhale. I smoke hookah pretty frequently and am very particular about my bowls but I dont think Ive ever left disappointed with my hookah. They have a wide selection of inventory in their smoke shop as well as various different flavors for hookah. Also, an added bonus is that they have PS4s set up at every seating area so you can also play video games while you smoke a bowl. l I highly recommend going there!

This is one of my favorite places to go to especially when I need to get away from everything. Johnny is awesome! He will roll out the red carpet for you and treat you like royalty from the time you step in to the time you step out. I truly feel like VIP when im there. And he treats everybody like that. Its such a blessing to watch. You can tell he truly enjoys his job and loves people. This is really what the world needs right now with all of the uncertainty and stress. Staff in the lounge are fast friendly and very attentive. Great hookah, awesome music, and spectacular vibe overall. The smoke shop side has the best selection of shisha, hookahs, glass and vapes in town. There isnt a single question that the knowledgeable and well trained staff cannot answer about their product.

Theyre always extremely helpful. Even ordered me the specific shishas I wanted that they didnt have on their shelves. All their hookah accessories are priced fairly. This is my definite go-to hookah shop.

I shop here very frequently and love this business. Samir and all of the other workers have a great attitude and always try to help their customers find something that they will be happy with. The hookah bar is reasonably priced and has great flavors.

One of the best Hookah lounges I have been to. This is always my go to for a relaxing day or if i need to finish work. Drew or Anjelo are the ones i prefer to make my hookah. The other workers are good to, but when these two make it, it is endless smoke. Plus they are always making sure coals are lit, while some of the other ones wait for you to ask. I highly recommend this place and they have another location on Pleasant HIll. The hookah prices are great, compared to the other ones where it is upwards in the $20s.

I love this place! I am relatively new to the whole vaping experience, but when I began to look into it back in December I happily found this place. They are the ONLY smoke shop that I go to or spend any money at. Every time I go, which is really frequently - they are always quick to greet me at the door, quick to help and offer any suggestions on products/services. The employees are friendly, knoweldgeable and genuinely interested in helping each customer to find what exactly they need and make sure that we always leave there happy. They are not like any other smoke shop I have been to. They offer really premium quality stuff at really reasonable and competitive prices. Its a cool place with a ton of inventory - tons of stuff that you wont find at many other smoke/vape shops. I love that I can go in there with a question and they will be happy to take the time to help me with whatever the matter is, even if its a silly question or a beginners lesson on something as basic as changing a coil. I never get the impression that they are only interested in the sale - they will always offer honest advice on products and really try to find you the ones that are right for you, what you are looking for and works with your budget - its not just a constant strive for the biggest sale, its about really anticipating the customers needs and then working to achieve complete customer satisfaction every single time. If you are spending $100.00+ or $2.00 - they treat you the exact same and make you feel equally important to their business. Thats a rare and cool find in a retail store.I truly love going here! I think that anyone who enjoys any of the things that a smoke shop offers would absolutely do themselves a favor to come here! They have crazy huge inventory, always have what you need in stock (and they are more than happy to order anything that you need that for any reason they dont have in store at the time). Its a cool lounge as well - a great place to sit back, relax, enjoy vaping/hookah/chilling with friends in a cool envrionment. The best part is that you can smoke what you buy right there in their lounge and watch a game or play one. This is definitely my go to spot now.

I had such an amazing experience at Inhale! This was my first time buying a hookah, so Jordan & Angi we’re very helpful and patient with me. They recommended many flavors and have endless amounts of inventory. If you’re looking to buy a hookah during quarantine and live in the Gwinnett area, this is the place to go! They also have a store on Pleasant Hill Rd incase that’s closer.

So I went here because couple of guys talked about how they played PS4 games here and stuff. So a lounge that offers hookah and gaming, that is so thoughtful and awesome. So we went in and ordered 2 hookahs and asked if we could play the PS4 and the guy said the remotes are charging. We were there for like 2 hrs and we kept asking to play the games even tho nobody was sitting at the place where they have that PS4. The guy kept making up excuses about the console. The hookahs were pretty good though, but I only went for a different experiment (hookah+gaming). But instead I got the same thing I could get at any other hookah lounge.

Really nice place. New floors look great. Staff is super cool. Only complaint is that they removed the dunking hoop. I wanted to give Angi the work. Still the best hookah place in the area.

I was there 2/3/19 and I wasn’t able to go inside because I had my 6 month old daughter with me.. I was in desperate need of vape juice so I called the shop from their parking lot just to see if they could do the transaction for me while I stayed in my car.. and let me tell you! Jay was AMAZING! He told me to hold on because he was busy, ok no problem, and he came out, took my ID, credit card, and my request of juice and it make it happen!! I am sooooo thankful for Jay because as a mother who doesn’t get much “me time” he made my day just by helping me get my juice! This place as a wide variety of flavors and I have never had any problem what so ever! I’ve been to several vape shops and this one by far is the best all around!Came back today (2/7/20) and Jordan helped me in the same situation! Needed a coil desperately and he came to save the day! Best customer service EVER!!!

Honestly, not your typical Hookah Lounge experience. Usually when you walk into a lounge the people that work there are usually your typical hipsters who couldnt tell you much about the product and make up lunar stories instead. I usually dont pay them mind. Its different at Inhale because the customer representatives actually know about the product their selling in depth and are not satisfied till you are. For example, find the correct tank for my Kanger Tank. I would like to also mention that their inventory is vast and covers a large portion of the most popular brands and products. There is actually a sense of community there, as in you are not going into the shop to meet a guy with decaying teeth, but instead sociable professionals who we all can relate too. Inhale also has a variety of activities and the best hookah flavors so youll never be bored. Definitely one of my favorite kick backs. 5 Stars for showing up all other smoke lounges! Big ups to Inhale!

Staff knows how to actually pack legitimate bowls and regularly make sure it is hitting properly. Jordan makes the best bowls known to mankind. 10/10 highly recommended. I wont to to any other lounge in the Lawrenceville area!

Best Hookah Lounge EVER! Very chill. They have multiple tvs for sports entertainment and more. Even have different card games a jenga to occupy groups. I go here after a long week of work and just kickback. Great place to be alone, chill and write, catch up on some shows, or just enjoy the music and vibes. Right when I walked through the door I felt an atmosphere like no other. The employees made me feel at home and the service was top shelf just like their products. The service was way above par and to be honest unexpected. Ive been to a few lounges and I almost always expect to over pay for over price amenities and service but this place, this heavenly buddies house feel of a place, was just outstanding. I loved it. I was so pleased and elated with their service that I asked if they accepted tips and they politely said, No we do not, hospitality is just part of the policy :D but thank you. Were glad you enjoy. Terrible service. Salesman named Drew didnt know anything about the products he was selling. Bought a vape from him he said didnt need a battery drove home vape didnt work drew assured me that i just need to charge ot for a hr. Still didnt work. Came in the next day and the first thing the manager said before even saying hello was NO REFUND I CANT HELP YOU. The vape needed a battery...the ppl here dont understand the products avoid going here at all costs. The new shop i go to is avail vape its 100% better and you can actually sample the flavors before you go.

Cool place with chill music. Great place to stop by with friendly and not pushy staff. There are card games and game systems available as well as sports playing on every tv. The smoke shop also carries a lot of good glass.

Inhale offers it all! I started going mid last year and I havent switch hookah lounges since. Inhale offers anything and everything you need from a smoke shop from Killa glass pieces to any type of juice/flavor for vapes. Hookahs have a variety of flavor selection, most I have ever seen. Earlier today I bought 5 coils and a juice totaling 50 plus dollars. I bought my mod there before, my juices, my coils, my tank and today was the first day I ever bought something I didnt like. It was a juice called Lychee and it taste like it was from an erosol can. The sales person recommended the flavors but he didnt force me to pick that one. My problem is that they have no exchange policy for the ones you cant sample and this was a waste of 30 bucks and that is bull ish. So I will be taking my business elsewhere, not because of the shop but because of the dumb policy. Everywhere else you can try before you buy except here and today I got burned and with all the business I gave to them in the past. Charles Cobb

Probably one of the chillest places ever. I come here to study and its just has a nice, chill vibe. I put in my headphones and get in my zone. The people working there are super attentive. Whenever I need to buy new stuff for my smoking needs they are super helpful and knowledable about every product.

I had a great experience, Lo made the setup for the hookah super simple and fast and even gave me his personal preference on tobacco flavor and peach gummy is one of the best flavors really good recommendation, they always hook me up and always listen to what I want instead of shutting me up and telling me what I should do like other stores, overall a really good experience!!

Its a really laid back and relaxing lounge type of place with an accommodating and chill staff. And you can find anything you need when it comes to vaping/smoking accessories. I enjoy going to this smoke shop very much.
