I love this store and it’s one of the best smoke shops in Gwinnett hands down. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable on their products. They sale a lot of good products like mellow yellow and always get new products that I have never seen on their shelves. Jay helped me today and she was very helpful and very nice. She knew all of their products and helped me out today.

Customer service was absolutely terrible. Walked in and wasn’t greeted. Standing by what I already knew I wanted to purchase the one employee in the building continues talking to this customer and taking out numerous bowls while I am just standing there. It’s one thing to be helping somebody but it takes a second to greet somebody and say I will be with you shortly or even just ring up my quick sale then go back to the difficult customer who want to compare every bowl in your shop. I won’t be back to give this company another dollar, I’ll go back to xhale city!

I will continue to shop at cloud 9 as this is my favorite store. Everyone is else at the store is super nice except for the morning lady Alissa. I have had problems with her multiple times with her just being irrational and rude to customers that aren’t just me. i changed my phone number and needed my account switched to my new number and she also messed that up resulting in me loosing my reward points. overall good experience but she just needs to get it together.

This Cloud 9 is not my local shop, but I am willing to go out of my way to come to this location because of the friendly workers and knowledge they provide about their products. Everytime I am in there, no matter who is working, whether its Mitchell, Sahara, or any of the wonderful people there. I know Im walking into a positive environment full of people who really know what they are talking about. These guys helped me out and answered all my questions about a recent purchase of a pipe and some accessories. I will be coming back here for ALL of my upcoming needs.

The atmosphere here is phenomenal ! Went in for some delta 8 and got the luxury of looking at the cool starwars graffiti as i checked out. Every employee seemed very knowledgeable on the products i was looking for. Top of the line crew.

The store itself offers a good array of different products and staff is nice. Sometimes it gets too busy and wait times are long but that’s understandable. I just wish the sale items were more clear as to what you got for how much money. The vape juice selection could be better with more premium e-liquids. Either way, a good place to shop.

Went to this shop today because I was around the area I never had gone to this shop but I got to say best vape shop I ever been to they are stocked on everything great staff very outgoing and friendly store it’s clean. They had freaking exotic snacks and drinks which was awesome!!! Had one of the best experiences at the Cloud 9 down the road from my house last night, we went in to get our friend who doesn’t smoke and needed something to pass her time while hanging out with us some CBD gummies. The staff was super helpful and friendly we ended up hanging out in the store for a whole hour having great conversations. The variety of glass is astonishing, and reasonably priced, shout out to Philip for helping me pick out the first “water pipe” for my new apartment. We’ll definitely be back for years to come!

Buyers beware!!! They don’t stand behind the products they are selling. I went to the store to buy raw paper and I complained that raw paper burnt too fast. The man working there recommended a new product that was supposed to be better than raw. The product name is king palm. This product is extremely harsh and is possibly extremely dangerous to smoke. I called that same day stating that the product recommended wasn’t good. The assistant manager told me that basically “too bad”. He wouldn’t do the right thing and switched out an unpleasant product that was recommended by the store.

Best vape shop around. Guaranteed. I enjoy the d8 products, the elfbars are great too. The people there are funny and friendly, and so helpful
