The worker here was sooooo amazing and very helpful. She pointed me out to new brands of Vapes that I didn’t know were even a thing, much less tasted good. They even have new Squid Game brand vape that I bought and it’s now one of my new favorites.

I usually dont write reviews but I had such a terrible experience that I need to. I walked into this shop and was not greeted. Usually when I walk into smoke shops, they greet me and ask if I need anything. The person working was on their phone ignoring me. I looked around for what I needed but they had a pretty poor selection. I asked the worker if they had what I was looking for and was ignored. I asked again and they looked at me annoyed and said no in such a rude way. I asked if they had something similar. They rolled their eyes and got up, as if helping a customer was too much work and showed me something similar. I asked how the product worked and if it had details of the product that I actually wanted... they were clueless! Like how can you work here and not know what youre selling?? I told them I would keep looking. They sat back down and went back to their phone. A few min later, as i was looking at a different product that seemed interesting, the phone rang. Im assuming it was another coworker because they started asking how much they (probably another smoke shop in the area) were selling some of their products. I then watched the worker get a pricing gun and start changing some of their prices. I then left because thats just so sad that you have to steal another stores prices and also be rude and ignore your customers. And the lack of knowledge???? Pathetic. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Met the new owner. She was really nice and informative. Great service, good prices, & most importantly awesome quality! They exceeded my expectations! I’ll definitely be a regular here !!

I rarely write reviews, but this business and it’s owner deserves recognition for providing me with one of the best customer service experienced ever. The prices are lower than surrounding vape shops. The vape that I purchased had problems. She went out her way to help me troubleshoot the problem. The device continued to be problematic. Ellie offered an exchanged or refund no questions ask. The owner cares about their customers! I highly recommend this location.

If I could put zero stars , I would. This is under new management and I don’t know what happened to the manager but I haven’t seen her recently and since then the customer service has been ABSOLUTELY horrible. The new owner seems so full of her self and doesn’t have ANY knowledge in the industry. Ruined the media pages, and doesn’t care about clients at all. What business owner that is actually a good one has her friends post good reviews for her? What business owner admits to that to a customer?!?

This shop is definitely one of my new favs for sure! Its nice, clean, easy to find, great customer service and the prices are very reasonable. Elaha introduced me to a vape juice brand I had never seen or heard of anywhere. I LOVE IT!!! I only intended to purchase 1 bottle but ended up purchasing 2 lol. Thanks Elaha! I had a very good experience here. The owner was very nice and helpful. Right now they have a deal going, if you spend $50 or more you get a free disposable pop vape device. I will definitely come back!!!!!

The girl that was taking phone on 10/19 7pm is extremely rude and dumb, doesnt know anything, speaks so low, doesnt even listen clear and understand it wrong. I ask her same question 3 times and all diff answer. She has disgusting behavior and attitude, this girl does not take her job serious. When I told her Im gonna do bad review. Suddenly she was very alert and speak very clear, and gave me straight forward answer. So clearly this girl was not feeling it at all just waste My time and energy.

Happened to stop by this shop, and I was amazed by the customer service provided by the new management team, and Ellie. They have a great vape, disposables, and Kratom selection. Prices are very good, and cheaper then most smoke shops. This is my new go to smoke shop in Gwinnett.Thank you ladies will be back soon, keep up the good work.

This is the cleanest and most organized smoke shop I’ve been to. They have a great variety and the owner Ellie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made it a great experience overall. I can’t recommend this place enough

Only been here one time but I can say that my experience was a good one. The girl that works there now recommended me a certain product and I like what she recommended Probably will go there to buy some more.

Terrible selection of vape juices. Only one small corner of the store with a couple small shelves about 1/4 full with their entire inventory of juice, none of which will be the juice you want.
