Small space but huge selection. Largest CBD selection I’ve seen around here, unfortunately the one brand they don’t have was the one I was looking for. I’m trying their house CBD instead. Great prices on hand blown pieces. Lots of accessories too. Staff was helpful and made me feel comfortable. If the juice is good I’ll be back.

So I am/ was a regular customer but I’m good on the return of me going back there. I understand that your store has been through some things I saw on the next door app that they’ve been robbed but that doesn’t have anything to do with common courtesy. Please don’t approach me with “yo you gotta turn your hat around or take it off” I am a grown adult and there is away to speak to people. Your security person needs training on courtesy and respect. But at any rate you’ve lost a customer in me and my family. We will patronize another smoke shop.

I purchased an item for $40 and it quit working on me in less than a week. Ive been a long time customer here and have always received good service, and good products. But when I took the item back to the store and explained how it just doesnt work, the manager gave me NO SERVICE what so ever and did not stand behind his product. I wasnt even looking for a refund, just simply for him to swap out the defective product. He refused because it had been a week and anything could have happened.... he basically accused me of dropping it or breaking it myself. Which of course I didnt, but either way, thats ridiculous for this item to last only a few days even if I did drop it.... Ive had this same product for almost a year now and have dropped it a bunch of times and it still works just fine. The manager could have simply gave me a non defective one and damage out the other one. The store would have gotten credit for it...So I just gave them $40 on a product I was only able to use for a few days 🙃 Not coolBad Customer Service

I shopped at smoke and toke duluth and was sold a defective product. They don’t offer exchanges or refunds even though they’ve admitted to knowing the pens are defective. I left a review. In response they’ve been leaving my business fake reviews. Everyone should know the typeOf people that run this establishment. All they had to do was contact me to rectify the issue especially after admitting the selling defective products. I have cameras that can confirm none of the people reviewing my business have been in there and will be taking this to small claims court. I’ll also be contacting the better business bureau.

I live in Ft. Lauderdale FL and everywhere I looked was out of what I get so I went on google and found Smoke and Toke. They are absolutely fantastic I order online it’s the easiest thing to do for me. Their prices are so affordable. Their customer service is so pleasant and the girl there when I call is so sweet! All around great place and fantastic and professional people! 5 stars across the board from down south!!

This is by far the best vape shop I have been too, they have great selections! Yes the prices are a tad bit higher than others (by like $5) but it’s all about how they treat their customers! They are the kindest people and they answer all of my questions and know exactly what I am looking for! Emily helped me with my vape and the other girl who I cannot remember her name but she helped me on my exus pen! This place is the one to definitely go to!

Nicw friendly environment lots of choices, however top shelf products are overpriced and than marked down with the allusion of a 20 to 25 percent discount. The discount is than cut to average price... Great marketing but not worth my gas.

I asked how you telling me it’s old when it says a week and it’s just now Friday. She says because she sends them out. Well then she wanna say I get an attitude. I wonder why. Poor customer service and false advertisement. I will not be going back.

Bought a bb tank on the 28 and after one day the piece where you screw the cartridge in broke. Manager wasnt there so o had to come back the next day just to here he cant do any thing. Do not buy anything here because once it leaves the store they are not responsible. Smh horrible service do not come here

I give them NO STARS!!!! i came in not really knowing what I needed to vape they were really nice and talked me into a SMOK STICK I got it home took it out read all directions and even watched a video on youtube, as soon as i put the vape juice in it IT STARTED LEAKING!I WENT BACK IN LESS THAN 20 HRS AND THEY REFUSED TO REPLACE IT.!! Now yes it says no return BUT YOU EXPECT WHEN YOU BUY A PRODUCT IT SHOULD AT LEAST WORK RIGHT ONCE CORRECT??And to top it off SMOK DOES NOT WARRANT THE TANK!!!EXPLAN THAT 1!!!!!
