Broke my Smok baby 80 went to replace it and was talking to one of the workers saying I bought this one from you last week dropped it and it broke it but really liked it would like to get the same one. Bought my replacement walked to my truck realized this wasnt the one I wanted. Great selection. Found some really nice ladybug pieces, but the staff sucks. To be honest, the staff at all locations isnt very helpful. Theyre not interested in answering to many questions and their knowledge of the products is minimal. Im glad I stopped in, but probably wont go back

I’ve lived in the area for about 3 years and have frequented this location often. In the beginning, I didn’t always have the best experience with customer service, but that has drastically changed! This is now the only vape shop I will go to. They have a huge selection of D8 and other products. Elizabeth and Kat are such kind and amazing women, I honestly look forward to coming in and seeing them every week! They alone make me want to support this business! Patrick is also wonderful, knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions I have. 10/10 would recommend this location 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Steven (cool guy with pony-tail) is always SUPER nice to me and everyone I’ve seen him interact with. Very knowledgeable about all things in store and helpful as well. Excellent customer service and cool guy all around!

Jonathan was very helpful with finding me the right piece and getting me set up with all the tools that I would need. He answered all the questions that I had for him and was very informative about the products I was looking at. I’ve been here many times and it’s always been a pleasant experience with all of the staff.

I had all intentions in making a purchase today so I came to the store . 3 people working and instead of helping me out they kept their conversation going. Not one question about my interest in any of their products . I saw a few pieces I liked but no one cared enough to tell me how much it cost . This place must be a nonprofit since they dont care about selling .

Great place to get anything for your vaping needs! Awesome customer service. Ill definitely be coming back! I love the loyalty program they have, just let that rack up and youll have lots of in-store credit to use! A little pricey on the hardware, but pretty decent on juice. Highly recommend.

Love these people. They are so helpful and they stay in good communication with their other locations so if they are out of something at the store you are at, theyll find out where you can get it fast. Just good service.

Everybody always takes great care of me at this store! Its the only location I go to unless they are out of something, then I am forced to go to another location. I am always in and out due to them knowing what I need. Ive been to many other vape stores in the surrounding area and this store is by far the best!

I normally love coming to this store, but recently this xhale has been a disaster. Jonathon was the one helping me, I believe he’s the new manager and he was very rude and unprofessional to the point of where I didn’t even want to buy what I came in for. I was about to get a Puffco but after the way I was treated, I took my money to a different Xhale. He was acting like I was a bother and wasting his time when I was simply trying to learn about the product as I didn’t want to drop a large amount of money without knowing a-little about the product first. Will never go back to this Xhale ever again. Employees were knowledgeable and helpful, but I will still be going to new location from now on.

Been a customer for a long time and usually they have a good deals but, staff became unhelpful recently and you don’t feel like welcome in the store or even they want to get you the stuff of the shelf, talking about the night shift when i usually go.

Was told about the big sale last week in a store visit and that the first 8 people get a free gift and the store would open at 8:30. The employee opened at 8:45, let in the first 8 people and said the rest of us could come in after they were done shopping. Another employee pulled up, we asked if we could at least stand inside until the first 8 were done because it was very cold, he said he’d talk to his boss. 5 min later he comes out and says we just have to wait until everyone is done shopping and that it would be about 9:30 they would let us in. So at 9:35 when the first 8 were out of the store, my friend asked if we could come in now. We were told not until 10. My friend stated that he told us 9:30 originally, the employee said he didn’t say that and after a little back and forth, he told us “you all can f*cking go, we don’t need your f*cking business.” We decided we definitely were not going to give the store our money. As we were getting into the car, the female manager (I assume she was a manager) started to let in the people who decided to stay in line, said that we (my two friends and I) were not allowed in the store and locked the door behind the people she let in. Then made a few others wait outside until 10. First of all, this is the worst customer service. For an employee to blatantly lie and then use profanity saying the store doesn’t need our business, it’s completely unacceptable ESPECIALLY when we continued to wait after being told twice that we could enter the store after the first 8 people finished shopping. Instructions on how this was going to work should have been made clear from the beginning. If the employees were not going to let anyone else in until 10, that could’ve been communicated up front and we could’ve waited in our cars in warmth until then. Extremely terrible customer service, and if the higher ups think that was an acceptable way to treat their customers, to have us waiting outside in the cold, giving false information, then this is definitely not a business I will continue to support.

I love this vape store, they always have sales and usually have a large stock of vapes and juices. However I might start using another shop, because the customer service is pretty terrible. Everytime we walk in the store Laura just yells “WHAT DO YOU WANT.” Shes unhelpful, short, rude, and makes it very clear she can’t wait for you to leave.

Used to go to the BP next door for delta until they ran out, luckily this place has everything! The staff is very friendly, funny, and helpful! Good luck leaving without buying something!

This is my favorite vape shop by far, they actually stay open pretty late as well. Choices galore. I didnt catch her name but the girl behind the counter was about the most helpful friendly person Ive ever met in a vape shop. Very refreshing. Love the hours.

Ive been coming here for 2 years now and the last 2 times the service was horrible and they had nothing I wanted or was looking for, the prices keep going up and the selection keeps going down, the counter guy was to busy talking to his buddy to pay attention till I asked, i probably gave you guys a much better review previously but not now. Sucks to, it was a good store!!!

I went into the shop tonight with my back hurting. Phillip had this big smile on his face like always! He ask how I was and just having someone care enough to ask made my day. I told him about my back. He recommended Delta 10, Biscotti. It’s an Indica and he said this would help me with the pain and help me sleep. I am a regular at Xhale City and I feel like family. Phillip helped me. He even had me open the cart to make sure it worked. He is such a nice guy! Always so helpful! 😊☺️

This place has horrible customer service and the manager is very rude. Bought a new pod system for salt nicotine and it quit working and fell apart the first day. Took it back and before I could even explain what happened she cut me off and said “we don’t do any refunds or exchanges period. Send it to the manufacturer.” What the heck happened to customer service? Don’t use this rude unprofessional vape store. The manager looked like she just woke up and wouldn’t even get up to greet me at the counter. Too many other vape shops around who want my business and are happy I’m in there store. This place I guess could care less. Buy a $100 mod and find out it doesn’t work and bring it back and be told, no refunds or exchanges, period! Not me, not my money, not my time. Ever v

Was a brief visit. They didnt have what I initially came in for but settled for something else. Staff was helpful to an extent but seemed like they had better things to do than help me.

Finally found my smoke shop! I had gone to the one over by the McD but they were incredibly rude. Went over to these guys and they were so helpful and really knew their stuff. If they dont carry something, they can usually get their hands on it. And if they dont have what you need, they are willing to give you a list of places online and in the area that can help you out. Best shop ever!

Spent some time here shopping around and the entire team i met was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly for whole thing. A+ establishment with a very large selection of vaping and smoking items, accessories, clothing and miscellaneous items.Highly recommended if youre looking for a one stop, friendly shop!

This place was my go to vape shop but now since the manager moved stores, no one answers the phone and we get sent home with wrong stuff. I know what kind of coils I need for my vape but the guy that has been there the past couple of visits has argued and told me that another brand is better and not to get the kind I usually get. The coils I was given were for a mini and burnt out very fast. I took them back and asked him to give me the ones a asked for and he was very rude and sarcastic as he tossed them In my direction. I will not be going back to this location.

I brought a cookies hhc blunt, but I think it overcharged and went back to see if it could be exchange or something else because the package is seal brand new but I was told there is no way, I understand you policy but you should know when to do exchanges or returns we all made mistakes at times but you should be more reasonable when it comes to this issues and not leave your clients with no other options, it looks like you care more about you money than customer satisfaction, like I said is brand new just brought it last night it not even 24 hours, very disappointing.

Honestly great shop but the manager is arrogant i have personally seen employee morale go down do to unprofessional management has potential to be great company and store but management does not act professional and i have personally experienced it and have seen 2 former employees leave due to jonathan the new manager

I moved locations and the xhale on Lawrenceville hwy was way to far from me, so when i found this location i was super excited!! The store is well organized, plenty of options, and its HUGE! Jordan helped me and was quite informative!! Jordan even gave me some suggestions on vape juices. I tried the one he recommended and it tastes phenomenal! Thank you so much jordan!!

I love the variety this shop has but they are NEVER open on time. Its 10:40 now, they were supposed to open at 10 and still no one is there. Very frustrating, if you planning on going to the store they typically open 1.5 to 2 hours after the listed opening time.

Xhale is always my number one smoke shop to go to. Not only do they have a variety of everything from vapes to bongs but they’re always so stocked up. Brai always goes out of his way to makes sure that everyone is being attended to, best smoke shop employee I’ve ever met.

This place is great! Great people and very friendly environment. They have a very wide and diverse selection, I recommend going here and checking it out! Theyre always upgrading as well.

I came in to buy CBD and I was very disappointed. When I first walked in the store no one greated me and I was the only person there. Okay cool, whatever dont say hi but when we did speak no need to be short.I was interested in getting CBD and it was very expensive first off. When I tried to ask whats the difference in brands I just got a run around answer. It was clear there wasnt much product knowledge on this product.I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of stores in the local area that do a better job than this.

Says they open at 10am and its now 10:35 and theres already a sign on the door saying be back in ten. I only had a 15 minute break and i spent 10 getting to this store. And i couldnt even get in. Wont be back here ever again.
