Not terrible, but not the best area, a LOT of people just mulling throughout the parking lot and along the main street, maybe its just because its 5pm though.Person was nice, but didnt know their stock or what I was talking about. Store was clean.Sorry, I dont really want to browse through NIB thrift store organization in the hopes there may or may not be something with the features I want. Its not like you can tell anything at all from the simple name and photo on the boxes.Honestly couldnt tell how wide the variety was, it looked more like multiples of fewer things laid out next to each other to look like theres more than there is.

Having been to the other 2 locations it seems they all have 1 thing in common. They’re all professional and friendly from the moment you step in the doors! Great selections of products and great prices too. So far it’s my go-to spot when I’m in need. Thank you again!

Theres no sign stating to ring a doorbell to get in. The place has shady people all around and they expect you to wait outside until they answer the door! Dont waste your time, there are better smoke shops around where you dont have to be scared of catching a stray bullet.

They probably have what you need but they know nothing about what they are selling. Asked basic questions about the dangers they were selling like what there made out of the only answer they had was glass had to read the box to get the info I needed

Almost like he doesn’t know what he’s selling. I came in trying to get a set up didn’t go as planned. I was sold equipment that doesn’t properly fit together. Money is not an issue, that’s why I came to get quality product to begin with. Simply would’ve preferred after making my investment that everything would fit together. If you are buying, know exactly what you’re getting. Don’t expect to be sold something good because you can afford it. I was trying to pay for a good experience I was rather sold an experience.

The positive reviews are definitely not hype! Be prepared to buy some extra stuff if you shop here. The customer service is amazing! The shop owner is super knowledgeable and nice. I highly recommend this place! Best smoke shop in Lowell!

Nelson gives the best customer service. Usually when I walk into a vape shop, the workers don’t really interact with you but Nelson connects with you and makes sure you get what you want. I definitely recommend this place!
