The day I found out a past co-worker was going to be opening an E-juice shop with his business partner, I knew I had to check it out. Empire had already built quite a reputation for itself prior to their store front, and this is for good reason! The staff is very knowledgeable in all things vape related and their juices are amazing! I have tried a few varieties and cant wait to try the next. Strawnanna, Cake Mafia, Wonky & The Vapors have all treated me well. Cant wait for the next!

Very unprofessional and very expensive. I’m surprised they are still in business. They had no hardware for sale and maybe 10 different types of juice. They charge $25 for 60ml. That is insane! I pay $15 for 60ml at another local shop. When he he handed me the juice I ended up buying the guy couldn’t even wipe of the dust and cob webs off the top of the bottle. If you’re looking to buy Vape juice or Vape accessories I would recommend using any other store. The guy didn’t even have a good answer when I asked why he was almost double the price as somebody else. He just slurped his coffee and shrugged his shoulders.

Ive been to a ton of shops in New England and Empire Vaping Co is one Ill continue to shop at. The atmosphere is welcoming and all the employees Ive dealt with are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. A lot of shops will stock EVERY possible juice and EVERY piece of hardware, but at EVC they personally test hardware and juice to make sure it meets a certain level of quality before they try selling it to you. You wont walk out with something youre not happy with. They may be a newer shop but the owners have been in the e cigarette industry since it was in its infancy and it shows. Everything you need, nothing you dont. Prices are better than most other shops in the area and theyre always reasonable. Check out their Facebook group to find out about deals and flash sales!

Extremely clean and well kept vape shop! The owners are very helpful and their empire line of e-juice are actually my preferred brand at the moment. Cant go wrong here.

I came in looking for Juul cartridges for a family member. There didnt seem to be much inventory. They only had a couple of the fruity flavors and not the menthol I was looking for. Thats fine, I was about to be on my way and the guy launches in to an explanation that Juul is getting out of the vape business. They are discontinuing all their vape products because the FDA is on them about hazardous chemicals in their vape juice. He recommended buying the brand he was selling and offered a 15% discount on the purchase of a new vape pen and juice if I traded in the Juul pen. I told him Id think about it because this was all new info to me and he warned me his offer was only good if Juul was still on the market. He wouldnt do it if Juul was already discontinued.So in short, this guy was lying to me and trying to set me up with his product and give me about $6 for the Juul which he said that he would throw away but Im sure he would resell it. Juul is going through some changes Right now but they will continue to be selling vape products in the foreseeable future.Dont trust this clown. Shop elsewhere.

Helpful, knowledgeable staff. Mike assisted me and made me feel welcome, didnt push me to buy anything I didnt want, and answered all my questions (im still fairly new to vaping)Not much of a selection of vapes and the ones they do have are very nice but a little bulky - and theyre pricey (but well worth it) - more for an at home vape. They dont really have anything for on-the-go.However, I will say their selection of juices is great!I definitely recommend going to Empire Vaping, if not for anything but the juices for now.

Very good customer service. Was very dissatisfied when they said they had NO salt based ejuice which is very odd most places have 3 different brands. Granted it is new they have a lot of competition. BUT they said they will be getting them soon so call before hand if you need a salt based juice. So I left with nothing but if your going for anything else they got ya!

I was in the area visiting family and in need of juice. This place had an awesome selection and great staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I was only going to get juice but ended up staying and talking with the staff. They made you feel welcomed and not pressured to buy anything you didnt want. Next time I come back will be coming here again.

Whether you have been smoking your whole life or just a couple years and youre looking to quit, this is the shop to go to. The staff is very knowledgeable and are willing to go the extra mile to help you with what you need to start vaping. They have a great selection of juices and mods i.e. Ecigs and many are affordable. Empire started off as a small juice company and through hard work and a loyal following, they have been able to obtain a shop where they are able to continue selling their product. If you are ever in or around Lowell, make sure to stop by and get all your vaping needs.

A great selection of beginner to advanced products with a staff that is knowlegable and eager to help you find what is right for you. unlike most shops you do not feel like you are getting ripped off or having products pushed of you at all. Empire vaping company will always have my buisness.

This place have everything . Whatever you need, they have it. If they dont, theyll do their best to find it for you. Great selection of juices, mods, coils, accessories and a bunch of other stuff in their inventory. Friendly people and very knowledagble. You wont be disappointed visiting the store.

Was in 2 days ago for my wonky re fill. Shop is pristine clean per usual .classy with a cozy feel. Prompt and polite service its a must visit for your vapeing needs keep up the great stuff guys

I heard about vaping and decided to quit smoking cigarettes, I found out about empire and stopped in the staff was very knowledgeable on each of every product! Jon was the one who assist me and keeps me stocked all the time,very clean place. This is my go to vape store!

I bought a vape pen there it never worked properly. I would charge it daily and nothing. Small shop not a lot of variety or options. Not a shop that sells high quality products or vape liquids. I won’t go there again. Waste of time and money.

Greeted by polite well dressed knowledgeable people who like there job! Best Vape store in the area & honestly I dont even Vape I just go with friends & they swear by there stuff!

Showed up to a locked door mid day. Hit the doorbell for no answer. Tried calling and phone is not in service. The amount of fliers shoved in door jam shows no one around for at least a couple days. But, don’t loose hope, 30 seconds walk away is 2 Brothers Smoke and Vape Shop. That place rocks!

The guy was polite, But this place looks like one of those inner city bodegas. Empty shelf’s a few flavors here and there. A lot of 0mg liquids. Not a lot of product. Needs improvement ASAP.

Went there for some Gorgonzola liquids, they had em. I mix my liquids with Windex and gold leaf. Great place. The owner is handsy. but I let it go.

I am a truck driver... Stopped in and it was a pleasure at the level of service I received. The guy that helped me out was very well mannered. I deliver in the local area. And its some what out of the way. But... Its worth the drive to me.

Owner, Joshua Bottoni, goes months without paying his employees. Says a bunch of excuses then when his employees finally quit and leave because they’re working for free, he wants to block them on everything. Do not support this kind of people. Worst thing you can do is not pay a hard working man. Owes my cousin 5,000+ and doesn’t even care. My cousin has kids to feed at home

Just came to the door 3/11/19 at 3:54 Rang the bell with a valid ID. No answer. Called the phone. No answer. Says the store is open on Google. If the person is on break. Probably should have a sign or get more help. I honestly dont even know if this location is open. Again probably should have a sign with the opening date. Because Google says otherwise.

Bought 2 juice so far from these guys. Great guys to deal with an its right next door. Will continue to do biz. With empire.
