Called for a pop-in appointment and had the BEST massage. Jessica did so much work on my back. I was having severe neck and shoulder tightness and had so many knots. She put in work! Im so happy - I will definitely be back!

This was the best massage Ive ever had in my life and Ive had about 30 of them! Lisa was amazing! I like that you just get in and the massage starts and its relaxing. There isnt this frou frou be labored experience like I had in a few of them, especially Newtown recently. It was for an hour and it felt like it was 2 hours, which is rare b/c usually, it goes by too quickly. Lisa was so thorough it made it the best experience ever!

Cant believe how tight my back and neck were. I had a 90 minute with Lisa and cant believe how good I feel after she rubbed out all my knots. The establishment is clean and I would highly recommend treating yourself or a loved one for an excellent massage. Great Xmas gift FYIFast forward one month… Just had an hour with Jessica. After a week of raking leaves I had tons of sore spots in my back and hip. She found them all and I practically floated out to my car. Can’t believe how she finds all the trouble spots. Hot stones, hot towels and nice background music. Can’t wait to go back!

Their bedside manner needs work, but overall a good experience. My mom thoroughly enjoyed her massage. Will more than likely return.

Went to get a massage with Jessica the manager. She is absolutely amazing. I’m used to having massages from other places and this is the BEST. She is very detailed about what she does. My back had knots all over and she was able to get rid of them. I loved it so much that I go every week for my massage. I’m so happy I found this spot. Thanks Jessica’s.

Ok, I was trying to keep an open mind especially since Im typically a huge fan of supporting locally owned business. However, they officially lost my business. Ive been a few times & although it was never near one of the better massages Ive received, it was enough for the low price (only reason I didnt give 1 star which was more appropriate due to my experience).My issues/concerns are ... They use lotion from a jar which is very unsanitary for them to dip their fingers into this jar w/each client. They dont use paper coverings for the face placement on the table & I cant help but feel they dont wash all of their linens after each client. The masseuse instantly starts the deep tissue massage prior to warming up your muscles.The worst part about my experience today is ... I tipped 20% & the woman @ the desk tapped the counter & asked me to put an additional $5 down. The fact that I tipped 20% is irrelevant in this situation. This is such inappropriate & unprofessional behavior. Once she saw the shock look on my face, she smiled as if that softens her inexcusable request. Unfortunately, I will never go to this business again & will recommend others refrain as well.

Just experienced an amazing massage w/Annie. Spontaneously decided to try New Life Massage based on the reviews and I was not disappointed! PlaceIs clean and quiet and Annie has amazing hands and was able to locate all of my knots! I took advantage of the $65 special for a 75 minute massage and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend (and I’m VERY picky about my massages!!!)

Went here this past Saturday and what a wonderful experience it was. My fiance surprised me with a couples massage. Annie and Co were amazing. We were 1st timers to the whole experience. They made us very comfortable and the massage was heavenly. Will definitely go again...

I always like trying new massage places whenever Im traveling around Connecticut area, and this place by far blew me away,boyfriend and I got an hour couple massages and walked out with smiles on our faces. Masseuses there were knowledgeable and super friendly, made us feel very comfortable from the moment we walked in. Annie does the best reflexology around. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you are looking for quality 👌

I brought a couples massage off of groupon. The place seemed appealing but once I got into the massage room. It was freezing cold the whole time I was getting a so called massage. The lady I had seemed anxious and was massaging me as if your putting lotion on your body. It was the worst massage I ever had. The phone kept ringing and she stop multiple times to answer the phone and booked other clients. Its a 2 person show. They need more help. Would not go back again.

I normally go to a place in Fairfield, but this is closer to me so I gave it a try. It was GREAT. Clean ✔️Professional ✔️Quiet ✔️Therapeutic massage ✔️I scheduled my next appointment before I left my last one. Can’t wait to go back. 💆🏻‍♀️

This place was pretty awful. The lady was nice, but the massage was so vigorous that I thought she was going to knock me off the table. Phone kept ringing and she had to stop to book appointments. The place also smelled like lunch was freshly microwaved. Not planning on going back.

This was my first time going to any spa and im hooked already I love this place and my massuse took her time this was a well needed relaxation day for me ...its was so worth it!

My man called today to ask what time they closed and they told him 9p, and he told them he was on the way — this was at 5p. At 6:30p when my man arrived, the location was dark and the door was locked. They were closed even though they told him over the phone that they closed at 9p, and it says on the front door they close at 9p as well. He went out of his way, traveled, and with the price of gas, wasted time & money. Highly not recommended, or update your hours.
