High Life Smoke Shop Monroe

Went in for vape juice. Not a whole lot of choices, but service was very nice, polite, and patient as I asked multiple questions on helping me pick a juice from brands that I dont know about. Reasonably priced. Noticed the amount of traffic this place gets, as I noticed the color of the juice as it was dark like it has been sitting on shelf. Juice I got was fruity pebbles. Tasteful and just as I imagined it would taste like. Got the job done.

I was the girl with long brown hair and black clothes on.I went in to buy some delta 9 gummies.3 or 4 grown *ss mid 20s men looked at me and started to giggle obnoxiously at me while they were ringing me up.I was confusedMaybe it was my hair/clothes/weightBut I have been in a really bad mental space because a family member got sick and I have been exausted trying to take care of everything, my kids, my life, bills, and all that.And on 4/20 I just wanted to relax and wanted to get a discount.anyways, my self esteem is lower now, thanks.

The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and make you feel at ease if youre a new customer. Kinda reminds me of the old head shops we had back in the 70s, except I didnt notice any t-shirts or blacklight posters. Give em a try.

My husband and I drive an hour to this establishment to purchase our consumables. Needless to say never again. I don’t know who was working the night of 1/5 but she needs to have a talking to by the owners. Begging customers to buy you product is insane especially coming from the cashier themselves. And it wasn’t just one time last night it was multiple times. We want to get our stuff and leave. Not be harassed by your employee. Also, the jars that we purchased were opened. The stickers were off the jar. Maybe look into the people you have work for you. We spend a ton of money in there as my husband is a veteran and fairs well from some of the products your store sells. Will be finding another place to shop. Great store, sucky employee!

It was an easy pleasant experience. My daughter admired all the funny pieces and fell in love w a Rick and Morty glass piece. The price was right she almost bought it but I think she has too much lol the store employees were a young guy and girl both knowledgeable helpful and quick.

Good varieties of premium ejuice and disposables! Staff are super cool and chill. They also provided help and gave advice on the products they carry. They literally know exactly what I needed as soon as I was explaining what I was looking for. I believe the employee that helped me out her name was Kayla or Kaylee. Def not going here again. Kid with shaggy blonde hair sold me a bale battery. Didn’t know anything about them. I came back in not 10 minutes later asking how to charge it. He told me there’s an extra piece they don’t sell. Then I asked if I could swap it for one that I could charge. Said that wasn’t something they did, then told me they closed in one minute. So uncool and way unprofessional

Nice variety store for supplements you just cant pick up anywhere else. The store is clean, spacious, and well laid out. The staff are courteous and knowledgeable of the products available and are willing to take the time to offer you the choices they have available. Professional atmosphere, yet kinda laid back. I recommend you stop by and browse the store for what you need and maybe even pick up something that you didnt know you needed. 😉

I have bought 3 different items and within 2 weeks they stop working. They sell new products as is. They dont stand behind the products they sell!!! 3chi cart leaked out n 3 days. Uni products, weak batteries. Bought one and wouldnt fully charge and just because the light came on when they checked it, its gud. I wont waste my money with a business who is not for the customer.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Cameron was especially helpful, going out of his way to answer my myriad of questions to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Management: he went above and beyond what is expected as a customer, making me feel like he did it because he wanted to, nothing more, nothing less. Promote that guy!

Not just the best High Life ever, the best smoke shop ever! The staff is excellent. Great care and service. Jamie, Courtney, Ivy and Courtney. are always present and able to provide what I may want. The kind of service that makes you feel catered to. Ive been to other places (High Lifes included) and know for a fact their selective inventory is unique to say the least. Ene,(manager)the a la mode cherry on top of all this is a big part of this Im sure. From product knowledge to special orders, anything out of all High Life has to offer I may need, I know I can get from her and here. Great place, great work.

Great shop. Always clean, love the incense and music friendly, polite and knowledgeable staff. Wish the nicotine vape section was larger and more varied though. Thats the only downside. I particularly appreciate Bobby. Hes incredibly knowledgeable about the Delta-8 and related products. Hes taken me from pre-rolls, to disposables and now has me set up with a permanent battery and Im using carts.

Tons to choose from and a extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Have visited several times and always had a great experience. Some popular products go fast , but staff dont mind checking stock if you call ahead. Overall one of my favorite smoke shops in the greater Monroe and Charlotte area. Also has local blown glass to choose from. 5 stars from me

The staff is fine but the products always break (only products from high life) and I have been sold a reused item, I know it to be used as not only was half the container missing, but there were also very clear scratches showing where it had been used. Since they have a no return policy Ive been SOL with a lot of items from this insanely shady place. Not to mention every time I go I see at least one very tweaked out customer, its just a shady creepy place honestly I never feel safe here it feels like you need protection just to enter the store. I will never return because of the poor item quality and I dont want to get injured or something weird go down while Im thereZero stars

I love that when I walk in they automatically know what I want, grab it for me and have it ready at checkout. That’s real customer service and I will never go anywhere else. Cant put zero stars, otherwise I would. It was 10 minutes before they closed and talked with Taylor. I had purchased something not but 30 minutes before and the size of it was incorrect. So I needed to come back and get something else to go along with it. I told them I knew they closed soon and that it would more than likely be a couple minutes after they close when I get there and I was assured that it would be okay. When I got there however it was 4 minutes after they closed. Even though I was assured that they got me I was not allowed in and then informed that they cant let anybody in after close no matter what. So, either A.) The employees dont communicate the rules well to one another or B.) I was mislead and then wasted gas and a hot meal on the misleading words of someone else. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location and will get what I need elsewhere.

This smoke shop has a huge variety of my favorite juices and mods!The crew here, for example Kayla, is very knowledgeable about the products I wanted to try and was super friendly/professional. If your new to vaping, or have any questions they can all help you out. 10/10

I came by recently and wanted to try something different. I only use the Phix tobacco flavored. They had a wide range of vape liquids and disposables for you to choose from. Kay was very knowledgeable and patient. She explained in great detail about some new products they had and introduced me to so many flavors. (Thank you very much for being patient with me). There was one that caught my eye. It was the watermelon ice elf bar. I absolutely love watermelon. I decided to buy 1 to try and next thing you know I ended up walking out with multiple. For those looking for something new, watermelon ice is a must try!!

If one doesn’t know the answer, they don’t hesitate to ask another team member to ensure that the customer gets satisfactory service. Expensive and not real friendly. I asked for a product but when I left I had been given a similar but different one. They said since I went outside they couldnt exchange. Since then I found The Discount and Tobacco outlet about 40% cheaper for the exact same product. So I guess they did me a favor at high life.

Went in this morning looking for a new vape mod. Store is super clean and was greeted immediately by a little lady. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about vape mods. She made it very easy to decide what I wanted. I ended up buying a voopoo drag 2 witch I love. Not to mention all there prices are comparable to what I could find on line. All in all this store is doing a outstanding job in my opinion. Keep up the great work high life!

I would’ve given a 0 but that’s not available. Brenda the clerk at the register is rude and unprofessional. My fiancé stopped there and Brenda asked to verify the name on his debit card AFTER scanning his ID. First, why does it matter whose name is on the card? Secondly, he has stopped there many times in the past without the interrogation. Lastly, if he’s not handing you the card then why are you asking to verify anything?! Oh, one more thing, you are ONLY a clerk in a tobacco store and not the police.

Have been going to high life in monroe nc to get my naked juice for a long time. Laura is very knowledgeable on the products anything you need to know. Cbd, juice, devices etc. As soon as I walk through the door she knows what Im looking for. Me or my boyfriend. Anyone that ask me about vaping to quit smoking, cbd or kraydom I tell them to go see her. My father has a bad pain in his shoulder and laura helped him find the right dose of cbd. He hasnt had anymore pain in his shoulder.
