Went to the vape shop last night and the guy that was working had a very bad attitude and then would not even sell me my juice for my vape cause my husband and daughter did not have their ids on them. We have been in the store before and the lady was very nice and never asked us for our ids until we bought something. I will never go back there again cause of his nasty attitude.

I absolutely will not shop anywhere else for my pen carts. Not only are the staff here professional and polite, but theyre also very knowledgeable of their products. Prices are great, too! Honestly, one of the best places to shop for all of your vaping needs.

My husband and I have went here 2 times, both times we got a fake version of the elf bar vape. (The middle one is the most recent fake, I showed the others to show a comparison).

Jess is one of my favorite people to see! She creates a warm and inviting experience. She is super knowledgeable! I came in knowing little to nothing about what I was looking for but she managed to find a way to explain it to me in a way i could understand. She answered every question i had and even went further to make sure i knew the best tricks to upkeep my new item! I highly recommend coming down to this shop!

Today was my first time and I am now a forever customer!!! Season is now my girl! She was extremely helpful. Knew her stuff! She made going and looking around for what I needed and more so much fun. Ive been going here for probably a year now. To replace the same vape mod I always get cause its the cheapest.i do this every 6 weeks probably. That being said I bought one and it broke immediately and when I asked them to replace it since I got it the night beforehand, they refused and said they could take a look at it instead if I brought it in. But the real thing that ended my relationship here is them not realizing theyre in the south. The Bible belt. I get it, youre an edgy smoke shop, and can get away with edgier outfits but its still not appropriate for your employees to wear Satan loves you as you are shirts. And it lost ya a customer. Im sure others who saw it wont take their business back there either.That being said, Ill miss the cats.

I love this shop. Not only do the have all your CBD and THC needs, but they also have two pet cats that are amazing and sweet. Staff is always friendly. Located with a gas station.

I have been a very loyal customer I have had alot of great experiences. I have seen several workers come and go!! I personally have to say theres a few that are like Jeanna and Owen never seen either when they was not friendly them two have always been the ones that always makes you feel welcome and know there products. They are far 2 thats been more helpful and very friendly!!! I think they should be very noticed by mangers and owners. They should be considered very noticed I hope owners mangers or both praise these 2 they are the best 2 Ive seen by far the best. Just dont let these 2 get away. Awesome job guys!!

Kratom liquids are priced a bit high, as are some of their smoking devices. Great service though, and anywhere that has kitties is a plus. Update: they dont restock consumables often enough.

5 stars for all of my past, super positive experiences. Tonight, my experience would maybe get 4 negative stars. I encourage management to review their in store cameras from the last transaction at 8:59 p.m. I walked in knowing exactly what I needed but I wasnt aware that they were about to close. The sales associate just looked at me like I was stupid. I apologized when I realized she was counting the drawer and said I didnt realize it was so late. No verbal response... I stood at the counter patiently trying to be polite as I waited while she counted down the drawer. Keep in mind they were still open for business according to the hours posted on the window. Ive worked as a bartender, cook, bouncer, server, personal chef, if youre open.... YOURE OPEN and you treat patrons accordingly. It doesnt mean youre open until 8:45 and then its clean up/cash out time. Finally after an awkward silent wait, I looked over at her and our eyes met, mine expectantly, hers with disgust. Our verbal interaction consisted of her asking me, cash or card. Not a Hello, a thanks, but a, cash or card. Do your job, thats it. I hope she was just having a bad day and things get better for her. I will edit or probably just delete this after Im aware the situation was addressed. One rotten egg... thats just bad for business.

I visited here a week ago. The woman working there was AWESOME. Unfortunately I do not remember her name. But she was extremely helpful, laughed,smiled and listened to what I was looking for. She picked out a vap that I have never used and I actually love it. I highly recommend visiting this vape shop.

Millie was super friendly and helpful. My vape is three different sticks pieced together, a Frankenstein, and we had a difficult time finding a tank that fits. The day I visited she was experiencing a wave rush of customers and was the only one working. She checked out customers and answered various question coming at her all at once. In the midst of it all she kept her professionalism and helped everyone with smiles and laughs. Great employee and an awesome person!

Good prices but not very knowledgeable about prices no prices are marked so you have to ask for price carts and disposables are mixed in with one another so I bought the wrong one then they wouldn’t even exchange it

If you are like me and have a server cat allergy definitely avoid this place!!! I didnt notice until it was to late and I was already in. But they have cats roaming the store (cats as in more than one). In my opinion that is totally unhygienic and extremely unprofessional.

I went today and there was this girl named jenna working there and she helped me find the coil to my vape and helped me find some other things overall great experience very professional.

My girlfriend and I went here looking for something to replace the vapes you get at the gas station and man am I glad . Milly the manager was working and she took almost an hour with us helping us go threw all the options we had . In the end we ended up getting two vapes one for her and myself . I would highly recommend going here for all your vape needs . This is my first even google review . I just felt that she did so well I needed to shout her out .
