I shop here at Joyology a lot. The staff here is very very knowledgeable and nice and polite. You ask to see some of the pre bagged once’s and they will take the time and show you want it looks like. They usually have some great deals on products here. And they have a great rewards system if you sign up. To save time you can preorder ahead and it will be ready and waiting. Very good dispensary to shop at. I will always return.

This was a wonderful experience and Kayla was very knowledgeable. She made it a very pleasant experience. I loved the first time customer experience you receive 8 free gifts. It was just wonderful. I will be back.

Brooke and the others we met today were all great kind people. I wish more businesses had that kind of customer service. Well done. Great, actually unique, inventory. Some very, very high results and an awesome source for clones!

First experience here at Joyology was great. Got a few good deals and some freebies too. One drawback was I paid for 45 packs of gummies on a deal but missing 2 packs. Only 43 got in the bag

Incredible service and incredible selection. Had everything I needed and then some. Tyler took care of me as if I was the first customer of the day even though I was there five minutes before closing. He took time to answer my questions and made sure I got what I wanted. I slept on Joyology for too long, thank you Tyler for waking me up.

Matt (manager/ lead) is my guy ! I love his hair by the way. I usually order online but I still love the way I get to look around and mingle whenever I come inside to pick up. The staff is really cool. They have a great clone selection! The store is really nice and they have weekly specials that will blow your mind. I like a deli style dispensary and this is my go to. Went in today- gave the girl today a lower rating than the last one because the last girl just blew us out of the water... and they texted me about my review minutes later. Didnt love that. Both times I have been in, the service was amazing!! Everything I have tried has been really high quality and REALLY good prices!! I’m visiting from NY- I went here to get my husband some gummies (he is fighting stage 4 cancer and has a lot of pain as well as appetite issues) Molly was SO helpful and patient in helping me get the best products for pain control. She recommended things that I didn’t know existed and she was super kind throughout the whole process!! The store was clean (totally appreciated) and had plenty of sales and freebies as well but honestly even without the sales and free things I would give it 5 stars because of the staff! Will definitely be visiting again on my next visit nearby.

Traveled to Joyology Monroe on a recommendation from a friend. It was worth the long drive. My bud tender was Jelani and he was 5 star. He was patient, very knowledgeable, very informative and educated us based on our own individual wants/ needs. I would highly recommend, and I would ask for him. I arrived 5 mins before opening and I knew I was in the right place due to the line waiting to go in. Zoey greeted everyone and got us all checked in quickly and efficiently. Had the pleasure of also meeting Evan. Calm, cool, collected and courteous. So very helpful in offering suggestions and important information. Zoey and Evan were both genuine. (I love that) When you walk into the dispensary, it’s HUGE! 7 Bud Tenders were all happily helping the bud consumers. It’s closer, it’s friendlier and they have so much more. Today Evan was by bartender. Im telling you the guy is so knowledgeable. I had some add-ons. He hooked me up with some deals. A bunch of free stuff. We talked about the clones. My experience today was top notch after going to other dispensaries around the same street. I now know I will never go anywhere else. And honestly when I go back Im going to request. Evan, he would open up each jar. Tell me about the texture wed go over how great it smelled. I told him I like things that taste pine. He suggested a couple strands I bought some. Walked in standing in line waited for 27 minutes of my 30 min lunch and watch a cashier with blond hair crop top Get done with a customer then ran up front and grabbed food took into the back then when she came out grabbed the two people behind me. So now I wont be back because of the disrespect I was given. On a Friday only three people on cash one witch was in online. Really disappointed. That one cashier ruin my lunch and rest of my day. Also the fact I just want a joint to smoke for my lunch crazy would have token me 5 min tops took a whole 25 min.

I have been enjoying Joyology for about 3-4 months. Was going to a place in Adrian. Prices are much better, more variety and the staff are unbelievably friendly as well as knowledgeable. I will keep coming back to Joyology, even once Toledo gets set up. Keep up the great work

Deals use to be great and plentiful.My last experience was less than pleasing. My tender this last time wasnt very helpful with discounts, and to top it off, I never got to spin the wheel of fortune, even though I spent over 200 bucks here. Watch out for deals yourself, using the app is helpful, but ultimately redirects you to web site, yes know, like all apps do....

My Budtender Megan F I have had her a couple times while visiting she was very knowledgeable. She helped me pick the right items for diffrent reasons. Her energy was very relaxing and she was very kind. Shes amazing budtender really knows what shes doing. Shes definitely a keeper and honestly I trust her knowledge shes always done great at helping pick things and give knowledge on the products that works best and has always been right.Joyolgy over all is a great store with great staff and have quit a variety of things to choose from. The place is well kept and clean. They are organized. Calm Atmosphere.Also I do want to add last time the manger was very helpful I accidently did something wrong where I didnt get my referral points and she was able to figure out what I actually did wrong and fixed it and gave me my points. I do not remember her name but she was very nice and very understanding. Shes a great manger and she was intintive.

I went and grabbed a good amount of stuff due to a sale and accidentally left one item behind. After getting home and realizing it, I called up to check if I had left it, they not only confirmed it and made a note on my account about it, but then actually held the exact item I left and it was still waiting on me a couple weeks later when I returned. Joshwa was extremely helpful and kind, and I cant say enough about the level of customer service this place provides.

Best place I’ve been to in town! I moved down from Macomb Co recently and LOVED the Joyology up there so I took a chance and came in and I couldn’t believe the deal I got for just 25$! Kaylee was awesome helping me as well! Keep it up guys. Excellent service and nice and clean environment!

When you walk into Joyology,it feels like you’re walking into Starbucks. It’s super laid-back and welcoming! Everyone is so kind and happy! Joshwa Was absolutely phenomenal! They had the best energy and I really clicked with them! Was super knowledgeable very fluent in many of the strains and companies. Looking forward to my next visit and will be calling to make sure Joshwa will be in! As always, you guys are phenomenal and my number one choice in Monroe.

I have gone to a few different places, but this place was incredibly welcoming and they took the time to walk me through everything and answer any questions I had. Heather was incredibly knowledgeable. She made great suggestions that followed my requests. Sometimes you feel like a shop is just trying to dump whatever they are trying to get rid of and I just didnt feel that here. Heather and the rest of the crew made it very obvious that not only do they enjoy their jobs but they truly put the customer first.

This is a very cool shop. Molly is very knowledgeable about the products. She is personable and great with her customers. Everyone that works there are so nice. I would recommend this shop to everyone.

First time there and it was great. Molly B. Was a huge help. I didnt know what I wanted and she explained how the products made you feel and never made me feel rushed. The store was extremely clean, and not busy at all. They also have very good deals. I would definitely recommend and plan on going back.Edit: Second time there today and it was just as great as the first! Codie was my budtender and did a great job! They were a bit busy, but still never made me feel rushed. I will definitely drive the 45 minutes to get there every time.

Showed up w/ what I thought was 4 mins till close. They had already shut the systems down and literally wouldn’t let me in as a loyal customer I was very unpleased and I drove from Toledo so traffic delays played a factor also was coming for my birthday so yeah feels like a slap in the face because this is literally the only place I shop LITERALLY also being mocked by a worker who also thought is was hilarious I couldn’t get in idk as a business owner myself my loyalty members will always be priority even if that means I actually don’t leave work till my scheduled time off or even a few minutes after. I always bragged on this location and ALWAYS brought someone w/ me but this really made me feel some type of way.

This dispensary goes out of its way to let you know that they appreciate your business I havent been there in a couple of months I only went there once didnt get very much got a little bit but not a whole lot went to several in between my visit and low out of the blue they send me a discount for free weed hoping that I would come back and shop with them I am absolutely going to make them my One stop shop from now on thats my Stoner promise

The staff was friendly and super smart, there was no wait the price was lower than what I was expecting I got freebies and exactly what I was looking for i also got a good plan for what Ill get next time.the bud tender let me smell the nug, she broke it open in front of me and let me look inside it, she didnt pressure me. I was able to take my time and leasurely look around. the parking lot was totally open (Sunday noon). the prices on the 24% and above deli are totally reasonable. and the prepackaged freeby I got (25$ value) would definitly have been worth the cost.>>overall this is a great place to go to

Very disappointed with their event management. To have such a large event and have no way of keeping track of patrons. To drive 4 hours away to be the 100th person in line 2 hours before opening only for people to blatantly hop in line with their friends and push everyone else back is unacceptable. Only after several other betrayed patrons spoke out did any type of organization begin, at which point it was already too late. I wont be attending anymore events here if making any future purchases at all.

First time stoppers. We were welcomed immediately by the front desk, got back almost instantly and met Kaylee A, our budtender. She was AWESOME! Answered any questions we had, was extremely knowledgeable and did not rush us or make us feel like we needed to hurry at all. All in all it was a great visit and I believe we have found our new favorite stop!

The Stephanie was awesome even though it was 420 and you werent supposed to do additional orders.She let me use my points for a free item.And I really appreciated it.She was awesome.She got me and my husband out of there.Quick and for 420 that was amazing And very much appreciated thanks Girl.Newly addedI had to add something to this because I made this post before I went to any of the other dispensaries on four twenty. Out of all the other dispensaries, JOYOLOGY had the best system.They got there people in and out as fast as possible.Literally, once we got In the line, the line moved so quick.They had an amazing system going on.We really only waited because we got there early.But once they opened the doors and started business, that line got moving so fast.Every other place I went to on 420, I waited in line for 2-4 hours. Joyology was the ONLY PLACE that had it together enough to where I was only in the line for about 30-40 minutes. It was moving constantly. There was no standstill for a 1/2 hour to an hour like there was with the other places. And I promise you that next 420, I am not going anywhere but joyology.
