What a fantastic shop! The moment I walked in I commented on how clean it was and what a great selection they had. There was a very nice employee named Katlyn with beautiful pink hair who took the time to make sure I ended up leaving happy with what I wanted. If youre in the Monroe Area or even just passing through and looking for anything from Vape products to glass come on into glass Vape! Its the only place in town Ill go now parent

The customer service was excellent. I had an issue with a vape and everyone was so nice in helping me find a replacement for it. Ill always shop at this store. Everyone is so helpful and friendly.

The staff is super here and the prices are really good with lots of vapes and a verity of glass.

Just purchased a can of Copenhagen long cut. Noticed the guy behind the counter was taking a bit of time going through a couple of open logs. I was thinking he must be looking for the freshest can to sell me. I was wrong. Today is 3/3/2024 and the can he sold me is “sell by Feb 11, 2024.” That’s on me to check the date, buyer beware.

Best selection of Kratom Ive ever seen in a store front. But you have to know what youre shopping for, as the staff Ive encountered know little to nothing about it. They seem more knowledgeable with with their vape products. Which they seem to have a wide variety of as well.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Kayelynn is amazing! So friendly and she does a really good job talking to customers and I love the pink hair! Shes was amazing to have and had a lot of info on different vapes and flavor palettes. She is definitely a keeper!!

Every time I have gone to this store I take my time. They never rush me and I like that , some of the other vape shops just throw stuff at you to get you in and out , not this store. When you ask questions they listen and dont pressure you. Prices are good too. Selection is massive. I wished they had the juice a little more organized though, like this section is fruit , this section is cereal / dessert . Just because they have so much. Very friendly

The LARGEST + most fairly priced selections of glass, vape & Ejuice Ive found... We drive nearly an HOUR just to get our supplies from THIS SHOP, opposed to the ones blocks from us (The deals are that GOOD! Soo worth it😍). The employees are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and PATIENT!!! Even during their busy rush hours, they never cease to make each and every customer feel valued and appreciated. HIGHLY recommended!

Under new management and the new staff is incredibly welcoming! Prices are the lowest Ive EVER seen, naked 60ml for 10.99 and a TON of juice some Ive never seen but LOVE the brands i have already discovered. Great prices on glass pieces as well, you will be saving a lot more than a few bucks if you make the trip too monroe glass and vape i promise you. 2 naked 60ml bottles for 20 BUCKS!! Are you kidding me? Im never going to another vape shop again.

Great selection of juice and mods, they also carry cigars and what i was looking for the most, CBD PRODUCTS. I have a ton of back pain so to have a store that sells THC free CBD products is just amazing. The employees also get credit too, the younger tall gentleman was so helpful with finding new flavors for my recently bought prince tank. One of the best vape stores I’ve ever been too. Will for sure be returning!

As soon as I come in all I can say is wow! The place is amazing and the staff are so helpful! Everytime I come in i feel like I get the royal treatment! The guy that works there named Amir always helping me out with any needs that I might have there! He knows the store and the product from top to bottom and if he doesnt got it he can sure as heck find it for you! Whatever you may need vapes, ejuice, kratom, or any glass then I recommend you come here while in the Monroe or surrounding areas. Ive never ran across such great pricing when it comes to vapes, ejuice, kratom and glass! Everytime Im in the Monroe area I always stop in here because who knows what they will have in stock! Im new to vaping and have been trying it to quit smoking. I have been using a blue vape pen. I went in to ask about getting a more reliable vape that I could fill myself. I bought one recommended by the owner and came back the next day with it because it had problems. I was told by the kid working the vape counter he would exchange it or give me my money back. I told him that I didnt mind spending more to get a vape that would perform better. I bought what he recommended plus two more juices. Then he told me he couldnt refund me because there was nothing wrong with the one I first bought. I spent over $100 in two days at this business and can tell you that they know nothing about vapes, or dont care about their customers and just want you to keep wasting your time and money there. I would give it a zero stars if I could. Go to a business that actually cares about their customers and has actual knowledge about vaping products.
