The gentleman that runs this shop is nice, kind, attentive to his customers, helpful, the young lady who works there is totally amazing. Every time I go in both of them are smiling, they seem like they enjoy working there, the store is always clean and tidy and it smells nice in there.I enjoy shopping there and I feel valued and appreciated.

Walking in the door you cant help but notice how neat, clean, and organized the store is. Then the owner greets you with a delightful hello and a wonderful smile on his face. He is very professional and answers all questions you have. If there is something he doesnt have he is more then willing to order it for you so that he has your selection in stock. I live in Ohio but my Job is close to Monroe this is my favorite smoke shop to come visit. Andre always takes care of me and is honest about all the products he sells, plus waaaaaay better deals than other shops in Monroe I use to go to. Smokers Society Recently open around the corner from my house ! So i had to stop in Especially when I seen there Breezes were 10.99 ! The guy was very Friendly and knowledgeable and actually let me try some other products Free , I especially thought the Giant fish Tank was a cool Touch ! def will be back and Glad to have you in Monroe, and having the cheapest Prices !

Sheisty business practices. Bought two breeze products because my usual place was out. The one I opened tasted like expired warm plastic. Didnt dare open the second, and thank goodness I didnt. They only wanted to give me my money back on the unopened one. My usual place (who sells their breeze for two dollars cheaper by the way) will replace the bunk product for a new one even if it has been opened up. And they treat you better overall there. So if your usual place is out of your products either wait or just pay more ELSEWHERE. And if you do dare shop there GET A RECEIPT!
