The stores always really nice and neat and tidy and clean. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I think the prices are good for what I get there and its my favorite smoke shop in town. Tried some others but I dont think the deals are as good.

Much better than the Wild guy. Cheaper too. They always have what Im looking for and when they didnt they got it for me. Amazing service.

Moe and Shelby always take great of me. Knowledgeable and super friendly. I only come here. They’ve spoiled me

Was there at supposed opening time of 9am but I guess no tobacco store can be bothered with opening on time 🙄 usually go here for everything but not anymore. Definitely a theme of unprofessionalism between the Monroe tobacco scene.

I’ve been going here for about a year now, I’ve read almost all the reviews before coming in and I will say they’ve fixed everything. The store is clean, everything is priced with the cheapest prices, and the staff is very helpful and friendly, they are always open on time 9am to 10pm doesn’t matter when you come in they always have great service

I go here often, and a few days ago I go in and some girl Ive never seen before was working and she straight lied to me about the item I was there to get and know they sell because I get it there all the time.. I say fire the girl.. shes gonna run off so many cash paying customers with those lies and her attitude!!

Owners cool and his employees always take good care of the regulars. Friendly clean place. Owner saw me outside after they had closed and ran out to let me come in and get what I needed.

Have been going here for years. Even before they moved to this location. Never had any problems. And they do take credit/debit cards. They are not cash only like Ive read in some reviews. I would recommend to others.

This is my absolute FAVORITE smoke shop. Whenever I come in, the workers are always super friendly and helpful. They are also always updating their inventory which is a plus. All of the other smoke shops order the same stuff. Super happy to be a loyal customer!!

This place is awesome, only shop I deal with. If they dont have something in he will order it and keep it in stock for me. Cant ask for anything better!!! Love this place!!!

Bought a rig from this store. Brought it home and it had a crack. I took it back 2 hours after buying it and they wouldn’t refund or exchange it even though it was never used. Two days after using it a separate part of it broke off. That’s 80$ wasted! Never will shop here again.

Sold defective $10 product. Then says not allowed to return anything and have to come back after 5:00 p.m. to swap out... Not worth your time go to wild Bills.

Friendly and helpful staff, when they are there. The last 3 times Ive been here, the open sign is in the window, lights on but door locked! WTH?? Ill go to Wild Bills from now on

It was a nice smoke shop for all my herbal and tobacco needs however recently the staff has started to lack and they arent as focused anymore.

Its cash only so they dont have to pay digital fees and they advertise wrong store hours. I wouldnt go to this place even if it was the last place open, the cashier cant even fake a smile .

I went here looking for salt nic vape oil but they didnt have a very large selection and the guy wasnt able to answer any of my questions about any of the oils. I wont go back there in the future.
