Good place to get vapes that became less convenient to get at certain places! Also, the staff is friendly and helpful! I gave four stars because I feel like they could have a wider variety of products.

I usually love this store but the last few times I showed up close to opening time and they always open the store late. They dont get there until close to an hour past open

Very helpful staff with kind and happy attitudes. They answered all of our questions with good knowledge in their products and we left with exactly what we were looking for!

Ive had service with e spot almost 7 years and its through the savings that can be earned only just a few key strokes. They have raised the bar high for themselves, they just need to keep the top of the line savings and need to come up and add more ways for additional ways to get new savings especially for devoted customers.

Great service staff. Although they didnt have what I was looking for they recommended another store where I could get what I needed. That says alot about customer service - honesty goes a long way.

Ive been a loyal customer of E-Spot since they opened on Desiard and Spence worked the counter there. Everything was awesome then.Over the past 3 years or so it seems like there has definitely been a decline in inventory management, as my preferred juices are out of stock for sometimes weeks at a time. The prices are also really getting out of hand. $30 for Coastal Clouds 60ml is really not acceptable, when we can go less than a 1/2 mile down the street now, and get the same exact brand, size and strength for 16 bucks after tax.I really like the employees at Desiard, but the prices and the distributors they use seem like they really need to be reviewed and reorganized.

Very nice store they have a nice selection of whatever youre looking for just go and browse around you never know they just might accommodate your needs.

First, Ive had a few adequate visits to the vape shop prior to today so aside from the incredible markup on juice and coils things seemed decent enough until today.A couple of days ago I asked for coils for my device which Ive not had for very long and have never bought coils for it. I told the guy behind the counter I needed coils for *hands device over* this. He asks another guy behind the counter and he said I needed these. Boom, got my coils, went home tried to put it in my device...doesnt fit. I thought no big deal.Following day (today) I ask for a refund, Im told they cant because the only receipt I have is the credit card receipt. I call the owner (Spence), and he sorts it out. I still dont get a full refund. When I ask why, its because I opened one of the coils and now it can be sold. By the way, these pack of coils are marked up nearly double as a pack and even more of a markup if sold individually. So I get refunded the total amount less the cost of a single coil. Which still screws me out of more money than necessary. So, ultimately I was told it was my fault because I didnt know what my device took even though I asked them. #pettyIf I went to Best Buy and bought a wrong cable and tried to return the open box, I would get a full refund. If I went to just about anywhere and bought just about anything in this situation, I would have gotten a full refund.I wont be doing business there again.

The staff here is good. They know what theyre talking about but this place has outrageous prices. You can expect to spend 25 to 30 bucks for a 5 pack of coils that you can get online for $12 to $15. And if you buy a mod here, you can expect to pay at least double every single time.

They are awesome!! Went in with a broken tip after dropping my mod. They were out if the size I needed but was able to fix me up until they could get some in. Top notch customer service. Thanks guys, I appreciate you.

Decently stocked. Exhorbitantly high prices. Hit or miss staff competency. Do yourself a favor and order online from somewhere else. The owner was very curt with me when I had questions which considering we had just spent several hundred dollars there he could have taken the time or found a competent employee to answer my questions if he was busy.I recently had to revisit this establishment to buy a fresh coil. It was overpriced as expected. The cashier was condescending and had the gall to second guess my choice of coil which I had chosen because the manufacturer recommended it, its reasonable priced online, and I know the quality of the brand. If he had an alternative suggestion he could have made it more politely instead of making a sarcastic quip. I cant believe how this place has gone downhill and the treatment I and others I know have received there. Once upon a time I was a regular customer but its clearly being mismanaged. Almost every other vape shop is cheaper and you dont have to deal with the elitist attitude prevalent at both espot locations.

Would have given 5 stars but I stood outside the door from 9 a.m.- 9:30 a.m. and was also calling the entire time. Their sign says open 9 a.m.

These guys are ALWAYS super helpful, and very friendly. I have never had a bad experience with them. They have a great rewards program where you can receive free juices and vape accessories too!

They didnt have the item I was looking for but the worker was most helpful in finding a suitable substitution. Will be shopping there again.

Much better than the one across town, the employees actually greeted me, asked me if they could help me before I asked to see an item. Answered questions & was knowledgeable on their products. They knew the prices & didnt have to walk around forever looking for a price sheet. Tons of juice in stock. Limited amount of RDAs, zero mech mods on my visit, but outside of that...everything was just great. If your looking for answers, come to this place.

I find it a bit pricy here. I dont feel very educated or sold on anything once I leave either. Its almost as tho Im telling them a new thing when I go in. Or they are confused about what I have to question, either one. A hang out spot for vapers! Nice way to see it!

Went got a vape and had a bad experience with it. I was shaking so badly. Went back in the same day to return it they told me no refund so I kept it with no problem. Tried to use it anyway cause I spent almost 70 dollars and it was spitting back and getting too hot to touch they still will not help me. I will never go here for anything else

Intelligent service, willing to help with whatever you need, juice is a little high but the coils are pretty cheap. Gave it 4stars because nobodys perfect.
