I go to this store daily. The other location is about 10 minutes closer to my house but I come to this location for the single reason of Kazs customer service. He is always very friendly and extremely helpful and honest when asking opinions. Best customer service I receive at any retail I have experienced in many years.

I went in there crying about Gail Lewis and this dude Caleb and this girl Gabriella we’re like showing me sympathy and mad love and told me it’s gonna be all right she moved on to a better job and stuff I didn’t really know what happened to her.made me sad bro like I couldn’t even sleep at night bro Caleb and Gabriella really helped me get through it bro like that’s almost like me going to therapy every time I go in that store man. I left happy with my 1k milligrammers of kratom pack and my poisonous flavored air

Beware of these people are liars they are getting ready to be pulled in front of a judge and sworn under oath and sued for slander and liable I have lied and said I pulled out my beer now I have not had to pull my beer not out and self-defense ever yet. Im a frequent shopper at other Wild Bills locations but whenever I visit my family in Monroe I like to make a visit to this store every time I can. I always have a good laugh with the folks working and their prices beat anybody else in the area. I went in for some disposables and ended up getting a whip it canister because their location has them 50% off right now which is crazy. If youre looking for a quality shop with quality products look no further! I just found out they have another spot next to Kroger on Monroe st and my boy Zach is working there tonight so gotta swing by there now.

The young woman and adult man are always so kind. They point out the deals and sell them, every time! I come here whenever I need anything new and it always works out. I look forward to it because they always chat and are so polite.

Not their fault but the SMOK stick 80w vape I purchased today came with one bad coil(comes with 2). Had to waste a whole liquid to switch out. But works great! The guys were awesome with helping me out! Much appreciated!

Stopped in to get a humidifier pack for my cigar humidor. Had my 10 year old daughter with me. The guy in the store says she couldn’t be in there as a “precaution”. If I had been there buying pot or something I would get it but I was there for a humidifier pack. I’ll go to a real cigar shop from now on. This place has a bad rep anyhow.

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with what I can confidently say was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The entire experience left me frustrated, disappointed, and vowing never to do buy anything from this store again.

The atmosphere was garbage. 3 employees and they all looked miserable, hats off to them tho because they were not rude(id be miserable working there too). Are they not paid enough? Is there a problem with management? The quality of the merchandise varies from hardly usable to acceptable with a few oddities here and there. All of there pieces are behind locked cabinets, and the store is very tight when there is 3 customers and 3 staff. People are dropping this store and moving to other, more open spaced and inviting stores where they will also save a 20-30 dollars.

Their humidor is certified boss level!They have the majority of everything popular and great. Im sure youll find your fav cigar here. And they have deals

Very friendly associates and felt welcomed when greeted as I walked in. I came in yesterday, Monday 10/21, when the store I usually go to was closed. The male associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me picked out a juice that suited mytaste and even recommended things I can do to make my coils last longer. I was very impressed

I’ve been a long time customer and will no longer go there. There’s a few nice people there but I believe the manager (big guy with glasses) is very unfriendly and just stares at you as you walk in and barely mumbles a word. You lost me as a customer. Good luck.

They sell coils that burn out in two days. My coils last usually two or three weeks. I bought coils from them on three occasions and it came in weird off brand packaging. I paid like one dollar less and I thought it was a steal. Definitely junk. They probably make millions off people buying their cheap coils! Also the customer service sucks. Their manager, Caleb, acts like a know it all and he isnt very nice at all. I took my mother to get a coil from them because it was the closest place and once again, they sold us the wrong coil and I even gave them her old coil to look at. I have no idea why I went back but now Im stuck with a gift card for the returned coil. He gave me a nice smile when he knew I was screwed and had to spend that money there or lose out. Totally bogus service. I can tell he doesnt know Jack about customer service or how to manage a store. Im going to make sure his corporate office knows how disappointed my mom is and how much trouble he caused today for our family. Thanks dude! 😎 So cool of you!

I usually come in with my fiancee and he does the selecting for me and this was my first time coming in on my own and had a great experience! My name is Rob and have been coming to this location since its opening. Joel a worker and I had a miscommunication and when the owner called he had no clue what was going on and did not care was very rude would not here me out Frank you lost a lot of long time customers. Im very disappointed in the way you are conducting business after all my years of loyalty. Shame on you Frank.

Love coming here. The employees are awesome and cool to talk to, but today I went in to buy the buy one get one free juices and had never felt more disrespected by the Owner Frank. According to his own version of store policies no customers including myself are allowed to hang out in the store for more than two minutes, then we must leave. The store manager Richard defended my rights as a customer and Frank blew up at him and swore in front of me, and explained how Im always in there for a half hour or so. I am a paying customer. But as I said I enjoy talking to the employees, I never once disrupted anyone when it was busy. Even the employees themselves can vouch for that. Frank continued with his rant and low key threatened the store manager to take their conversation outside if needed. Next Richard told him do not swear at him or in front of the customers. Frank denied he swore at all which was not true. He continued using the F word in front of me which I called him out on my self. Richard was civil as can be and told Frank he likes him as a person but when it comes to running the store and his treatment of his employees and customers he needs to put his foot down. I have heard many things of Frank, he makes up policies and doesnt even know how to use half of the products in that store. I come in frequently because I live close by and I have bought many items there, so why would an owner want to kick out his customers like that? I have visited many vape shops and have never experienced that kind of treatment from an owner.

Always have a great time looking around and chatting with the staff and always get a great deal on whatever Im looking for. Have been back multiple times and will continue. Love the grab bags great gifts

9-27-19 1:54pm came in for ash tray with light for my vehicle,incense, bamboo roller .Had everything i needed,Staff was very helpful and prompt with any questions i may have!! Excellent products for your smoking needs With Excellent customer service satisfaction!!well except my vehicle ash tray with light broke soon as i pulled unit out that is light and holds battery,broke in pieces cause it stopped working, for 6.99 u get what u pay for ,but not tripping i just ordered a more expensive one off amazon!! ill still use broke one just with out light!

Went there with my vape mod in hand and the guy assured me the coil would fit my mod....after I primed the coil it would not thread into my pod. Wasted 40 dollars. I spend hundred of dollars here a year and I will never come back....take your business sky high where they have knowledge about vaping

Bought 4 rechargable vape batteries and one wont take a charge. It doesnt even show that its on the charger. The other 3 were fine. Took it back to exchange it and was told that once you buy it they wont take it back and told me I would have to buy another one. They were $12 apiece. Was buying all my gear from them and my wifes cigarettes but now Ill be looking for a new shop.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I have bought 2 e-cigs from here, totaling $200. The first one leaked the day I bought it and it was my own fault I didn’t take it back. The second, however they told my husband he could return within 13 days. When he went to return it (it also leaked, go figure) and they only offered him store credit. What a waste of money and poor customer service. Won’t be back.

They have cigars marked at incorrect prices and when you call to tell them you were overcharged, they tell you what you were charged was correct and it was marked wrong. But hey, if you want to drive across town to replace it that works for them. Whatever is their convenience!

Went in there tonight with my fiancé and they were really helpful and they had a deal going and we walked out with 2 juices which is 150mls and a new alien mod for less then 100$. I would definitely be back and I would recommend them to anyone.

I am stuck with a $30 battery bc the employee knew nothing about vaping and couldnt help me decide what was best for my vaping. How can you have a vape store and nobody knows anything about vaping. No returns.

To whom it may concern: it is 8:15 pm sat Dec.2,2017 and I am sitting in the parking lot of your Monroe, mi store. feeling like a dirt bag, after the way I was treated by your employee, at first he seamed solicitous but quickly understood I was assumed a thief so had to be watched. your store front is full of signage advertising rigs,nails etc.etc. drawing mmmp into your store but when I asked about a tank that would fit my adjustable wattage vaporizer battery and was designed for concentrates he repeatedly said I dont know Im not into that kind of stuff like I was scum of the earth for using an all natural plant oil concentrate for my pain and inability to sleep after fracturing my spine 5 years ago. I then said does the other guy over their (standing around talking to some chick he greeted with hey sexy when she walked in) so the employee I was stuck with then pulled a product off the shelf and asked if that was what I was talking about. I said I dont know, thats why I came to your store to spend money on something I am sure you have, but instead I was treated like the dumbass because your employee is clueless about your products, what they do, and how they do it. He also seemed to have a low regard for those who would purchase them.

Noticed a flaw in my thermochromic banger after i used it once so i couldnt return it... It lasted less than a week and it snapped while wiping it with a q-tip. I actually liked the banger a lot while i had the chance to use it. The second star is simply because the staff has been cool the cpl times ive been in. But im not excited to have to spend another $25 for a banger so soon

Good smoke shop. The guys working here are very knowledgeable with vaping. My husband and I came in looking for vapes to help quit smoking. They were all very helpful and nice. They definitely have alot of options for any of your smoking needs.

Love the place, i havent been there in awhile since ive been trying out ordering stuff online. But the staff are always nice, VERY helpful as they know there stuff, both with CBD and accessories as well as tobacco!

They are always causing me problems because they never keep enough atomizersss for the trinity alpha I dont think its the store itself its more to do with their warehouse most likely but rather way I am going somewhere else and ordering off the internet.

As far as service the place is a joke... The little girl behind the counter asked me for my ID after I was just there... Im forty years old. Are u serious ... So they lose my business. Go down to Smokes n Stuff down the street. The owner is a great guy...

The staff was very helpful. The bad thing though was I seen several of their Padron and AJ Fuente uncelloed cigars covered in mold. Humidity was high enough that the floor was wet. Very poor care for such premium cigars.

Gave me the wrong milligram of vape fluid, not to mention the bottle was open when they sold it to me because people like to smell it so Im out $20. Thanks Wild Bills. If your employees open the bottles and sell them to customers PLUS give customers the wrong product you should rectify it.

This is Christopher, I prefer the old ways of wild Bills, the old workers knew my i.d and knew me so they didnt have to see it everytime I went in cuzz they knew me and now I am being i.dd every time i come in there by the new workers and its the worst hassle thats out there after you find a store to get to know you .. the guy with the blonde hair and glasses and the older guy thats usually there is the best ones thats ever been there and alot of people that I know would agree because with a person who has memory issues and loses everything I had lost my i.d soon after I got it... so in my eyes and alot of others say its almost as if customer service and the hometown feel is completely gone now....

Great prices. However literally every single time Ive bought a mod or pod system on sale it didnt work or only worked for an hour or less.
