Worst store Ive ever been to. Went in on 7/20 and purchased a battery for my vape. Got the one that was $13.99. Had it for 6 days and it would only keep charge for 1 hour. Was told when I purchased it, if I had ANY issues with it, to bring it back. Went to go exchange it today (or get my money back, even had my receipt), and was RUDELY told that it wasnt a manufacturing issue. The first 5 days, it kept a full battery for atleast half the day! The girl working today had dark hair and spoke very quietly. She had to go ask who Im assuming was the manager, WHO WAS SITTING DOWN TALKING TO ANOTHER WORKER, for me to just get told she cant help me. What a waste of $$$$$$. Will NEVER step foot into that store again.

Im getting really tired of Google intentionally hiding this shop from appearing on my map. I had to literally pin it and it still doesnt show up properly. You guys should get that sorted, this type of corporate biased censorship is entirely unacceptable.

This place so far is probably the best tobacco store in town. Professional and enthusiastic staff, great quality products. 👍

Convenient location. Great prices and deals on Wednesdays. Rewards program has helped me save quite a bit of money. I come here for all my RYO cigarette needs. Store is always clean and well maintained. Shout out to Zac for always being helpful and friendly. Just wish they were open a bit later.

This place double charged and blamed me for not keeping the receipt. They knew there card reader was having issues.

Well decided to stop by this location after being a frequent visitor from out of town at their other spot on Telegraph rd. My boy Zach who worked at the other location before was working so needed to show him some love. I really like the open feel of this location and how simple it makes it to find everything. They are also running the 50% off whip it sale right now and they even had a flavored one that I had to try. So hit up Wild Bills for all your good time needs.

Workers are kind and knowledgeable. They don’t try and up sell you. Just what you need! Great cross selection of products

Not only is this shop in a convenient location and carry good products, I have enjoyed how nice and helpful all the staff is. Easy five stars.
