Do not buy anything from this store. You will get robbed. They do not charge retail prices on their products. Items that are packaged with pricing are doubled. Items should be sold at the retail pricing. For example, they sell 79 and 99 cent Black-n-Milds for $1.50 and $2.00. They are price gougers. Not a good place of business.

These people are scammers. They never did anything honest in their life. The weed is trash and the person serving the bud is clueless. The owner is often there and he is a complete scammer. I would rather quit than ever buy anything from this place. ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS PLACE.

Tbh I should have listened to the reviews and y’all should too although they seem like decent people their flower prices are just off very overpriced and super not worth paying regular prices for bad or sub par quality. u can buy flower at most smoke shops litterally try any other placeAlso the other dude hit the nail on the head wich would explain my issue: they just have very limmited knowledge about flower in general u can tell they don’t smoke or didn’t come in contact with it prior to selling it

Shady busy! Don’t purchase from here. I purchased a glass items from here and after the first use it was peeling and was leaking! To make things worse when I tried calling the business to figure out if I can exchange it the business phone doesn’t even work. Disconnected! So I go in pleasant and the owner tried to make it seem like I was the one responsible to the leaking glass. Then said you didn’t spend good money it was just $30. The nerve! The audacity. I would never go back. Horrible customer service and store policies. I do not recommend. I would give zero stars if I could.

Black horse smoke shop is one of the best places I’ve ever been. This place is really nice, big enough to see all the things they have and everything is very organized. Their varieties, stuffs and prices are very good and cheap so everything is going to work for you. One of the things I like the most is that they speak a lot of languages English, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, among others, So it’s easier for you to comunícate with all the people who work there in case you need any help and you don’t speak English. The store is always looking good, smells good and all the workers are very kind and friendly. It’s a really nice smoke shop, go there and check it out all the amazing things they have, your won’t regret it!!

Rick is amazing!! Shop is clean, organized. If you need help rick is the man! Great prices they are opened 10-12 midnight. They have an array. Everything you need is right here!! Great prices on the hookahs with discounts andmultiple flavors to choose from.

Ive lived in Mount Vernon all of my life and have been recently coming to this location for the past few months. To say that Ive been treated like Ive been a loyal customer for years would be a grave disservice to them here. Everytime Ive been here, I have been treated like a superstar. Rick (the owner) has been EXTREMELY accomodating to me whenever I come in, ranging from different flavors that Ive now added into my reserves to completely brand-new hookah kits without breaking my budget. If there is one regret I would have here, its that I havent visited this location sooner. They have much more variety than other locations Ive been to (and Ive been to all of them in Gramatan Ave) and they carry the full supply for all your hookah needs (charcoal, tips, rubbers, etc.). The only thing I havent tried yet is staying on location at the lounge to smoke after 7PM but thats next on my to-do list. The location is super-clean and Ive walked in with Rick and Anna cleaning the location as well so I know Im not walking into a dirty space. In short, coming from someone whos used hookahs for 10 years, this is a hidden gem in Mount Vernon and worth the experience!

I LOVE IT HERE ! The prices are GREAT , everytime I come in , they make us feel comfortable let us know about the new products and hold very nice conversation with me. The energy is always great , they place nice music and would even make a coffee depending on how long I stay. I never leave without buying ! They have So many options, way more then I’ve seen in A lot of smoke shops.

I went into the store, and Rick was trying overly hard to sell me some cbd products, and i felt almost pressured to buy his merchandise, so I definitely dont recommend this smoke shop, but I recommend lotus hookah lounge. its so nice and upscale, and its only 15 minutes away!

I love the store very clean and has everything you need. The prices are reasonable and the discount that they give is great . Great customer service, very spacious, and cute the decorations make everything look so nice . The hookahs are great and you can even smoke in the shop with friends and family , the owner makes you feel comfortable .

Sincerely for me the best smoke shop in the country. I love being there having my delicious espresso coffee. There you have everything I need to take a few hours off, a comfortable, differentiated place, and best of all, with great service. Thankyou Rick and Team Black Horse

I love this place. The store is beautiful, great atmosphere and a wide selection of things to choose from. The store owner Rick is very kind, good conversationalist and he looks out for his frequent buyers.

I love this store it has everything you need they know all knowledge about vapes, hookah, thc pens,raw paper filters they know everything they are the best they treat you very nice they always give discounts the prices are really good prices i really recommend this store is my favorite so far keep doing your thing love you guys. I came to the store last month and was flabbergasted with the owner Rick and his customer service. The employees was not wearing a mask. And there was no social distancing guidelines. Not keeping COVID-19 guidelines is very dangerous especially during this time. This in NOT acceptable. Im very disappointed overall.

Number one in how much diverse the stock is, got everything got to do about smoking, the coffee bar they have the best machines in town, some stuff are pricey but you sure get quality parallel to what you pay for.
