The one lady with the brown hair is super snotty, the mousey lady with glasses is nice, but the snotty lady always has to put her two cents in, even from the office. I walked out and discovered Rock Vapor Scizzors, they treat me very well and appreciate my business.

The staff is always nice and helpful. Prices arent to bad. Wish they were open alittle later. They seem to have bankers hours not real peoples hours. Sometimes I have to take my business elsewhere. When Id rather go here. Maybe more of a variety on the novelty items too. Ive seen that at the other tobacco shops in other towns I go to, seems to work well for them.

Called looking for a birthday present. Called to make sure they had them, the phone was answered by a very helpful younger sounding girl. I asked if they had the item and she happily said they did. I told her thank you very much for her help and that I would be in today to pick it up. She said nothing of being closed. We did in fact go the same day to find that they were closed, when we were at the door a more middle aged woman saw us through the door and shook her head saying no, no, no. Wouldnt come to the door. Finallly came to the door to inform us that they were doing inventory that day. We told her that we called and we were not told about the inventory, and she absolutely refused to help us in any way even when all we were trying to do was ask if she knew of any one else that sold it. She was EXTREMELY RUDE. I will never look to them for merchandise again and I will not recommend them at all. VERY poor service and Rude to attempt to speak with. If I could rate it less than a 1 I would. Buyer beware.

I’m usually in the store for nicotine or delta 8 products, today i came in for a nectar collector and i asked the lady where they were and she rudely told me in front of my eyes. and walked over to where i was and the only one they had was a small one (smaller than the length from my palm to pinky finger) for $15, which was okay! and then had the nerve to be rude when we were checking out because we had to pay with change too. If i hadn’t already been in a rush amazon, or walmart would’ve got my money, they asked $11.99 for one twice this size 😞 the older lady in the store is always so rushful and rude, definitely love the lady we get during the day, short haired lady who’s patient and actually helps describe the product always in such a positive mood!

Everyone is so polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Cheaper Tobacco to anyone that chews tobacco or smokes cigarettes and they also have other products to choose from too. A very awesome store!

Sarah goes above and beyond to make sure the customers are happy. Always welcoming and upbeat and makes me laugh!! Give her a raise!!! She’s earned it.

Come here all the time. Sometimes Im given a receipt, sometimes not even asked. Just got 2 vapes 2 days ago, and they both were burnt straight out of the package, will be asking for a receipt from now on. Waste of my money then Im stuck.

Awesome people, awesome place! Now, being from Georgia, Im used to actual cheap tobacco, but from the prices of tobacco around this area, yeah, this is the place to go. And the people are friendly and helpful. If you smoke cigarettes like I do, try the brand This. No sparks from twigs lol, no going out every 2 seconds, and they dont taste like the bottom of the factory floor sweepings that somebody had stuck to the bottom of their shoe all day before they decided to use it 😂. They actually have a decent hearty flavor to em. But, nuff said bout that. The store is really cool! And Im pretty sure that youre going to find what youre looking for if you go there, and at a good price.

I used to absolutely LOVE Cheap Tobacco, until I went and bought a smoking pipe the other day. I bought a pipe that I thought was a little too expensive and even the girl who helped us out thought it was also a little too much for the piece I bought. But I needed a new one and bought it anyway. Today I get a little curious and go online and look up the piece I bought. The same exact piece was selling a whole lot cheaper than what I paid for it at Cheap Tobacco. I remember when pieces like mine were only 14.99 and now all the smoking pipes are priced way too high. I dont get it, but it looks like I will be taking my business elsewhere as well as quite a few of my smoking friends. The store is called Cheap Tobacco for a reason.

So they didnt have my tobacco, but they said they will order it for me, and keep it in the back for me, now I think thats pretty damn sweet...plus my smokes that I buy when I have the money are 3 dollars cheaper!! Love this place, I will become a regular!!!

Came in just to look around and see the business and see the environment and just having a conversation with the workers made me feel un welcome being asked if I’m even gonna buy anything isn’t a way to run a business nor treat your customers so not recommend coming here.

Ok. so i could write a novel about today. but im not going too. all im going to say is this... i frequent this place like once to 3 times a week, buying a range of things from tobacco to vape pens and liquid. i came in today to get tobacco and tubes. and i told the lady i had a couple dollars in quarters. and she flipped! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?!?!... SO i just looked at her and said nevermind ill go somewhere else. walked 2 mins down the road and bought what i needed. Needless to say i wont be coming back to that shop with that older, bigger lady.

The employees brighten my day I got 1 particular workers I absolutely adore she is always so cheerful and a joy to be around.

Best prices in town and they also carry my Pall Mall non filters those are getting hard to find but they have all the rare brands

The $50 worth of cigarette(not pipe) tobacco I bought was so dried out I couldnt even roll a cigarette but when I called to let them know I was told because it was opened they couldnt refund my money but how would I have known it was dry till I opened it hello!
