Love this place, Riley is very attentive, really knows his stuff and always gets me to try a new vape juices. Shop is always very well organized clean. I refuse to go anywhere else and buy my vape juice.

Very great place to go for a wide variety of vape juice, used to go to sky vapor but this beats that place 10 fold. Been going for 2 years and its only gone up. Employees are chill and nice to work with as a returning customer.

Really nice people. Wanted to make this my vape shop but.......They sold me a Device they recommended and never had pods for it. Sold me another device(no refund on other one) that had an issue so I went to take it back and they were willing to give me credit under warranty. I said great just give me another one of these vapes. Out of stock. Nothing similar. So down the road I went and wont go back. Cash in the trash. Super nice though.

I started doing business with Galaxy prior to Covid. Ive been doing business with them consistently since they re-opened. The atmosphere is unhurried and the staff are wonderful! They carry quality products and are more than happy to help you find what you need. Jake is kind, patient and, should you have questions, will explain what is needed in terms you can understand! For the novice, that is much appreciated. If you are experienced, Jake will help you find what you need without talking down to you. If you havent been here, give it a try, you will be happy you did!!

They exceeded the customer service standards, not occasionally but every time I stop in for supplies and/or tutoring. Thank you so much.

The staff are friendly, competent and well versed in their products. Excellent and knowledgeable salesmen, top notch. The biggest issue that I have with them is reliability of stock. I go there for a flavor, come back to get more and its gone with an uncertain refill time. I go there for additional coils and theyre out of stock, as well, but I was given a free coil as compensation. Would recommend based on staff sales, knowledge and expertise.

Very Accommodating and was professional and helped me choose the right pen! They carry voopoo productsEdit: I have to change my star rating to one. I went in to buy something they were out of, that’s not the problem. The problem is I bought a phun ultra disposable vape and they charged me almost $28 for it. I can order the same exact one online for $12. He’s double charging for things and price gouging. I won’t be back.

Came in for some coils, as I had left mine on the other side of the state. Ended up finding my favorite vape shop on the west side of the mountains!! Cool dudes giving off old days vape shop vibes. 100/10 would reccomend

Galaxy has been the best at two locations that we visit. They have what I need, and service has been amazing.

There is very few places that are this amazing in what they do! Riley the employee who is always there is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and will help you find exactly what you need. The pricing is great. And they sell quality devices and e-liquid. I spent $50 on my ecig and have had it for 3 months and it still works amazing. They are open 10am-8pm which is awesome Im able to go after work. I would suggest this to anyone looking for a e-cig or liquid. This is the only store I go to. Oh yeah the rewards program is awesome too. This is the only review I would give 6 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

One staff member is friendly, the rest are ridiculously NOT. I have been in a few times and Im to the point where if the fat guy with the beard is there, I will walk out... hes mean and snobby. Their stuff is SUPER overpriced... I know they need to make money but it is crazy how much they mark stuff up. I WANT to support local businesses, but its cost prohibitive to shop there. Bummer, really.

The gentleman we dealt with today was kind, very professional and helpful. He did not try and push the most expensive products on us, he actually took time to here what we were looking for. We will most definitely be buying our products from Galaxy.

Jake was exceptional here he was very knowledgeable in all the merchandise and knew right away what to get us when we told them what we liked and he was spot on, We are from out of town and Im always going to come back here when Im in town no outstanding service amazing store!!!!

Galaxy vape is out of this world!!!OK, so I went in and was very skeptical considering how pushy and money hungry most shops are now a days. The girl working here today was epic when it comes to customer service and friendliness. She found the right product and not only was it perfect for what I needed, it was sooooo much less in price than I expected. Thank you Gabby, so very much. And the puppy....need I say more? Great vapor store. Very large selection of juice and mods. The Carney Cakes and Lemon Drop are really tasty. Reasonable pricing with a good rewards/points system. Friendly and helpful staff. Favorite vapor store.

The juice and stuff is rad. A couple of the dudes really like to stare at my girlfriends chest though, like a couple wild dogs who just found a strip of kobe steak. Because of this and the prices Ill rate 3 stars. Good, but needs improvement.

Closed down but now reopened. Its not like it used to be but I imagine itll get there soon enough. So far, Ive only met Jake and hes on top of the ball when it comes to dialling it in on what you might need or want. Glad to see Galaxy back in the area!

The staff here is super helpful and welcoming, they have a great selection of juices and are more than happy to walk you through as many of their testers as necessary to find what youre looking for. All in all Ive had nothing but great service here.

The people that work here are not your typical retail staff. They might be a bit off but they actually care about what they are doing and about the customers. The price on what they sell might seem a bit much at times but unlike online buying you know that what you are getting is what you bought.

Was in the area for work and ran out of juice. Stopped by to check it out, great customer service, very friendly, not pushy at all and cute dog too. Totally worth stopping by!

Knowingly selling fake products, non of their disposables are real, you can do the verification process on all of them and Im sure they would come back as counterfeit. Reported to the FDA already since they would not respond to me and decided to block me on facebook instead of giving me a refund. Would not touch this place with a 10ft poll.

Flat out my favorite shop. Jake and gabbi are effing awesome. Jake got us on the right track to stop cigarette smoking . 7 weeks free of them as of right now. The selection of juice is amazing. If you are a MTL user the salts are awesome if youre a DTLthe juices are just wow.Come see Jake or Gabbi and break the shackles of smoking. Do your part to help dismantle big tobacco and support small shops. Keep your money local and help your community.

Great huge selection of juices thats constantly changing and refreshing while keeping the favorites. Staff is exceptionally helpful and will answer any question you have and definitely go above and beyond to make sure youre set up right.
