Forgive me but Im horrible with names... I came in tonight to get juice, from out of town passing threw helping my pops find a new house. Will go out if my way to come here again in the future, the wonderful woman at the counter was not only very easy on the eyes but she can mix juices very well, not to strong not to soft, just the right level and doesnt cause me the throat irritation I get from most places that still mix there own. Great staff and great products.Like I said I will go out of my way to return to this location!

Nice service.We were able to call in and had our questions answered with prompt service on arrival.Tony is a very hard worker, professional and great customer-service guy. Ive no doubt the vape shops success is largely in his part.

Nice little shop. Friendly staff who is willing to help you find what you need within your budget. I dont vape, but I was interesting to see what was offered and it was explained very well and in a friendly and professional manner. I couldnt get a specific name, but I had the whole crew helping me out anyways. I didnt buy anything and I didnt feel pressured to.It is clean and well designed. Staff and customers are smoking vapes in the building. Although there are big plumes of billowing smoke, its not harmful, generally just water vapors with a scent of the flavor and glucose.They have an abundance of flavors and recipies for you to try and buy. You can request or invent custom blends as well.

Staff are so friendly and helpful only place I like to go for juice and coils. When doesnt taste the way you like they fix it to what makes you happy. They explain your personal vape needs to you... I will always recommend them...

My brother bought me a second hand vape (not from here lol) and I asked them about it and they told me what I needed to know. Love their house blend juices they make. Very friendly, professional, helpful and smart people. Im tired of reading all these negative reviews regarding Puckerfish. Theyre actually a good startup vape shop. They know their vapes. Plus as a kroger employee I get a 10% discount. Definitely gonna be my main vape shop.

Best service, I became a customer at the Newark location and when they closed I began shopping on line. Due to the backlog this holiday season with the USPS I have driven up to Mount Vernon a few times and they have always been wonderful. They even notified the company of the shipping issue for me.

Great customer service from Derek. I just moved back here from Phoenix Arizona glad Mount Vernon has a good Vape shop now. He definitely earned my business on the first visit.

This store is overpriced. The employees are rude, there is no selection. We bought a new mod from them then decided to try and return it before we even left the parking lot the manager refused to accept the return even though it was purchased 5 minutes prior and not opened. When I asked to get a phone number for his supervisor he said the store is ran out of a house in another state... would recommend not using them. go across the street the people actually know what they are talking about there.

Great staff, love derek and travis. They will help you with anything from information about hardware to building coils for RDAs. Dunno many of the new people in there but derek and travis are the go to guys! They also price match other stores in town and most likely cheaper than the other guys.I would like to add that I bought a tank, free max mesh pro, and it was brand new sealed package and the top was very loose, took it back and they replaced it no questions. (Was within the warranty period) Youre the best guys!!!

They offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on the house made juices. As long as you have not used more than 1/3rd of your bottle they will make you one (it dosent have to be the same flavor) for free.

I asked for a juice to be made and I had my vape in my hand and I thought since he seen what I was using here would know to make me a 70/30 mid and when I started vaping it I started to choke. It was s 80/20 mix and was nasty and didnt taste like the flavor I asked for!

I actually give this store 0 stars. Have been doing business with them for almost a year but went in yesterday and had such a bad experience that Ill not go back. Demanded I wear a mask even after I explained that I have severe anxiety and panic disorder with a doctor excuse for not being required to wear one. FYI I was the only customer. Poor customer care.

Nice vape shop. Tons of juice options. Prices are hit and miss, just depends on what you are looking for. Staff is knowledgeable and fun!

I come here for hardware builds and advice. These guys are some of the best in the business. Plus they match hardware pricing around town definitely a better buy.
