7/22/24Dear, Ramilaben and Vishnubhai Patel, I was hoping for a reply by now saying they were off the shelf I could put this review back to a 5 star. I dropped it .3 as of yesterday. Instead you deleted the comment from before thanking me after I gave you a 5 star.These pipes will make people sick and give them cancer in a short amount of time. It’s not a joke, I’m concerned about my people.I haven’t had my friends give bad reviews or make any post on social media about it yet, I’m trying to give you more time.7/21/24This review went from a 5 star to a one star due to them selling plastic pipes (not silicone). I told the lady working the counter about it, she tapped it on the glass counter and said it sounds like glass 😂I went home and cut it in half with some cutters, took it back up there and I showed to the manager it wasn’t glass, he said it is plastic but it’s a different kind that was safe, I explained to him that I happen to be a polyurethane engineer that’s not how plastics work. It takes isocyanates to make any kind of plastic and if you heat it up and inhale it’s EXTREMELY Carcinogenic. Smoking something out of it would give someone CANCER in like a month.He told me he couldn’t promise me it would be off the shelf, I told him that wasn’t a option, these are my people he’s selling them to my culture, even if they are ignorant enough to smoke out of it, it’s not okay. Especially when you are telling people it’s safe to smoke out of or telling people it’s glass. You should know your products before selling them to the public. You’ll end up with a lawsuit if you don’t take them out of your store.

Friendly. Prices are a tad more than some places. The lady always is talking on the phone but I never know she is or isnt so its confusing 🤣 but other than that the location is convenient.

But your review is the higher people that actually know about smoking you can’t have a non-smoker trying to sell smokers things it doesn’t work

This is my absolute favorite vape store! They have a wide, always expanding, selection of vapes. So theres always something new to try!They also have tobacco, tubes, a variety of gummies, cartridges, pens, drinks, chocolate, pre rolls, grinders, hookas and more! Like character bags & backpacks, swords/knives & pepper spray, and some VERY unique glass accessories!Essentially, if its a smoke-related product, Smoke Smart will have it. The owner consistently greets me by name, strikes up a conversation like an old friend, hes always smiling and super friendly! As a bonus they offer a loyalty punch card and great discounts!

Great customer Service! They will let you know when something is coming in if they are out of it. best prices on vapes in town!

Products are right, but the owner is fairly rude. Went to the DMV today and got my ID and of course it’s paper and he wouldn’t accept it. Even though it has a watermark and everything.
