I agree with all the other previous load scoring statement. This place could be so much more than what it is especially how close it is to other dispensaries. They definitely lost a large sale today when I was looking for it was right in front of them and they didn’t want to acknowledge or help me and instead the man behind the counter just wanted to talk sport. It’s a sad day when customer service is so lacking that you just won’t even purchase an item.

Kind staff with a great selection of all your vaporizer needs. The staff may not always know exactly what youre asking of them, but they will try their best to help and do so courteously and respectfully, which is more valuable to me than knowledge of a specific hobby.

The guy who helped me was a dimwit with absolutely zero people skills. He showed no interest in helping me with my newbie questions, zero ability to show the slightest interest in making any helpful suggestions, zero aptitude for anything beyond hasic clerical functions. He couldnt help me with settings on my vapor kit. He couldnt make even the minutest effort in any way to even act as if he were glad I spent my dough there. Totally different from any vape store Ive ever visited anywhere since time began.

The guy that runs this place is not too nice( I think hes the owner). Maybe the people that said the staff is nice havent dealt with him yet...His selections suck. He wont even let you smell the juice before buying. He had a fit when I wanted to smell the juice. Most ever place I have gone you can at least smell the juice or even try them if you have a dripper (screw them fda rules).Hes over priced. Just go anywhere else. I have seen gas stations with better juice.. I travel around the state for work and have stopped in many of shops. This place just gave me the creeps shopping there and didnt feel welcome at all. I dont get out that way much but would rather drive a few mins farther to greenfield and go to one of the better shops in the state I have stopped at out that way. As for the name of his shop being glassology... Hes way off on that you would probably find a better glass piece at Walmart... Just a bunch of factory made junk nothing special. I regret getting off the highway to stop here and check it out Shoulda just kept going.

I had purchased a smok kit that came with a Warrantee up to six months in store, unfortunately this item has a defect that the company itself is recalling I called this vendor only to get the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The older gentleman on the phone began to yell at me saying I was incorrect and that it was not his problem then Proceeded to fight with me about giving me the information to call the company and then hung up the phone on me I will never purchase anything from this place again and I recommend you don’t

Horrible customer service in a location that feels like a dirty porn store. Not cheap like one would think due to location. Go somewhere else.

This guy that works there has no idea what he is talking about. he treats people like trash and the store is pathetic. i advise no one to give this place the time of day!!!!

Good products but its best to go there knowing what you need. The guy there doesnt really know much about the products they are selling.

The lady that works here always gives me the wrong coils but oh well
