Worst massage ever ! I asked for 30 mins they charged me for 1hr . I said thats OK because my back hurts ill take the hour.the lady walks out to greet customers 3 times in the first 20 min then swaps with another woman who is not a trained in massages to switch places with her. After 5 mins of terrible rubbing I asked for the original lady to come back and complete the massage. She argued with me for about 5 minutes over Google translate about having another customer that was more important so she was refusing to complete what she stated was the last 20 minutes. After demanding that she ne the one to complete it she returned and continued for 10 more minutes before telling me that my time was up 50 minutes after I arrived . These people are crooks and I dont recommend them at all.

Juni was awesome, little, but strong. If you’re looking for a deep tissue massage come see her, or if you’re needing a Swedish massage she’ll work her magic on you. Juni has since moved on to Rose Day Massage.

Set an appointment online for 2 people get there says they can only do one but not for the time I scheduled basically kicked us out extremely rude wouldn’t recommend to anyone

This was a much needed great massage! I was nervous with Covid, but they took all the precautions and made it feel safe. The massage itself wonderful and you can’t beat the price!! I’ve paid a lot more for massages, that were only half as good. I will be back, thank you Andy!

It was a good deal on Groupon and I should have known better. Therapist was 15 minutes late to our appointment. Came in and didnt ask me about any areas of focus. Once the massage began it was obvious that she had no professional training as a masseuse. She left the room to check the front door twice and then had a phone conversation while massaging me. When I went to leave she essentially blocked the door and demanded a tip. I strongly advise avoiding this place. After reading other reviews I now believe that many others have had similar experiences.

After driving for eight hours, I was very tired. I found this restaurant called health massage to relax. The masseurs here are very professional, so I have a good relaxation and relieve fatigue. After doing it, I gave him a good tip. He told me that he has been doing massage for 12 years. Its a great feeling that I will come back.

I went here for a couples massage and what I got was the worst massage that Ive ever experienced in my entire life. The 5 star reviews have to be fake. This place is a joke. I dont know how this place is even in business. I got a full body massage entirely through a sheet. The person giving the massage was untrained and clearly did not know how to give massage. The staff speak very little English. My partner was in a separate room even though we wanted a couples massage. I didnt realize until afterwards that my partner ended up with a male massaging her despite her asking for a female. The AC was turned off. Probably because they are cheap and trying to save money. I became hot and sweaty under the sheet that they were massaging me with. After 10 minutes of the worst massage experience in my life I got up a got a refund. I dont think anyone will ever be able to top this as the worst massage experience in my entire life. It was awfully bad. Dont ever go here. This place should be shut down.

Andy gave me the best chair massage of my life. While my feet soaked in hot water I laid back in a soft reclining chair and he massaged my neck and shoulders. He used hot stones on my feet and really worked them good. He also did helpful stretches in my legs and arms. I was fully clothed and very comfortable. They took my temperature when I came in and had me sanitize my hands. Everything was clean and professional. I will 100% revisit. For my first time I chose the 60 min foot reflexology. Next time I will do a table massage.

This place was terrible! I had booked a couples massage for us to be in the same room. I reiterated that several times. She assured me this was no problem. When we got there we were put in separate rooms. I mentioned that we wanted to be in the same room and she said No, we cant do that. I got most of my massage thru a blanket. But suddenly she ripped the blanket off and I was naked! It was extremely uncomfortable. This was my husbands first massage and it was horrible for him too. She took the towel off of him and he was naked as well. She actually told him he had a great body!! When he was on his back she actually touched his genitals twice!!! When the massage was over and I cam out of the room. She said What about a tip? I informed her I left it in the room. She then had the audacity to ask How much? I told her and she said Ok. We paid for a hot stone massage. I got that. My husband didnt. I was on my stomach the whole time without a bolster under my legs. Absolutely horrible experience. Extremely unprofessional!!

Dont go here. Seriously. There were several issues. First we went for a couples massage and they put us in separate rooms... kind of eliminates the point of a couples massage. Second, it was burning hot inside there. I dont know if they were trying to save money by not running the AC, but it was really uncomfortable. Third, the lady came and told me she was going to give me a male masseuse to which I replied I dont want a male therapist. She just kept arguing with me saying that a male would be best, so I just went with it since this wasnt getting anywhere. Fourth, the guy comes in and pulls the sheet almost completely over my head and makes sure every part of my body is covered, and then proceeds to give a painful massage. After five minutes of sweating under this blanket, I told him it was enough and to leave. He kept insisting he stay and I had to loudly tell him multiple times to leave. Truly a 0 star experience. Do not waste your time here.

Schedule appt a deep tissue massage week prior. Arrived on time, a frail lady said there was not an appt made and then said she would have to do the massage since the other gal (Ci-Ci) wasnt going to be there. The room was cold and clearly not ready. I walked out knowing I wasnt getting what I paid for. Dont waste your money on this place. Very sketchy with non-professionals who are just winging it.

See last paragraph for update.Excellent massage.Their English seems limited, so if you have complicated needs, like I did, it took some show and tell to explain what I needed.A full time front desk person would be nice, so a masseuse does not need to break away from a client if someone walks in the front door. Check to see when they will have multiple staff on duty to avoid this problem.On my last visit I signed up online. There is a icon to click that says PAY NOW. It should say, SUBMIT or CONFIRM, however, as there is no attempt to get you to pre pay. However, there is place for a comment. I wrote, No interruptions going to the front desk should someone come in. I did this as there is not alway multiple employees there. When I got there is seems my masseuse just put the closed sign up and locked the door. In any case, we were not interrupted.

I bought a hour and a half massage on Groupon. The therapist was very nice but she was the only one working. So during the massage she had to manage the front desk taking away from my time and experience. She keep leaving the room and it was long gaps where I was just laying there.

Overall, truly enjoyed myself! I felt totally relaxed afterwards. They got all my sore knots. Very professional. Clean rooms and nice staff. Really nice environment, and great atmosphere and service!

This was my first visit there. The deep tissue was more of a skin massage than muscle. I recommend going elsewhere if you have sore or tight muscles.
