Mariel is hands down the best massage therapist I have seen! She incorporated deep stretch with massage and did such a great job. She was very professional and took the time to determine how she could provide the best service. I would definitely recommend visiting her!

I had an excellent prenatal massage from Lincoln! I was pleasantly surprised with the facility (very clean, modern), staff (very friendly), and quality of my massage!

Mariel was a terrific healer. She used a number of techniques, mobility, and stretching to work out years of built up lactic acid deposits to get me feeling good and moving comfortably again! 10/10 would recommend her for any sports or movement related issues.

Mariel was the best masseuse I’ve ever had. She focused on the bodies full range of use, not just the tension in muscles. Her holistic approach was refreshing and I will definitely be back!

It smelled like food when I walked in. There was food out on the counter. Most of the other places I have been have a therapy oil smell that is much better than someone microwave lunch. They were loud and talking in the front and they were not professional.

Massage envy is my favorite place to get a massage. I always feel totally comfortable with their staff. Mariel in particular is a wonderful massage therapist!

Cambria was my masseuse and she was wonderful! She listened to where I had pain, and paid extra attention to working out those areas. I have horrible back pain and she genuinely releived it, Im still feeling good a day later!!

Jacinda is top notch. She does such a great job in listening to what I need during our sessions. I feel 10x better after I leave sessions with her.

The massage was good but I decided to get the enhanced muscle therapy and I probably wouldn’t do that again didn’t feel a change or difference

Anna is the best! She has consistent top-notch skills and incredible expertise. She is very good at what she does, going above and beyond.My last visit was rough, having pain in two key areas and not able to lie on my right side. Anna took control, assessed the situation, prioritized and fixed me up. Im back to being able to sleep on my right side and neck pain after my massage is non-existent. Thank you, Anna!

I booked a microderm on their app and the contraindications (from the app) include not having had a chemical peel in the previous two weeks, but when I arrived, I was told that four weeks needed to be spaced between services and was offered a regular facial. If this is true, local ownership needs to surface the misinformation to HQ so that it is adjusted, but having been a client for quite some time and never hearing this before, I would call this a bad experience and wont be back. I would have appreciated a call before driving out there, especially since I confirmed my appointment more than a day prior.

Caroline was great and hit sll the areas in my shoulders that were tight. Would highly recommend if you’re feeling sore.

Anna is great!The music has gotten really odd though. One track sounded like someone approaching a haunted house.

Massage was great by Cambria, however I was charged $55 more than what the marketing advertising got me in for and had to wait to be refunded and all I got was apologies this was at the 9095 Overland Park location

I went for my first time the other day and this location is very nice. The environment was calming and stylish. My massage therapist was Lindsay. I purchased a 90 min firm massage, and it was spot on. Lindsay did an amazing job of being thorough and checking in with me about the pressure I experienced throughout. I will definitely be returning and I recommend this location and therapist.

Cambria was very friendly and put me in a relaxed mood. She did wonders with the knots in my shoulders!! It was exactly what I needed!!!

Anna does an amazing job! I had a lot of pain in my shoulder. She worked it out. It started to feel better. She worked on it again and better still. She even recommended a stretch exercise for that very specific area of my shoulder. My range of movement has improved and I can finally lift things with that arm. Highly recommend!

Having a massage is all about who is doing. I have been having massage from Debbie for a long time. After my mom and dad started doing it for arthritis and back problems. I tried it and it helps a lot with my back problems. Since she has moved to this location there was some problems with the front office staff. Though they cleared it all up and haven’t had a bad appointment ever. If you have sore or pains you should really look into getting a medicinal massage done. Though book ahead of you want Debbie her schedule gets full quickly!!

I have gone to Anna since I started going to Anna when she was over on Stateline Rd.I believe that was about 15 or 16 years ago. She has always been able to help me when I had back problems and had to have surgery. Now that I am aging she is a great help to relieve tension and aches that come with over working under worked muscles.

Massage Therapist Lincoln was fantastic! It has been nine months since I had a massage… just because life I’ve gotten too busy to take care of myself.I came in with a lot of pain after having a car incident that gave me whiplash, and my body neck and shoulders. Everything was out of whack. It’s the next day after my massage, and I feel like a brand new person. I totally recommend Lincoln and this location. People are nice and it is pleasant and clean. Thank you thank you! I have also seen Anna in the past and she is great too. I am certain all there are going wonderful. I only wish I could afford to go more often.Massage and self care is so important.

5 all the way! Best massage Ive ever had! Alicia did a great job! My neck was in a lot of pain when I arrived, but I was feeling great when I left. She used a firm pressure to work out a bunch of knots, but nothing was painful. I plan on booking with her again!

I had to reschedule my appt with Anna and she was booked up through month end. She had a cancel and squeezed me in yesterday and I am so grateful for her. She does a great job!

My first visit with Anna was a great one. Her years of experience I really felt in her work, starting with a head and sinus massage. Excellent rapport and empathy too. Without hesitation, im happy to give Anna the highest rating of five stars.

I have been seeing Anna at Massage Envy North OP at least once per month for a little over a year now. She always does a great job and is good at remembering what trouble spots or concerns I may have. She always uses a great amount of pressure, but still consistently checks that it’s enough or not too much. She is very welcoming and friendly. I look forward to seeing her every visit. I would recommend her to anyone!

Ive been going to Tammy once a month for a couple of years now and shes fantastic! So much depends on the therapist you see, so if you arent sure what kind of massage you like, talk to the front desk folks. They can make recommendations. Sam (front desk) is great too. They treat me like theyre genuinely happy to see me and it makes me feel good about coming back.

Tammy is an amazing therapist! I have received monthly massages for years. When my former EXCELLENT masseuse (@ ME) was injured, I was introduced to Tammy. She has transformed my neck and lower back stiffness and pain! The great thing about her work is that it LASTS between visits! Shes phenomenal! Plus is shes a smart, kind and compassionate person. I hestitate to write this glowing review because, selfishly, I want her all to myself!

As has become the standard at this Massage Envy, Alicia provided an outstanding massage experience for me yesterday. She was attentive to my needs and only focused on the things for which I asked. Her expertise in diagnosing exactly what that was was only exceeded by the way in which she relieved my stressed back and shoulders. Already looking forward to the next appointment.

This location is warm and inviting, also super professional. I prefer a medium-firm pressure and Lincoln always does a great job of meeting my expectations. He’s friendly and checks in frequently during the session to ensure the pressure is still ok. I always leave feeling super relaxed and stress free!

Kathy did a very good job on communicating how the pressure was, if I felt comfortable and which areas I want hit on most. And she was still able to make it a full body massage in the hour. It was very therapeutic and relaxing. I know if I go back here I’m definitely asking for Kathy 😊

Craig is such a talented, knowledgeable therapist. I rate the company a 4, but Craig is a 5 star, times two! He is a very competent therapist.I am preparing for major surgery on my shoulder and he worked to get those muscles to unknot and relax so I hope to experience a better post-op recovery.After many years of massage therapy, he has been the best. Lincoln is fabulous! I’ve gone to other massage therapists but they don’t get to the root of my issues or not massage certain areas like scalp or glutes. He really goes the extra mile!

Went for hour massage last week. Was quoted amd charged $60 for one hour.Called yesterday and made appt for today. Was told the price is $120 or $70 if you are a member. Charged $120 on my card with no reasonable explanation and no permission. Manager Jess refused to return $60.This is stealing and we wlll never return again to any Massage Envy.

I had a one hour massage with therapist McKenzie, she did an amazing job at working out my knots and tension points and focused on helping me to de-stress my mind and body. Highly recommend her, she is medium to high pressure which is what I prefer.

I got the best massage of my life from Tammy at the massage envy on metcalf in Overland Park. She was quiet, she barely said a word, and really focused on all of my problem areas while giving me an amazing full body massage.update: When I first went to see her I could barely lift my arm a few inches without excruciating pain. After the first visit there was a huge improvement. And now after only 3 visits I am very glad to report I can lift my arm above my head with no pain at all. I am pain free and feel like a whole new women!

My therapist talked literally the entire time I was there for the massage I was gifted. I felt too uncomfortable to confront the fact that it was not at all the experience I wanted to have so I guiltily chatted back. I didnt say anything to the staff in the otherwise very nice and welcoming environment because I imagine it was a one off and for some reason maybe she was just trying to engage in a way she thought I wanted her to and I tend to collect odd balls who just open up to me seemingly randomly. So I dont even know if the massage was good or not because I wasnt able to relax into it, and it definitely affected my confidence in booking an appointment there ever again. I just feel like leaving your own life issues at the door and creating a peaceful atmosphere is half of what is paid for in a massage service and I really wish I had been brave enough to request a change in the way things were going. I have only been this one time and perhaps everyone else maintains more of the relaxing standard I was expecting.

I am very pleased with Massage Envy. Michelle does a wonderful job of listening to what is going on with my body and adapting the massage as necessary. I would give five stars, but I don’t like their timing policy. If paying for 90 minutes, I would like the actual massage to last 90 minutes. It is really more like 75-80 minutes after we visit and I get on the table.

Craaiiiiggggggggggg oh my goodness. If you go here please request him. I had tremendous tension in my neck and he worked it out in 15 mins. I was so impressed with his services that I returned two days later. Hes a trigger point therapist so be prepared to hurt so good! Also, the staff here is amazing. They are so sweet and helpful.

Jacinda is a wonderful massage therapist. Her technique was gentle and effective. Since it was an hour we focused on upper body and she combined gentle stretching and heat to release some trigger point areas. Very effective!

I have been a member of ME for almost 10 years. I was a very valued customer and friend to Chad Fitzgerald the original owner of the Prairie Village location. In fact I have continued to keep my original membership because the customer service at the Prairie Village location was aways so exceptional. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. Over the years my career did not allow me the freedom to use my pre-paid services very often. So I decided to wait until retirement to use them. I had acquired over 56 of them. Now that I am recently retired, I decided it was time to enjoy! I called in to make an appointment last Thursday (6/18) for myself and a friend who was visiting KC. (She had recently lost her husband and she needed some care) From the beginning, It was a little confusing when I called in since I had not booked an appointment for quite some time. I was told that I would receive emails & texts for our appointment times with checkin instructions. We booked massages on Friday (6/19), then facials on Saturday (6/20). The appointments were set one right after the other. (not at the same time) I received 1 email for Friday, and 1 for Saturday. I was not emailed for my friends appointment times. I was told over the phone by the representative on Thurs., that hers would be right after mine. We checked in for Fridays appointments with a little bit of confusion since we never received the texts regarding the covid protocol nor the second emails. But that was resolved quickly and we attended our appointments. Once we finished and we were leaving, I looked at my email and reviewed the time for the next days appointment. (again...I only received 1 email and I was previously told that my friends appointment would follow mine) The time in the email stated 12:30. So the next morning we waited to leave for our appointments. Here is where the problem occurred. Evidently, one of the appointments was for 11:00. (we didnt realize it and we didnt have a way to check) My friend received a voice mail that she was missing her appointment...so we began to panic and I called them to find out what had happened....as we thought her appointment was to be at 2:00. The representative was not very understanding and she said that she could not refund the use of the pre-paid services for the missed appointment. I revisited the conversation when we arrived for our 12:30 appointment and I explained the disconnect in communication, showed them the email, etc. I was told that I would need to speak with management on Monday about a refund. So I called today 6/21 (Monday) and I spoke with Jess the assistant manager. I explained the circumstances of the missed appointment, the confusion, the emails (and lack there of), etc....and I honestly dont feel that I was being given any benefit of the doubt for the whole situation. I was interrupted in my account of the circumstances. I was placed on hold twice, so that she could check with someone/something in the background. She made me forward her the email I had received for my 12:30 appointment (even though I had already showed them while I was there on Sat....and it was supposedly noted in my account by the representative.) She stated: you will have to PROVE that your email said 12:30...So I sent her the email, and ONLY THEN did she refund my pre-paid service. WOW! Where has the customer service gone? The whole thing wears me out just typing it! I was being 100% honest. I have excellent integrity with regards to my life schedule. I have been a loyal customer for almost 10 years. I retained my membership even through the Covid shutdown. But now I have to PROVE that I am worthy of being a valued member & customer...and I have to PROVE that a scheduling and communication mistake did not originate on my end. Nice! Way to Go!In closing, I will say that the technicians who performed our services were top notch. My friend was well taken care of, and that is really all that matters. But members beware....customer service isnt the same as it used to be.

Tammy is an experienced, extremely knowledgeable and professional massage therapist. I have been going to her monthly for years and it’s helped me stay healthy and out of pain. I highly recommend her and this Massage Envy location.

Had my first massage with Roman. He was so very knowledgeable and professional. He was very intentional with his movements and stretches that really addressed every concern that I came up with. I am sad that I dont live in the area because otherwise hed absolutely be my go-to. Highly recommended. Front desk was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Great experience overall!

(A lengthy review). Not a pleasant experience..... Scheduled a massage for my fiancé at 10am for her birthday, they confirmed it. The day before her birthday, they call and say that the therapist is very busy that day, and we have to move our time to 9am when they open. My GPS wasnt working, and I didnt know the area, and I got a little lost. Made it there 10 minutes after they opened. We came in, only the young lady at the desk spoke to us. The other older lady said nothing (Im assuming she was the manager, and she didnt seem very friendly or in a good mood 😱😧😮). You come here to relieve stress, didnt feel welcomed. We filled out the paperwork which took 2 minutes to fill out, which then followed with the young lady stating that my fiancé would not receive her full hour because we were late....... Offered no price adjustment, but they didnt hesitate to ask for the gratuity, granted the therapist deserves that. I honestly would not recommend them.....

The fragrance they use in the restroom was so strong I couldnt breathe. The therapist was great but just wish theyd go fragrance free.

I was looking forward to a relaxing massage. The therapist only concentrated on my neck and shoulders. The worst part was he never stopped talking about himself and told inappropriate jokes and stories. I was uncomfortable and couldnt wait to get out of there. My neck and shoulders were sore and tender the next day. Not my idea of a stress relieving massage. Needless to say, I wont be back

0 stars. In order to post, I had to select at least 1, but they arent even worth that. I scheduled a facial a month ago. My appointment was cancelled 3 times, the last time being 2 hours before the appointment AFTER a confirmation call yesterday. The reasons for cancelling have been weak. I dont understand how an aesthetician can just leave for the day knowing full well there is an appointment. All I want is my money back on a gift card. Yes-this was a gift. It is no longer. Its a stressor. I am done.

I have had massages with both Jenni and Charlye and they are both great and professional. They will focus on whatever area I am having difficulty with at the time or if I just want a basic massage they will do that. Ive been a member for over a year.

Be careful which massage therapist you get and what techniques are used on you. If the experience turns out badly do not expect upper management to make it right. The one positive was the receptionist and different massage therapist that showed empathy and they did want to make the situation right.
