Rose Day Massage

Me and my wife were on vacation and after a long drive we both needed to relax. We stopped in and they got us in right away. The therapist was very friendly and professional. Had a knot in my shoulder and she worked it out. Thank you for a wonderful nights sleep. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stop back. Definitely would recommend this spa!

I used to come to this place like 2-3 years ago and I left the state and I was so excited to be back to come here.However my experience this time wasn’t so great.I got a very repetitive and unsatisfying massage like compared to what I got here before at first I was told that only 30 minutes was my option as they are busy then later was offered to stay for an hour.As I went ahead and decided to go with an hour when it was time to pay the massage therapist wasn’t planning on giving me my change back as she considered it her tip when I didn’t want to tip more than what I believed the service deserved.Overall I probably wouldn’t be back because the service went downhill and it’s very disappointing to see that this used to be my favorite massage place

This place is a hidden gem. Clean space, super welcoming and friendly staff, the massage itself was the best I’ve ever had, and the prices can’t be beat.

I have been coming here for years. It was amazing before, I had so many 5 star visits.The past few times, and specifically my last visit, was very disappointing.I am very forgiving, and I understand every masseuse has a different style, and Im okay with that. Some apply more pressure than others.The masseuse applied ZERO pressure. It was absolutely miserable. She didnt even try, just went through the motions.I hope you have better staff in the future.

Great pricing. Very relaxing. Got a couples massage and both the ladies did very well. Just wish they had a receptionist because they had to keep leaving during to answer the phone/door.

I have been here three times, each time made an appt ahead and only once actually got a massage. The first time I was 5-7 min late, which is on me, and I was told that they couldn’t accommodate me since I was late. I thought it was a little strange that they didn’t call me to make sure I was on my way or make it clear ahead of time that it is a very strict time policy, but mostly I understood that time. I made an appointment for the following week, I was on time for that one and I got a good massage, good customer service. Then the third time I made an appointment a day ahead for 10:30 AM and I walked in the door at 10:32 AM and was told that because I was late they had taken someone else in for a massage and couldn’t see me. It seems like they may have a policy of overbooking and then Doing first come first serve, which it seems to me they should probably make a lot more explicit to their customers. Definitely a disappointed would-be consumer here!

I gave this place a try and felt very satisfied. The therapist is very nice and polite and she gave me a great deep tissue massage. I always had neck and shoulder problems and after the massage I felt so much better. Definitely recommend to my family and friends! Thank you ladies!

Visited this Chinese massage for the first time today; very pleased. Had a 60 minute combination massage. They listened to my pressure preference (firm) and confirmed pressure multiple times during the massage - to ensure it wasnt too firm. Massage rooms are curtained off for privacy or open for fully clothed massage. They identified my trouble places and took care of them without my communicating what I needed; as expected. Very satisfied and highly recommend them. Their English requires patience; the massage was definitely worth it.

Just had a WONDERFUL time here. The therapist is very nice,knowledgeable,gentle and professional. She really listens and cares. She asked where my trouble spots were before she started and made sure her pressure is comfortable. After we got done she told me all the tightest sports and suggested different exercises for me to utilize to stretch these tight spots. The atmosphere and music is also relaxing. I will come again

Eric has very strong hands and is able to work the knots out of my back. He is very attentive to if you jump and changes how hard he is pushing while on the other hand if you need to have more pressure then he accommodates. Rose day massage is a great place to get a massage. They treat you like family and care how you are doing. If you want a massage that is more than worth your time and money go to Rose day Massage!

Nice place with professional masseuses. It was relaxing, the price is average, overall a decent place to get a massage. I didnt like the smell of the oil they use, though i couldnt tell till after the massage was done since i was so immersed in the experience.

No massage shop is better than Rose Day Spa at 91st and Metcalf in Overland Park, Kansas.Every member of the staff is knowledgeable and professional. Cindy, Eleanor, and Annie have each greeted me with warm smiles, evident even through the masks worn during the COVID-19 viral epidemic. I especially enjoy massages from Lily, whose strong hands and awareness of how the body responds to touch is first-rate. Lily is especially wonderful.I wholeheartedly recommend the staff at Rose Day Spa. They are professional and thorough for both full body experiences and excellent foot massages.Steve Roberts

Umm where to start... There are a lot of things I could say but I will just mention the major ones. They NEED a front desk lady who speaks English at least to schedule appointments, answer calls/questions and relay information to the others. She focused WAY too much on my butt. And then to top it off she stopped the massage to answer the phone and handed it to me to schedule an appointment for her. It was out of a movie how insane it was. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable. She was nice though so I feel bad leaving a bad review. I just want others to know what to expect.

My mom and I went yesterday evening and its always a different experience, but I got Kylie and oh my prada!! Yall I have had several massages in KC in the 12 years Ive lived here and kylie is hands down the best one to date.I hope she doesnt move out of Kc because she is magical. Like she is my go to massage person from here on out. You definitely need to try this place out.

I highly recommend Roses massage for a relaxing and rejuvenating massage. The atmosphere is quiet with soothing music playing. The massage therapist’s are amazing, knowledgeable and are very nice. A great place to slip away and recharge.

This was the worst experience for a massage I have ever encountered. My therapist left the room several times and for a period of over 5 minutes each time.The time was certainly not added to the end of the session. A complete waste of money

This was the absolute worse massage I’ve ever had. I’m not even sure that you could call it a massage. I’m pretty sure these girls do more then massage. Two young men came in that looked like regulars and went straight back without saying a word. Hmmm.

It was my first time in Kansas City and I didn’t know where to get a good massage. I found this shop through a Google search. The environment is beautiful and clean, and the staff’s service is excellent! Highly recommend everyone to go! I will buy it again in the future!
