Very pleasant environment and staff!! Just disappointed that their pamphlet says the deluxe European includes hands and feet, but I only had some lotion rubbed on my hands and my feet were completely untouched. It’s a lot of money for you to not get the full service as described, feels like I only got a quarter of it. the facial I did receive was done well and was relaxing! And she did take the entire hour to do it.

I Thank Linda who scheduled everything to suit my & my sister’s needs and timing. The staff was accommodating, professional, and knowledgeable; they made my much-needed day of pampering and relaxation an enjoyable experience. If you want a new lease on life, I highly recommend Natural Remedies Spa in Vienna, W. Va.

My experience was truly top tier...I didnt have high expectations going in and was blown away with how honestly amazing my experience was...I cant remember the name of the staff I was assigned to (I was to say Paul?) But he was absolutely perfect...very professional, very sweet and easy to talk to, and very good at his job...my body came in feeling completely broken down, I left feeling rejuvenated and loose able to move more than I have been able to for weeks...I will DEFINITELY be scheduling another appt ♡ highly recommend

Had a 2 hour massage package and from check-in to end was amazing! Everyone is super friendly and the massage was awesome! Also, I highly recommend the hydrotherapy bed and paraffin dip! The receptionist that helped me and my masseuse were so sweet! Will definitely be back!

Had the Take Me Away package as a gift. The parafin wax on hands and feet felt fantastic. The pedicurist was very friendly and did a great job. I didnt care much for the massage bed. I had low. Tested the other 2 speeds and about beat me to death. But I am 66 years old so that may make difference. The masseuse was very professional. All the staff was very professional and understanding of my self-consciousness. I am going to schedule my husband for a therapeutic massage.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Ive seen Rhonda twice now for a swedish massage. She is extremely helpful and thorough, I highly recommend her and will be back.

Very nice massage. However the manicure portion is impossible to get scheduled. I tried for a year calling a week or 2 in advance, either they were booked or they cancelled on me because the ONE person they have wasnt in. Today I had my appt finally and got called into work when I called to cancel they stated with a unfriendly tone you really should have given us more notice now we cannot schedule anyone else in that spot like I purposely wanted to give up my spa day to go to work. Very unprofessional attitude, will not be back.

Natural spas is a great place to go. Every time I have been there they treat me like royalty and like I am the most important person there. I never feel rushed. It has a very relaxed feel from the time you walk in.

Got a gift card from someone. The massage room was so cold. I said several times that it was really cold and the therapist got a thin blanket that did nothing. My feet were so cold it was painful. Not relaxing at all. All I could think about was getting out of there to turn the heat on in my car. The heating duct above my head was closed. There was an air purifier blowing cool air on my exposed skin. Table heat was on/off so that was not an option to remove warm it up. Maybe a small space heater or heated blankets that are somewhat substantial.The table was uncomfortable also. My lower back was hurting from it. The massage was ok, but nothing great.I will stick with Massage by Donna Spader. Her room is always comfortable and her table heat is adjustable.The facial was nice, but that room was cold as well.

I take my elderly mother here for a pedicure every few weeks. It’s cheaper than seeing a podiatrist for nail trimming, and lots more fun! Everyone is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve booked massages with them twice, many months in advance and every time they have called me and I have to reschedule for months later. My boyfriend and I got couples massages for Christmas I get a call TODAY that both of us can’t come in because one of the therapists called off. So we would’ve had to wait til June (I booked these back in December) or we could just go separate but one of us has to wait til April. If you are lucky enough to get in the massages are great but I won’t waste my time anymore trying to book with them.

My deep tissue massage was just what I needed. I have a desk job and sit in the same position most of the day. My upper back and neck felt like a rock. Kim was outstanding and I set up my next appointment for less than a month away. The European facial was so relaxing. The staff is super nice and friendly and the establishment is very welcoming and clean. Highly recommend :)

The experience always feels personal. The atmosphere of the massage rooms is calming yet professional. Both of the masseuses I have had were very skilled. I appreciate their professionalism and quiet demeanor when I am trying to relax.

I absolutely LOVE Natural Remedies! I visit on a monthly basis for a massage and Marlana is a miracle worker! I thoroughly enjoy the environment and the people here- I will definitely be coming back for years to come. Prices are competitive, the rooms are clean, and the employees are incredibly professional.

This was my first time coming and really, first time to a spa as well. Place was clean and relaxing, staff was very accommodating and sweet, they had great deals for the spring. I got the 2 hour massage special for $80, included: half hour hydro massage, hour sedish massage(I had Sherri), half hour of either sauna or parafin dip(I got the dip for my feet). The services were great!! Then in the end they gave me a new customer coupon with several discounts for future visits. I’ll be coming back. I highly recommend this place!

The Worst massage I’ve ever had. The rooms are uncomfortable. The lighting is too bright, the walls are paper thin so you hear everything going on while you have your massage. It was impossible to relax and it wasn’t even a good massage and I’m not hard to please where a massage is concerned. I am shocked to see all the good reviews.

Each time I go the staff is always welcoming and pleasant. Its a nice, quiet, clean, and calming environment. I have been pleased with the massages and facials I have gotten. I would highly recommend Natural Remedies Spa to anyone.

Fantastic spa. They always have good specials and packages. Services are competitively priced, so not the most extensive around not are they the cheapest. But you do get good value for your money.

I got an all day spa treatment for Mothers Day. This was the first time I had ever been to a spa. Everyone was super nice and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my day. I look forward to doing this again.

Got gc for friend. 1/2 hr hydro bed & 1 hr Swedish massage. I told them he was big guy & hydro bed might not work. It didnt! Not only was bed too narrow but room was extremely hot & uncomfortable. After 15 minutes he waited for someone to get him after he got up to open the door. Next was very cold massage room. Complained twice how cold it was & she just got a thin blanket. Was suppose to be Swedish massage but girl suggessted on deep tissue to start. Too intense not enjoyable. Front desk said room is cold bc its in back of building & hydro room tends to get hot. She gave him a coupon for next visit. Which he said he would not go back..I am deeply embarrassed, as this was a very nice birthday gift that didnt turn out to be a pleasurable experience by any means!

I have been getting deep tissue massages here for over 2 years. This has helped so much with my back, neck, and shoulder pain. I honestly do not know how I would function without my monthly massage! I most likely would be taking muscle relaxers and pain pills daily.
