I love this place, great selection and the owners are into vaping so they can answer every question I have. Highly suggest checking it out!

Edit: I have returned several times since the original review. The service and products continue to be top-notch. The shop is almost always busy but I have never felt ignored. Would definitely recommend.In reply to the negative review (at the time of this writing): brick & mortar stores will always be a bit more expensive than online, but the immediacy of the transaction and the ability to ask questions is worth the markup. I find that the gentleman who works there knows his stuff and is very personable. The prices at Cloud 9 Vape are competitive with other physical stores in the area, which is good enough for me.It is a little difficult to find. Enter the main building and climb the stairs. It is an unassuming door at the top of the stairs, to the right. Very clean and well maintained.

My local Vape shop was out of my favorite liquid. Went to Cloud9 and they had it. The Lady was very friendly and, helpful. She was concerned about going from 3% to 6%, so she threw in a small bottle of 0% to get it down to 3. I will definitely go back and, recommend it to all my friends who Vape.

Im reviewing this because, if I dont see a Google review, I dont always trust that the business exists. Yes, they do. They were very friendly and helped me out with some juice very quickly when I ran out and was fiending hardcore.Nice, clean storefront and good juice selection (though barely anything above 12mg/ml, which is my bare minimum). They get points for having Velvet Cloud juices, though, because theyre the only shop in the area that I know of who carry them. I didnt take a look at their mods etc. so I cant vouch for their competence there.

I went to this store to check out some products for my boyfriend. The set up was great. Never seen a shop so organized. There are products that are not healthy and dangerous. This store has a great variety of organic juices and a lot of products made in the USA. Great service, knowledge and products. Their prices are fair as well! Great shop.

I worked with Nari and shes very knowledgable on the product. They have a great selection of juices, a lot of premium juices. There on the second floor. I love this place because its so clean compared to half the Vape shops around the area!

Frankly, I think the bad reviewers are high. This place was really great. Good variety of juices and the customer service was outstanding, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The juice prices are a little high, but not off the charts.

Great taste bar for juices with lots of premium brands. Clean comfortable shop with none of the hipsters-only vibe you sometimes get from some other local vape shops. Got helped by Eric who was great.

Came in and spoke with Nari, she was absolutely helpful in my decision to pick out everything i needed for this was my first time shopping with vapes. They have an amazing selection of flavors and box mods, and top it all off, excellent customer service!!!! Id recommend this place to anyone interested in vaping!!!

Clean shop, nice location, best prices and best juices.They dont have a single juice that isnt flavor packed.. all of which are high quality. Glad to say I found my go to shop for everything VAPE!

Best vape store in the area.Ive been to a bunch of different vape stores in the area. From some that make you feel uncomfortable because everyone stares at you on the way in, to some that make you feel like you dont exist because shopkeepers dont acknowledge your presence. This vape store is fantastic, offering me help when I wanted it, and letting me browse alone when wanted.The selection of juice is top notch, even favors I didnt like tasted good. The gentleman behind the counter is very knowledgable and skilled at building coils. He has not had to flounder for an answer for any of the vape related questions Ive put to him.If you live in the area, this is the vape store for you.

Awesome selection of juices. I definitely recommend you check out this place. Most vape shops are dark and shady, but this one is bright and welcoming!

Way overpriced. Small selection on desirable flavors. 30 bucks for a small low nic juice was not worth it. Try tobacco world by Ft. Belvoir for better selection and prices. Edit: You obviously mistook me for someone else because I was in your store for all of 5 minutes before I discovered your outrageous prices.

Excellent service. Always comfortable and satisfied every time I visit this place. The location is awesome, too. In the town of Vienna, my groceries and all I need for every day stuffs are together.Price and selections are excellent as well.I highly recommend this place, and I’m sure you will receive more than you think.

Best vape shop in vienna! Has the biggest variety of juices from popular brands and a wide selection of mods. Definitely the place to go if youre a beginner to vaping.

Best vape shop in tysons corner area. Great supply of popular, authentic and new released juices, even go during lunch breaks when i need re-up on juice due to the convenient location. I can grab lunch and juice at the same damn time(lol). But seriously give this shop a visit you wont be disappointed, right up the stairs as soon as you enter past the salon maybe get a trim on the way out.....

First visited the shop to look for a good vape to stop smoking, I met Nari and she was fantastic and very knowledgeable of the product. She asked my smoking habits and made sure I get the right vape. I been smoke free for 2 months. Thanks to Nari Im on my way to a better help.. I would reccomned this store to anyone..

Cloud9 vape is the best vape shop in the area! The pricing is great and the service is phenomenal. This was my first experience with a vape shop, and I was a little hesitant first going in. The staff at Cloud9 took excellent care of me! I highly recommend Cloud9 vape to everybody!

DO NOT GO HERE. All of their hardware is double the price. Go online to buy, its a lot cheaper. Some of the employees dont know anything. They also have a no refund policy. However they have a good selection of juices

I’ve been by the store on 3 separate occasions, when their hours claim they are open, and the door is always locked. I’m not sure if they’ve changed hours or what, but I won’t be trying to go there anymore.

Showed up when the store was supposed to be open. Door was locked. Also put some signs out to Indicate where the door might be. Was a confusing to find and no one was there anyway.
