I already had an idea of what I wanted for my first vape and Jordan was very helpful in getting me exactly what was best and helping me to pick out the right juice that I would like, then showed me how to fill the pod each time

Awesome place! The people here are incredibly nice and the variety of liquid they have is enough to satisfy the most demanding vapers.Their sampling concept is the best i have ever seen.P.S. Try the house juice and you wont be disapointed ;)

Came here after a horrible experience at another vape shop. I am completely new to vaping and wanted someone to explain the ins and outs and help me figure out exactly what I was looking for. The shop worker was so nice, knowledgeable, and patient with all the questions. He took his time explaining to me what everything was and gave me options. 100/10 experience!

Great customer service, amazing people, and great deals. This is by far the best vape shop in the Town of Vienna yet. I go here all the time now that Im getting to know the staff better, its a great place to just hangout and relax, smoke some vape, and chill with the great people. Everytime I go there I have to buy something lol. I have a fivestars account setup and everytime I go here I check in and get point for my purchases which add up and you get rewards in the store.

After searching long and hard for a consistent Vape shop who at least remembered my face every time I came in I finally found this diamond in the rough. They have tons of mouth watering flavors to choose from and definitely a super chill atmosphere. I was even able to talk to a gentleman , who I believe was the owner, and share my passion of Porsche cars with him. Never did I know that I would make a friend from a vape shop. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place!!!

Delicious flavors, well set up (I like the 3D printed mods and tips to test out each of the house flavors), and attentive and friendly employees. I love this store

Easily the friendliest and most helpful staff Ive ever encountered. They are great with recommendations and have always taught me how to use/set up new mods/ change the coils on the ones that I already have. They have a great points program that add up to free juices! The hardest part is deciding which flavors that I like best ☺️

Wish I could give 10 stars!! I travel for work taking soil samples everyday new town, city, ect. Today I was working in a parking lot next to this place. The owner came and asked what we were doing and the typical questions he went back inside. About a hour later he returned with cold drinks for me and my coworker witch we greatly appreciated. Had a good conversation and laugh, at this point myself and my coworker are dirty from head to toe with mud, diesel fuel, sweat, and dust. A bathroom is hard to find with my job sometimes cause a lot of places dont like people tracking mud into theyre business. He told us we could us his bathroom or if we needed anything to come in. So at the end of the day I did go in and the staff was just as great and professional as the owner. I myself do not vape but I have been to a few stores with friends and this was the nicest Ive been in. I strongly recommend stopping here if you can to support this store. I give it 100% recommendation!!Thanks again and God bless.

I love this place. Not only is the product amazing but the vibe is perfect. Jordan is extremely knowledgeable but most importantly trustworthy. He has never once put me on the wrong path, he is honest and answer all of my silly questions. He’s the reason I have kept going back for over two years. Such a great shop.

Awesome shop! Set-up is clean, modern, wide variety of juices and wide variety of testers! Friendly, knowledgeable staff.I dont live in that area but make it a point to stop there anytime Im I the area.Great customer service. Every visit is a pleasure!

This place is great! I have been helped a ton by the staff there. Super clean and friendly. I forgot his name but he was so awesome in helping me pick out my first vape and some good juice. All I know is that his name is not Jordan. Sorry Jordan you were nice too!

I have spent $1500+ at this store in 2021. They sell Juicy vapes, which I love, and everything was great until they started selling fake products. I discovered this when I ordered Juucy from HQ Tech USA. I went to the manager at House of Vape to tell him that his product was not the real thing and asked him what he could do for me. He offered no help or concessions and proceeded to lecture me on how to use my vape. I loved this place until they put the customer last.

The place looks fresh. Super clean and sleek inside. Friendly peeps there and lots of good juices. Decent location as well on Church St with parking available.Reason Im writing this review - I ran in the other day right at closing on a weeknight, but dude kept the store open anyway and found me the exact coils that I needed. THANK YOU!!!

This is the only vape shop I go to anymore. Ive hone here every week for just about 6 months. Not only is it very clean, but the staff are always friendly and willing to entertain conversation. They offer just about any flavor you can think of and a variety of different pods and mods. Highly suggested

Visited House of Vape this past Saturday and boy what an awesome place! Very high end and pleasing to the eye, not your normal dark and dreary vape shop. Great guys with awesome knowledge and suggestions, excellent deal of buy 2 juices get 1 free House juice. Nothing shady/questionable- they only carry legitimate, well established brands.I feel respected and cared for, and trust the staff and products; I feel RESPECTABLE shopping here, its a quality, above-board business, one that belongs and fits into the community and values of Vienna. I know I will always walk out with the safest, highest quality products. Safety and customer care come first- not profit. Completely transparent commerce. The staff is INSANELY KNOWLEDGEABLE! If you could get a PhD in e-cigarettes- theyd have it. The guy I work with is basically an encyclopedia on the mechanics, and customizes suggestions based on my needs. Theyve even helped me reduce my nicotine content, use safer and longer-lasting equipment, and choose the most refined, quality juices.I have Lupus, and the do carry a small selection of legitimate CBD products like pain relief roll ons and even bath bombs! Best ever.I quit smoking when I had my first child, using e-cigerettes. I never looked back! I used to purchase online, I was overwhelmed at all of the options and info. I dropped in here once when I ran out of juice, and again- Ive never looked back! Ive never regretted a purchase, but if I do return anything, they are incredibly fair. I know and trust that I will always walk out with the perfect products, because so far I always have!

After calling several different stores I contacted house of vape and they carried the coils I was looking for. While not the wattage range I was seeking I was concerned about the difference. Jonathan was very polite and explained the differences. I will certainly be returning back here when I’m in the area! They do student and military discounts too :)

Very time I go here the staff has alway been super friendly and extremely helpful. They have a good variety of different kinds of vapes for beginners to some high quality stuff at reasonable prices. I also like that they have such a huge selection of different flavors. Literally the only place Ill shop from now on

What a lovely vape shop; its easily in my top 3 in the DMV. Theres a lot of thought that has gone into this establishment from all angles and it pays off. Whether youre an experienced vaper or a noob, I think youll be pleased you came by.Andrew was the shopkeeper who helped me. He was super helpful and patient with me, and even took time to show me the set up they have for the multi-station flavor bar when my curiosity got the better of me (the set up is really ingenious, FWIW). Also, Andrews knowledge on the vape device world is remarkable. Most shopkeeps Ive encountered know about pod vaping (MTL devices) or mod vaping (DL devices), I was pleased at how much he know about both styles. While their device selection wasnt super varied, it seems like its well-curated and researched.The flavor quality of their house brand liquids was really top notch; I tried several. I am not a candy-flavor person my any stretch. But man, they have this flavor called Foggy Bottom that may have changed my mind. They carry a few of the other standard brands (Naked, Aqua, Juul, etc.), but I wasnt really paying much attention to that. I was there for an open pod mod.Beyond all of the objective quality and care thats been put into the store, the experience itself was lovely. Thanks to some thoughtful interior design, stores ambiance is inviting and genuine while being very zen and cool. I walked out with a MiPod (that has Tolkienian Elvish on it-- how cool is that?!), aaaand I even picked up a DL mod and tank set up after so thoroughly enjoying the smoke that I got from their flavor bar.OK, Ive rambled/gushed/sung praises enough: stop reading this and get over there to check it out! You wont be disappointed.

First time switching to a vape from cigs. First off the shop is freaking nice and the variety they have ! The guy who helped me was Jonathan and he spent his time listening to what I was looking for and also taking the time to explain his recommendations. Definitely learned a lot and bought an entire kit plus juices. This shop is definitely the shop Ill be going to from now on. Thank you !

First time stepping in this shop today. Very clean, contemporary look with all modern equipment. Staff was very helpful and all eliquids were on point. Prices are exceptionally affordable as well. Met the owners, and they were extremely inviting and welcomed me back anytime. Will definitely be coming back here for all future transactions... But first I need to finish all 7 bottles of ejuice I have sitting on the shelf... Lol.

THE BEST FLAVORS & STAFF KNOWLEDGE in the DMV!!!! Ive been to many vape shops around, and I love about 95% of their flavors, and I am super picky. And you can vape test any of them along with learning so much because the staff explains whatever you want or may not know you want to know. 10 star review if I could!

Very friendly staff. It was a joy to enter the job, and visibly stimulating. They have a wide variety of juices and devices for new and veteran vapers. It was a very pleasant experience and I definitely recommend this shop

Nice spot to go for all sorts of vape juices in both salt nic and freebase. The staff is very knowledgeable and also very friendly. They also have CBDvape juices and accessories here. If you’re looking for disposables, they also happen to carry those as well. If you’re a “vaper” like I am, then this place is a MIST GO on the list of vape shops in the Vienna area.

Excellent experience at this vape shop. I have been to alot of vape shops across the country and this one by far was one of the best. They have the most diverse custom juice line and a really awesome and high tech tasting system I have never seen before. They were courteous and hospitable to me and the other customers who came in. Got some juice here the other day , was immediately greeted and felt right at home the second I walked in the door. Was given a reccomindation for some juice Ive never tried and I loved it! Cant beat the competitive prices and specials on jucies. Definitely my go to shop from now on. 10/10.

Just left the house of vape in Vienna and had one the best experiences in a vape shop. Jack took the time to listen to what I poorly explained I wanted and over delivered on what I was expecting. Well earned 5 stars!

Went in for some juice recommendations, by far the nicest Vape shop in the area. Extremely varied selection, will be back in when I need more juice!

When entering the store, I immediately liked the atmosphere. The store is clean and well laid out so you can peruse without feeling lost. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Not only that, they were able to answer all my questions in granular detail.

New to vaping and house of vape was very helpful! They patiently explained how my vape works and talked me through maintenance and the basic dos and donts. Would definitely be coming back and suggest others come check it out.

My friend and I stopped in a couple days ago hoping to get some info on CBD. Jonathan welcomed us in and gave us all the information we needed. He answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable! By the time we left, we both got a vape pen and CBD oil! We will definitely be coming to House of Vape again!

Excellent selection of products really like that they have 3D printed test mods in which you can taste juices within the selection they have the only negative I would have is that on my second visit I went in to purchase new coils for my V4 tank and was sold V5 coils and was told that they would fit and upon attempting to return them due to my opening the package I was unable to return them and they also were not selling the coils for the tank that I own so I had to purchase a new tank and new coils
