Have been a customer here for close to a year. Great prices and discounts, and exceptional customer service every time I have been. Zak in particular has been very helpful with finding the products I need. He is very friendly and is a reason to come back to the store. Also, the store has a VERY large amount of options for products. I have not seen a tobacco or vape shop with so many different products to choose from. 5 star experience every time I have been and I will continue to be a customer for the indefinite future!

This store as well as the Herndon Tobacco Hut sell fake looseleaf cigar wraps & over price them. They were very thin, soft & sprayed with chemicals. Real looseleafs are thick & natural leafs with no chemicals. Even the packaging is completely off, the logo & designs all look legit but the package itself is not the real package. Please fix this asap & order from the companys site directly.

Awesome place and super convenient right off of Route 7. Very large selection and they’re open till 10 PM. Much later than some of the other tobacco shops around the area. Highly recommended!

Good selection but ridiculous prices. $2.99 for 50 cardboard foldable cigarette filter tips that you can get for .50 cents on Amazon. Rolling papers are also overpriced. Sales lady didnt give me a receipt either with purchase which is pretty shady. Not very friendly either. Bought over six small items and after paying the cashier didnt even put them in a bag or say thank you. Very weird people work here.

Bia was a great sales rep. I asked about a few products and she made sales..off her suggestion even with my reluctance! She knew the product she pushed and nailed it. Mentioning how long one can last vs regular CBD cigarettes was what got me. The store has great prices, great people and a massive selection of products. Clean glass cases, tidy appearance and the arrangement of items..any smoker aficionado could spend time in this shop and have a hard time deciding. Its worth stopping in and checking out.

Went to this place last week for the first time. I don’t know too much about tobacco so I needed a fair bit of help finding what I needed. Avoid this place for vape e-liquid. Not just once or twice but every time I buy a bottle of juice here it has been expired. Different brands mind you and e-liquid has a very long shelf life as it is. Not a huge deal but old juice tastes a bit stale, funks up your coils faster and nicotine degrades with time. At ~$25 a bottle it better be less than a year old especially when you can snag it fresh online for less than half that. I wont be back for e-liquid. I suspect they may purchase discounted e-liquid (due to age) and resell it but thats just speculation. What I do know is every bottle Ive bought over the last year or so has been expired.

Wow, had a great time at the tobacco hut today. They have such a wide variety of different vape products, and so much more. Definitely must Come visit when you can.

On arrival, the store is brightly lit, clean, and smells wonderfully of incense. Zach, the associate behind the counter, was wonderfully kind and helpful.
