I had a fantastic experience at the vape shop thanks to April! Her knowledge of products is outstanding, and she provided thoughtful recommendations. She was patient and took the time to answer all my questions, and she made sure I left with exactly what I needed. Aprils kindness and exceptional customer service truly set this shop apart!!! Highly recommend visiting for a great experience! She made it much easier for me. For anyone looking for expert advice and a great experience definitely come here and go to April.

Dude behind the counter was leering at me and my girlfriend the whole time.Sold us the wrong product, then refused to refund it when we brought it to his attention. When we asked for the correct batteries with the product he did give us, he gave us a battery box that was half empty.When we asked him to at least refund that batteries we couldnt use he told us he was completely unable to issue any kind of a refund.When we asked him to contact his boss so that we could get that refund he told us to call the cops or get out.We recommend House of Vape in Annandale. Better prices, more helpful staff, and the person behind the counter wont make you feel gross for being a woman or a lesbian. And youre less likely to get cheated.

I went here today, and the owner of the shop was very helpful and had such a positive personality!!! They had a wide variety of products from vapes, tobacco, hookah, glass and even more things. I would recommend turning this into your regular vape shop!

The manager is one of the best vape sellers i have met. Hes very sweet and a good conversationalist. I will definitely be coming back.

I recently visited the store, and I have to say it was one of the best shopping experiences Ive ever had. The store was immaculate, and the selection of products was impressive. But what really made the experience stand out was the customer service provided by the employee Nadir. They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They went above and beyond to assist me in finding exactly what I was looking for, and their attention to detail was impeccable. Nadirs customer service truly made the shopping experience a pleasure. I will definitely be returning to the store and specifically requesting Nadirs assistance in the future.

A very dry outdated musky atmosphere. The sales guy wasn’t very helpful with a limited knowledge in what they sell. A small amount of selection in all categories from vape products, juice and tobacco selection. There are no premium tobacco and vape products in this shop.
