The facility is great. Very clean, very welcoming. My husband, daughter, and I all see Jill Renee in booth 24. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and excellent at cutting and styling. Her prices are amazing too! It’s difficult to find this level of quality anywhere else.

I went in as a walk in today, luckily they had an opening! My stylist was Emma she was so sweet and fun! Joking around and understanding! I came in with 10 inches of thick heavy hair and left feeling 10 pounds lighter with a swing bob like cut!! I loved it! All the women there were so kind and told me how good the cut looked on me! Definitely will return!

Martha Lopez, always has time to give you a very nice hair cut! Love the way she does highlights and hair color!

HORRIBLE !!! do not come here !! i went too a lady name jen and she didn’t exactly what i asked her not too do! i came in very red and asked for a little darker without purple undertones or dark root. my roots are now black no exaggeration !!! and the rest of my hair is dark purple please don’t waste your money for them too be very unprofessional and not caring of clients at all !! will never come back please save yourself the heart break and hair damage ! she messed up my hair and had the audacity too say it’s look better like this ! she didn’t nothing i asked for

My main complaint is they were very unprofessional and mean. Another hair stylist came in and sat down while they were doing my hair and started talking about the woman that does her own hair..not knowing she was talking about me.The stylist doing my hair quickly cut her short ny saying now..be nice shes a widow and on a budget. How insulting and mean. People have always like my haircolor..sunny highlights. I was born a blonde and always have had pretty sunny blonde highlights. I just thought Id do something different for my daughters wedding. Apparently they dont understand what blonde is. Yes my hair looked more gray than blonde in all the wedding pics. They talked about other customers also,while doing my hair. Terrible experience. ore my daughters wedding.The color was more gray than blonde which I drank. I went back and they re-did it,wasnt any different. However if you like gray hsir

Kayleigh is amazing! I will follow her to any salon she works at because she is an amazing stylist and a true friend. Been with her since she was in the cosmetology school salon. She knows exactly what i want with my hair, remembers details about my likes and dislikes, and is a genuinely sweet person who is passionate about her career and most of all her clients.

The stylist who made our experience the best weve ever had is Desiree Torres. Best haircut and education Ive ever had. These is simply no comparison. My wife and I are in our late 50s, gone to many high end salons, and never experienced such a terrific experience. Salons by JC is a terrific business model and a very class place, but its the stylist who made it all work.

Meagan is amazing! She is funny and kind, immediately putting me at ease! I have had several bad experiences with stylists not knowing what to do with my curly hair or not listening and destroying it. Meagan asked me what my goal was for my hair and constantly asked my opinion in her work. She even told me that if I go home and find something I am unhappy with to call her and she will fix it! Cannot recommend her enough!

My stylist is located in this office Stephany and she is awesome! I have natural hair and she definitely knew what to do. My hair moves and flows and most importantly is not oily.She has a Sweet technique that will have you standing on your feet because after she is done you WILL leave looking like a Swan!!!

I am a suite owner here, and am absolutely loving it! As an entrepreneur, the concept of Salons By JC is simply genius. Melissa is AMAZING! She never fails to make my clients feel welcome as soon as they come into the building. Its a very upbeat and positive atmosphere to work in, and I intend to call salons By JC home for a very long time!

Great Customer Service. Like anyone would I was a little sceptical about the whole thing but the three ladies I interacted with not only made me feel at ease with their professionalism but totally confident with my decision to go ahead with the process. Ashley made me very comfortable and well informed. I highly recommend this business if you are considering a beautiful smile in your future.

#1 place to go in Waco! Every stylist is amazing at what they do. The concierge Melissa is always helpful and has a smile on her face. It’s a great atmosphere to work at and to get worked on. I recommend stopping in and checking the Salons by JC of Waco soon.

Came here for the first time last week. The facility is SUPER nice. I felt like I was at a spa! The front desk person greeted me immediately and told me where to go to find my stylist. I was glancing at the business cards at the end and she even asked if she could help me find one. Sooooo nice!

Love Kayleigh and Meagan! Absolutely Fabulous - both are very flexible and super easy to get ahold of. Using very safe products to help my hair be its healthiest. As my hairs texture has changed (bc of grey hairs) Kayleigh has helped to keep it soft and manageable.

I love this location! The salons so convenient and I love all the nearby shopping. Melissa the concierge is incredible! Shes so wonderful and attentive. Im suite owner here and I couldnt be happier. Its amazing.

This is a really Great place to get your hair done, with Jill !! Ive noticed that they also have nail techs, massage techs as well as other techs working there. It all seems extremely clean and nice!

Martha Lopez in #7 is the best hair stylist in Waco. She can cut a 14 year olds hair or a 91 year olds hair and they will both be happy with the results. Very versatile.

Desiree did a fantastic job of making an old man look great. Plus she is a fantastic person. I won’t ever use anyone else

Made an appointment with a stylist for a specific date and time, only to turn up and they were not there. Was left standing outside in the rain trying to get in only to go home. Very disapointed as the individual was recommended by a friend.

First time customer here Soon as i walked in i was kindly greeted by the friendly receptionist my first time there i didnt know where to go so she walked with me to meet my beautician ... LaShenda Jackson (beautician) was so knowledgeable about my hair and gave me tips on how to keep my hair healthy !
