Ok yall, I dont usually leave reviews, but man this place is great! The owner Z and his coworker Josh were amazing!!! Their knowledge and excellent customer service definitely sets them apart from every vape store that Ive been to. Seriously, go check them out, you wont be disappointed!

Great place to restock on things! The owner and his employees are always friendly and so nice when I come in there. They always make sure I’m stocked for a few months and for some odd reason I feel like I have to upgradeMy device Lol! But coolest and friendliest staff around. Everyone knows their stuff! I don’t know the girls name who has the Afro type hair but she’s my favorite!

Had an absolutely amazing experience here. Z was very knowledgeable and had a great variety of products. I left very happy with exactly what I needed and felt as if hippo vape actually cared about their customers which is rare anymore in the vape world. And haven’t had a cigarette in over 24 hours now first time in five years! This will be my home vape store now! Great selection of juice and mods and if ya turn around u may even find something to help u elevate your existence!

I just recently left from this vape store for the first time and the guy that assisted me was quite amicable and was educated with the products & had really friendly, as well as, amazing professionalism. Great thing about this place is they take all forms of payment including Apple Pay which is great for me cuz I didn’t have my card in me at the time. He recommended this delicious Passion Fruit flavor by the brand Pacha Mama, the flavor is a delicious tropical sweet vape juice with raspberry intonations that give you that sweet puff of nicotine. I’ll definitely come again and I’d recommend this store for your Smoke & Vape needs 👏👏

Went to buy coils here because I couldnt find any anywhere else. I got a 5 pack and they charged me $35-$36. I didnt really have a choice but to get these because I had called multiple other shops and no one carried my coils. I had to go to a different vape shop I had previously called to see if they had pods and coils and was told they only had pods, I had to go for pods and when I got there it turned out he had found a 5 pack of my coils and he only charged 21.99 for them, which is what I usually pay online after shipping. When I mentioned this to the worker at Hippo he told me after shipping and signature cost $35 was normal which I knew wasnt true, but like I said I had no choice. I will never be shopping here again.

I have to disagree with Jessica. The owner of hippos has been nothing but a gentleman. I have NEVER felt uncomfortable or disrespected around him. My son and I have been dealing with him for about 1.5 years (we have followed him from the old shop to where he is now), and he is quite helpful when we want to try new products. I would recommend this shop.

Met the owner of this store when he was at another vape shop right across the street from my house. Went looking for some very specific batteries a while back and his shop was the only one that had them and I figured out he had opened his own shop. He even went out of his way to open a package and get me just a battery sleeve out of a full kit. Worth the little bit of extra driving for the customer service and lack of pressure to buy the most expensive item on the shelf like most other shops.

If you need anything vape this is the place to go. Dont waste your time with any place else. I wouldve given them 10 stars if I could have. Great place!!!

I have been here twice spending close to $150.00. Its not the amount I invested into my vape but after careful research most things you can find online so much cheaper.I bought a new coil for 6 bucks recently and was lied to about the milligram juice purchased.I went to another shop with my concerns and sadly was lied to.I love honest business to spend my hard earned money so the integrity of the shop was not kept with my last 2 visits.extremely disapointed.
