This is a great place, there is nothing more to be said. Any one I have ever delt with here has been more than 100% helpful every time. If they dont have something they are more than willing to call one of their other locations and find it for you. All I can say is that this business seems to be well put together and employees are well trained and know their products. I cannot say enough good about this place. Just go try it.

This place has really nice people working there. Its always a joy to go in there. Weve only been twice, so far, but that means our first experience was a good one. We live an hour away and made sure to go back on our second trip. Great employees!

Purchased a disposable vape, black dragons ice. Went through 3 of them before leaving the store. He said return within 48 hours if any problems. That he had gotten a bad batch. When I went back the next day, mine had quit. He said just throw it awayI wanted to to purchase another and pay the difference, he wouldnt honor it. Spent$100 in the store. If he knew he had a bad batch why were they being sold ?? This is at the bellmead store I will take my business somewhere else

Very nice vape shop with a good mix of tanks, mods and disposables of all kinds. Lots of different juice options. Staff was very kind and incredibly knowledgeable.

First time there. Im not from the area, I was passing through, but the staff was nice and knowledgeable on the vape products. Clean store and nice atmosphere.

I came in on my birthday and the salesman Devon was AWESOME helping me switch from Smok that I have had for a couple years to a new kit. He informed me of the way to use new product and helped me set it up. He definitely needs a raise or possible promotion. If I had my own company I would want him working for me. GREAT JOB.

Jade was super awesome and knowledgeable and helped me make the decision on what mod to get! I don’t know much about mods, but he really helped me feel secure in my decision. Prices are also so much better than other shops, especially near campus.

I went in today to get some help on a leaking tank. The guy behind the counter actually took his time looking at what could be causing my tank to be leaking. He didnt try to sale me a new tank saying what I had wasnt good enough or anything like that. He said what I had was a good quality tank and mod. It was refreshing to have someone who was honest and not look at me as someone who they could get a quick buck off of. He replaced a part for me and set it all back up for me free of charge!!!!!! He told me if I had any problems with it leaking to come back and he would figure out what the problem was! I trust all the workers there at this shop and from now on I will only be going there and will be referring everyone else I know to this place! You have a customer for life. Thank you guys for being an honest and hard working company. You all get 5 stars in my book!

Until today I would have said this was a great place, however, after my experience there today, I will not be returning. I took in a defective Aspire Breeze, with my receipt, looking to get a refund or exchange. Ive had it 2 weeks and it randomly fires on its own and wont shut off. I was informed that it was not their policy to take returns unless I could prove with a video that it was actually doing what I claimed it was. The clerk stepped to the back and called his manager who advised him not to take the return. So, over $30 (which in reality was probably less than $10 at wholesale) they lost a good customer and 100s of dollars in repeat business. Not to mention that I will no longer be recommending this business to anyone.

Always a positive, friendly experience when I come here for my vaping needs. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about their products, and I always leave with exactly what I need for a better vaping experience. Theyre super polite and personable, and even let my emotional support animal come inside while I shop! They have a rewards system to build up points for great deals. I always take the little extra drive out of my way to come here, and will continue to do so.

Huge store, bright and clean. Employees are always friendly and have what I need in stock every time. I haven’t tried the juices (yet) but the bottles they come in are huge! Prices are very competitive and reasonable.

Staff was very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. It was a very clean, bright facility, and very welcoming. Coil selection is limited, DIY vape supplies extremely limited, and e-liquid on the pricier side of the aisle. Wonderful atmosphere and people, was just lacking from the vape side.

Great service. Lots of products & choices. The staff here is THE MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE I have ran into so far.All my Qs were answered. I never felt I was being shoved into a higher priced items at all. In fact the best fit for me was on the cheaper side. Their prices for juice (salt nicotine) I found to be priced really really good.In fact, I had reservations about vaping again due to the advice and problems Ive had before from other (good) vape shops, but now Ive dropped cigarettes completely due to their help, knowledge and proper product fit. I cant thank them enough!

I think a store that charges at least 4 times online prices elsewhere they could afford to fill up a little tank that i just purchased new glass and coil for. Use to have to wait in line to get served. i guess they figured out how to avoid the store being packed with customers the way it use to be.

So many reviews, however you get a discount for leaving one. That explains a LOT. Prices are too high like seriously high! However if you leave a google review you get 10% off..... explains all the reviews. Staff is nice but some are too pushy to sell the most expensive thing instead of listening to what I actually wanted.

Nice, neatly kept well-sized store. No big vape clouds to walk through. I am an older lady, but did not feel out of place, like when I go in a Hot Topic or Spencers in the mall. 😃 The young man that helped me (maybe Wade) was patient, kind and well mannered. The price of a 60ml though reminded me why I usually buy online. I love the personal service and supporting brick and mortar local stores, but DANG, the price.

Your experience will vary depending on the employees who are working when you show up. The big guy with the beard, and the Hispanic guy who always wears a hat are both tools, theyre both unhelpful, and I dont buy anything when they are the ones helping me because they act like its a burden that a customer comes in. However that being said, there are a couple of younger guys that are absolutely excellent and very helpful and thats why I give 5 stars. I sincerely hope management sees this and takes note.

Great service, super friendly and best of a Raiders fans! We were on the road from San Antonio headed to Louisiana and stopped in and I gotta admit, this place is top notch. Will be sure to stop by there whenever I pass through Waco, TX.

Ive been coming here for about 2 years and have not had a bad experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they remember their regulars. Their selections are crazy big. Would definitely recommend!

The employees are extremely helpful and probably the friendliest, very knowledgeable and patient. Prices may seem a little high but you are buying better quality and is worth every cent and in the long run being cheaper overall.

Create-a-cig does not even deserve a small piece of a star. The manager & his staff seem to cater & kiss up to ppl that are entitled.They tried selling my wife a vape that had all the attach.ents sold separately which would have cost around $300 before taxes. When she told the guy that was not what she even wanted he became extremely rude & just walked off.They are unprofessional & have no idea about anything they sell. They dont even know the difference in the types of correct nicotine juices that are pod vs coils.Waco just save your $$$ and head over to Vapor Maven in Bellmead. You wont regret it.

Friendly environment, great staff. If you want a great juice ask them to make you one. Ive had a few made, i havent been disappointed once. I would definitely suggest checking them out.

Update: After posting my review below I had the privilege of speaking with the most ineffective, argumentative, unwilling to listen, unprofessional and incompetent regional manager (named Amanda I think). Problems with business ethics and integrity start at the top and filter down the ranks so this pointless conversation with her makes alot of sense when applied to this unethical and lacking in integrity scam of a business. The call ended because she refused to stop speaking over me, she only wanted to argue and be nasty so in my frustration I said something not very nice and and hung up on her. Not my proudest moment, but really no regret on my part. I intend to file complaints to any and every relevant regulatory agency.Initial Review: I strongly encourage anyone considering giving this business any of their hard earned money to beware and reconsider finding somewhere else to spend it. I will never give this store another dime of my money (nor will my fiance or my mom or anyone else Ive referred). After 3 defective mod purchases (none of which are refundable except by store credit so they can keep the money they scammed out of you), and the worst flavored juice I have ever tasted (made in-house while you wait), combined with their inflexibility and essential outright refusal to take care of loyal customers who have spent hundreds of dollars in their establishment on other products they sell, I begin my search for a reputable vendor and very much look forward to spending my money elsewhere.

Spent around 1000 dollars at this store. Tonite though I tried to return a bottle of juice they sold me yesterday that I discovered when I got home expired over a year ago. They told me I was wrong and that it doesn’t expire and there was no refunds or in store credits for e juice. I was sold something that is defective. Very disappointed as up until today had great customer service .

Always running out of coils that I need. Doesnt matter which one. I feel thats unacceptable. Run out of juice thats ok since there is several other brands and flavors to choose from. Run out of a specific coil makes no since. Its like a pizza place running out of pizza dough, if they ran out of one particular topping no big deal. Other reviewers mention how they try to sell you the most expensive thing which is very true. Im gonna start shopping online for better price and selection.

0 STARS FOR ME!!I was a true customer until today. I went Friday to purchase the tfv12 Friday. My wife finally said okay. I go in and Gage Yarborough attended me. I asked told him I wanted to purchase the best tank, and of course he pointed me the v12. He said, we also have the V8, but it is basically the same thing you have, just a bigger tank. I said, okay give me the V12. We agreed on it. I walked to the counter, and he went to get it. He met me at the counter, I paid and asked if he would put juice in it. He opened it, and did so. I leave, get to my car, and my wife throws a fit as we drive off when she realized how much I paid! I called and asked if I could return it, and they said yes, but since they were about to close, I could show up the next day. So I went the next day after work. They said they couldnt refund it because it was opened, so I understood that. As I was heading home, my son called and asked what I was doing. I told him I had purchased a tank. He said the v12, I said yes, looked at the box, and it was the V8!! I went back and explained the situation. They call the Boss, and the boss said he would not exchange for the right one. Then they tell me that theyll give me 30% off any other tank I want to buy! HOW AM I GOING TO PAY FOR A TANK YOU SOLD ME AND GAVE ME THE WRONG ONE, AND ASK ME TO TRY AGAIN FOR 30% OFF?! They called Gauge because he was off for the day, and he said he didnt remember. So today he was there, and he remembered me. First he admitted to remembering everything, and that he made a mistake, but tries to tell me the only difference between the V8 and V12 is the amount of juice they hold. Then he says he has to call his boss (the owner) because he understands he gave me the wrong one. He goes to the back and asks Montana to go with him. They play it off Im sure like they called the boss. Come out and say their boss said he wont fix his employees mistake. Then Gage Yarborough changes his story and says that he swears to God that he sold me what I asked for, after admitting a moment before that he sold me the wrong one. Dont swear on my father in vein was my thought knowing he was lying! Think how aggravating this is. They dont value customers, and obviously cant sell customers the correct product!!

This is one of the most annoying places I have ever gone into with everybody screaming hello create a cig how are you its very annoying one person when you come up she say hello or greet you not everybody yelling and screaming its crazy I dont like it.and the prices are ridiculous theres other vape shops here in Waco that are much cheaper and The vape juice is much better

Best ecig shop Ive gone into staff was ultra helpful, they didnt pressure you and even let you try premium liquids. I was lost walking in they were patient. There is a pretty decent rewards program/app.

Moved from Killeen to this area and needed a place to go. Other places around give off a vibe that makes you want to run out and never come back. But this place, amazing. Answered all questions, helped keep my mod working, recommending better things and made vaping more pleasant. Always helping me out and never belittling me. Must go to place. The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products, they build relationships with their customers and when I was buying specific juices regularly they would verify my order without me having to tell them anything. Always a welcoming atmosphere, extremely knowledgeable staff great selection of premium blends and house juice. Great prices on mods and extras. Best spot in Waco for advance or beginner vape needs.My Service Dog is always welcomed with open arms. They use top notch quality juices for their blend. Ive been to Bosque smoke shop also and their juice mixes are terrible compared to this establishment. Guess thats why Bosque smoke shop is so much cheaper, they use crap juice. Highly recommend going to create a cig if you want a quality product at a fantastic price.

This is definitely one of my favorite vape shops to go to in Waco, Tx. Its got almost everything you need, unless what you really need is the parts to your vape. I have gotten the wrong coils twice and now I cant repair my tank but they sale the pen there?

This place has everything! Whether this is your first day vaping or you go to vaping Anonymous meetings this place will have what you need. I went a few years back when they had a small store front but I just went back in the other day and let me tell you their new place is huge!

Yea, terrible service he just had no idea what he was doing and trying to guess what the problem was to fix my e cig. Went to Bosque smoke shop and they fixed it like that and its not run by teenagers.
