Service is ok, people are nice, etc. The store itself is decent, but they only have Smok for mods and tanks, they’re not super knowledgeable, and when I asked if the bottle they were selling was an ice flavour they said no, that it was only the salts that had the ice flavour in them, but I got home and sure enough it not only had “Ice” on the bottle, but it tasted just like menthol.

Great group of guys helped me out in what I needed great product really worked

Was sold multiple counterfeit flum float disposable vapes, very well may not be there fault, it’s mine I should checked the first time when I noticed the flavor was off ,but even when they were verified as counterfeit they offered me a discount which is better than nothing. I’ve been coming to fattys since 2017 great shop just hope they keep a better eye on what’s real and fake. If your gonna buy a flum from them I would verify it’s legit in store before you leave.

BEWARE IF BUYING D8 CARTRIDGES!!!Fatty’s used to be my go-to shop, but my experience during my last visit was concerning. I normally go for the 3Chi cartridges which happened to be low in stock - the guy behind the counter handed me one of the packages and it had expired last October! I made him aware, and he put it right back on the shelf. This has happened several different times. He recommended a Honeyroot Stinger cartridge next, which was suspiciously cheap. I took the cartridge out of the box on the way out and it was leaking oil into the box, so I went back in to replace it, and the guy said “oh okay, I’ll just wipe it off” ??? No…it’s leaking. He opened almost every other Stinger box on the shelf and EVERY SINGLE ONE was leaking…and he put them right back on the shelf to sell. I’ve seen them try to sell these defective ones to the next person in line. After tasting it, it’s clearly black market - it tasted like motor oil. I’m done throwing my money away, so I suggest being cautious when buying their products and STAY AWAY FROM THEIR D8!!! THEY’LL SELL BM & EXPIRED PRODUCTS

It was a great store. Fair prices. Good selection but they lack in customer service except management. I shopped there weekly and my 18 year old daughter always went. Last time they rang it up then denied me service because I had my daughter with me. The sign on the door says 18 and up. The guy was rude and told me I had to go to their store downtown without my daughter if I wanted my products and told me I should have left her in the truck in this heat. I wouldnt do that to my dogand why have a sign 18 and older if it is an issue. My daughter didnt say anything or look at products out of her age range so I was confused and it left a bag taste in my mouth. Imma finally go back today. Alone. I have also seen multiple girls offered a rewards program when Im in line but have never once had it offered to me. Maybe Im not pretty enough lol. On a bright side the manager cleared up some of the issue.

I wrote a review last week and am not sure why its not coming up.Summary of my last review.Fattys sells black market vapes. Went in to try 2 brands of carts.The first car was ok...just thats all it was. The second cart was where it became obvious this was a fake cart. Mind you, i was going out of town, so i couldnt go back. The second cart was given out the glass case they had on the counter. Straight out the box, i noticed it was missing safty caps and seals. The 2nd thing i noticed was it, it didnt even fit in the packaging it was in. Not even close...third was that the branding on the box was not the brand on the actual cart. It was labeled Mario Carts. Anyone who knows anything about illegal black market vapes knows this is a typical black market vape. Neither is the vape lab tested or safe for the general public. Ill give them the benefit of the doubt and say that not all their products may be counterfeit, but if you decide to go, please google and compare packaging before making a purchase. If you read other reviews, you can see this isnt the first time this has happened. I used to recommend fattys to everyone , but I CAN NOT support a business with these practices. Whether by ignorance or by intent, i urge customers to be weary.

Came in today and Ryan helped me from behind the counter. He was so polite and cheerful and helped me with everything that I needed! Answered all of my questions. Probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a smoke shop ever. Highly recommend this store!

Fattys is a smokeshop that has quickly become my favorited smokeshop in Waco. The atmosphere, the products, and the employees are all amazing and Ill continue to be a loyal customer for the foreseeable future. The employees today were so nice! I liked that this store had pieces that were fair/ cheaper all the way up to hundreds of dollar pieces. I found a piece I have been searching for for months!I am sad to say that the phone number listed won’t take calls and my receipt has no phone number.

This place is a joke. The manager is rude. The staff knows nothing about their products. They talked me into buying a SMOK vape. When I had used it after 2 weeks of use I went back to FATTYS & asked him to troubleshoot the problem I was having....my pod was leaking. The manager looked at it & said it was cracked. He said I must have dropped it & it cracked. I was like really???? How about a defective product??? He didnt like my comment....said I could just use tape to seal it & it wasnt his problem & told me there was nothing he could do. He wouldnt even replace the pod for me. He told me I could buy a replacement!!! So buyers beware!!!

I love these dudes. Theyre always so goofy and personable, yet very knowledgeable about the products they sell. I come here for all of my e-cigarette needs, and they have a huge selection of products you probably would have not guessed like dog leashes and boho bags. Its worth checking out, and youll leave having had a great laugh.

Great staff overall, very friendly and knowledgeable. Also love the little store dog that is there sometimes. They are also very honest with their recommendations as well, and even give their own personal ones too. Best smoke shop in town.

They have a very wide selection of everything you could think of for all your household chilling needs! Very good prices even compared to online or other places around. Great customer service from chill fun employees!

Easily my favorite smoke shop, honestly youll struggle to find better even in a larger city like Austin. Prices might be a little higher than average, but the staff more than makes up for that with plenty of experience in helping you find the right pipe or hookah for you. The selection of glass is the best in town in my opinion, and after having been to dozens of smoke shops including several out of state still my favorite happens to be in my hometown.

Friendly staff full of knowledge and good energy. Loads of different product ranging from glassware to vapes and honestly anything you need is right there. Hands down, I will go back to this establishment as often as possible.

Great selection makes up for the higher prices. Had to edit so I can rave about their CIGARS! An excellent selection. Im a Rocky Patel maniac and can always find a smooth, huge Patel corona or other sensational Patel to enjoy and buy another for my friend who also has stogie hunger.

Nice establishment. Huge inventory of about anything smoking related. Clerk was friendly, knowledgeable, & best of all professional. Unlike some smoke shops, that are a little on the sketchy side, this business had a welcoming atmosphere for thorough purchase browsing.

Great place for any glass you might need. They have really beautiful glass pieces but not a lot of accessories. If your shopping for a battery or a container go somewhere else. Anything else buy from Fattys!

Went in to get some vape juice and the dude was very unattentive and really seemed like he didnt care about anyone coming in for anything. And to top all that he knew what we were in there for and he knowingly sold us puff bars instead of the juice we went in for. $22 wasted.

Super considerate staff and great merchandise. Had a problem with a piece I bought, but the manager was super kind and allowed us to switch it out for one with no issues. Great place.

Bought a nord vape kit for $50. Used it for about 2 weeks then it started to leak.Took it back the little Fatt boy told us to put tape around it would not work with us tried to sale us another pod for $10 ripp off. They all about taking ppls money. Refused to refund our money. Lost our business !!

I was helped almost as soon as I walked in. The person behind the counter knew what I was talking about even though I didnt. Its a little dark (its all on the inside) in there but well stocked.

Guys there are super helpful. Only thing I disliked is sometimes they will play heavy metal so loud you cant hear yourself think. They wont even turn it down whenever you have to shout at them what you want to purchase.

The employees at Fattys are always SUPER inconsistent & unprofessional. I went in this week for a certain item and was told to come back Tuesday or Wednesday when a new order arrived. I called Wednesday and they said to wait till Thursday. I went in Thursday morning and they told me to come back in a few hours once everything was put in the system. After coming back and requesting the product I’d been waiting for they told me THEY DIDNT HAVE IT. So much gas , time & energy wasted.

Literally the best smoke shop in Waco. Most of the other smoke shops are very sketchy, have illegal gambling liners or dangerous area.The guys here at Fattys are knowledge, helpful, will usually make a deal or throw in some papers/screens with a purchase.I come here very often, recently got 3 pipes for 30. Two glass, one silicone, you cant beat these prices!

BEST smoke shop around! Truly no better place in town to go and get your smoking supplies. Plus theyre glass selection is top notch, and you wont find a fairer price anywhere

Sadly they have very little Vape stuff but the glass ware & hookahs are amazing. Happy to see a shop for CBD products. Just wish they had more Vape products.

Charges 2 dollars for 1 dollar wraps that only come with two, i know cause they sell the same one at the corner store for 1 dollar high hemp wraps . this place is a ripoff but they are friendly , but dont forget about smiling faces sometimes they dont tell the truth.

When i walked in there was one person there and his was on his phone. did not acknowledge me untill about 5 minutes later when i started to tap on the glass. THen blankly looked up at me and said what do you want. was not knowledgeable about the in shop made E-juice.could not tell me the flavors or the prices.this Is UNACEPTABLE did not tell me thank you or look at me during the sale.

He sold me a bottle of Miss Demeanor Cha Cha and just at the right nicotine level I was looking for, all without being a pushy salesman. Sir, hats off to you. This is my new go to vape shop.
