Extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful! While some of the prices are at a premium, I personally think it’s worth it. I’ve been here many times, and have never had any form of a bad experience with any worker. They’re all extremely kind and helpful! I’ve been to the Hewitt location as well and I can say the same thing for that location! I wish they had more fun glassware, but they still have a decent selection! I always look forward to going back because of the people!

In town visiting family, picked up a vape called Geek Bar. Daniellle was so awesome! I’m in my late 40’s and she treated me like family. I don’t normally go to smoke shops, but I thought I’d try this vape. I puffed on the orange creamsicle Geek Bar vape for a day and a half and then came back and got two more, because when I lit a cigarette for the first time in about 30 years it tasted terrible. The best part is I don’t have to load it with juice, it’s ready and charged. Uses an android cord, not included…. But it’s fully charged and lasts several days before needing a charge. They also take the old cartridge back as a trade in to get 25% off the next one. Thank you Danielle!

Wow, what a great little shop with beautiful glass decor items and accessories. The interior design and appointments give a rich and uniquely eclectic combined work of art atmosphere. The shop really is a very nice addition to downtown.

This spot is beautiful, and so is the store. Taller white gentleman with the small pup was probably the most knowledgeable person Ive ever met in a store that sells so many niche products; most people dont know much about Kratom, and this man had such valuable knowledge on the regions and effects. My only complaint about the store is that they seem to have only the higher-end products/prices. I think any store, no matter how upscale, should include products at all price points. I do want to say though, that I almost disregarded the insane price of Club 13s proprietary blends; with how well the aforementioned man was informing me about it/hyping the brand, I almost just bought it anyway because I liked the guy. But I simply couldnt justify it when I can get 6x the amount at another store for the same price.

I’ve lived in downtown Waco for the last 10 years and out of all of the smoke shops in town, Glass Phoenix is #1. I go here for quality.

Really nice shop and great owner! My wife gets her hair done next door and told me there was a cool CBD store next to it. I was looking for some CBD to hopefully help with some chronic muscle pain I have in my shoulders and arms and chronic headache as well. Clint was personable, knowledgeable and we ended up purchasing several items that I hope will work for my issues! Great addition to downtown Waco and just a good-guy too. I know well be back! Thanks, Clint! P.S. He also has cigars too so Ill be back for that as well!

The general manager was amazing. She really knew her stuff, I had every question answered perfectly. The prices are great! The glass Phoenix Waco has my business for life!

I really like this place. Ive been a number of times and Ill definitely keep going back. Its a nice downtown spot, with a nice vibe and nice people. Probably not the widest selection of products of some other places around, but the location is superb and the prices are reasonable.

An absolutely amazing place! It’s not like most smoke shops. Katie, one of their workers, helped me tremendously with picking out products. She does her due diligence in researching everything they have in stock. 10/10 - I recommend you drop in and see what this place is about. This place puts precedence in quality over quantity in their selections. I don’t even give places reviews, so you know how happy I am once I walked out of this store!!!

I went here for my first time this morning, and the shop looked so cool! Reminded me of something from Harry Potter. 🥴🤘🏽 Lol. On top of that, the lady helped me out for it being my first time and Im thankful! 🙏🏽🖤 You guys are awesome! Love it! Stay blessed!

Very helpful in educating me and helping me find the CBD products best for my needs, even walking me through setting up and using a vaporizer! No pressure, no attempts to upsell, my needs were clearly more important than making an extra buck.
