Very nice staff. Second time coming around and so far I have no problems. I really enjoy the adjustments. I actually feel relief leaving. Most exciting thing there is the dog but then again I’m an huge animal lover. He’s super friendly, cute, well mannered and minds his business but does accept pets. I guess, the only down side is massage availability is limited it seems so far. Bright side that must mean it must be good.

The chiropractor here is arrogant and obnoxious. He drinks his coffee and then talks right in your face. He has an annoying dog running around the office constantly coming up to you and touching you. The facility is garbage and there is no privacy. This guy is part of the ambulance chasing problem. All I came here for was massages and agreed to get adjusted. This guy doesn’t think people have a say in what care is received and how the care is received.

Great place , timely effective and very knowledgeable and the pain I’ve felt for 10 years was lifted off my shoulders today .

The members are very friendly, happy, and ready to help you. This location is very close to my house, but they also have other areas in town, making it convenient wherever you are.I really appreciate that they sort out the price right away after checking your insurance, so there are no surprises.Dr. Lee is amazing, incredibly knowledgeable and can address all your questions and concerns.I also had the pleasure of getting massages from Sandra and Eugene. Both are wonderful masseuses. Sandra has this powerful touch that works wonders in releasing any tension. On the other hand, Eugenes touch is softer and can make you feel relaxed in no time.Oh, and I cant forget to give a shout-out to Mackenzie, the front desk lady. Shes always there with a big smile to welcome me. That makes the whole experience even better!

I am so happy with my new Chiropractor office! Arctic Chiropractic is a great place. I really appreciate Dr Les’s focus on stretching and adjustments since I know I’ll get better more quickly. The staff and Dr are friendly and informative. They even have massage therapy available in office.

We flew into Anchorage to visit our daughter, and by the end of the day my husband could barely walk. We called the office the next morning, and they were able to get him in right away. The adjustment was thorough, gentle, and especially on point, and the staff were amazing! He walked out back on his feet. So thankful for people like them who are able to help people like us!

The staff are very helpful and understanding. Dr. Buckley was thorough in the beginning and took X-rays. He adjusted me the same day and my back started feeling better. I went back the next day for another adjustment. I’m a little sore but that is to be expected. The pain I was having is not as severe now. I’m looking forward to going again. Walking in, we were greeted by Mackenzie’s smiling face and a kind “good morning”. The check in process is easy with a user friendly tablet. Checking out was setting up future appointments. Mackenzie was very patient with me in that process. Upon meeting Dr. Buckley he was professional and very informative. Both my son and I are patients and each visit is an enjoyable one.

For a week, Id experienced worsening pain, stiffness, and ongoing decline in range of motion to my neck, shoulder, & back. I woke up today barely able to get up out of bed. Id been able to get in to be seen same day and with one session my mobility has improved quite a lot. Ill be back in next week for additional sessions/follow up. Def recommend!

Love this place! Eugene and Sandra are the best massage therapists and Dr. Lee is great at adjusting without causing any discomfort.

I went there for about a year, good and friendly staff, I was always able to get scheduled in when I needed with no problems.

My appointment was easy and informative, the staff are very friendly. I got to see my x-rays right away and was shown why I was having back pain. Nellie made a quick few adjustments and I feel a lot better! They were very accommodating for scheduling my follow-up appointments. I would definitely recommend Anchorage Family Chiropractic to anyone who needs a chiropractor.

I love this place! The doctor and staff are always warm and welcoming. They work with you and your insurance to reduce large up front out of pocket expense. Its a walk in clinic, so when you wake up feeling lousy you dont have to wait two days for an appointment-- just head over. (They work until 6pm, so theres a lunch break of which you should be aware). Oh, and theres none of that offensive double-booking business going on like other clinics. Massage services are available-- I havent yet tried them, but will. I seriously love my adjustments, they have the best roller beds in town (try them!!), and I walk out feeling great! As an R.N. and patient, I highly recommend them.

Dr. Mel is fantastic and all of his staff is truely amazing! Every time I come in (twice a week) I’m greeted with a smiling receptionist that I feel knows me personally. Dr. Mel is one of the most attentive and caring chiropractors I’ve ever been to. He takes time with each of his patients to ensure all concerns are met. I absolutely love Arctic Chiropractic East and their entire staff!

Amazing experience. It was my first time going to get a chiropractic adjustment, and Dr Mel made me feel very at ease about the whole procedure. The deep tissue massage with Sandra was life changing as well, I’ll definitely be back!

Just grateful to have a good practice located on the Eastside distributing the same great care given in the other Anchorage locations. I really enjoy the flexibility of each branch to work with the branches that is closer to me to help relieve some of the economic stress that has occurred due to inflation. I can still receive the must needed treatment in a location closer to the side of town I am located on. Thank you for being there for your fellow Alaskans.

I have been coming to this office for a few months now. Phenomenal treatment and service. I am feeling really good now and I have actually convinced my husband to come in for treatment. I would recommend this office to everyone. Dr. Mel is great!The massage therapists are wonderful, it doesn’t matter who I see. I am seeing great results of consistently receiving chiropractic care.

They really care and do an amazing job. You feel like family there and they work with you 😁 I couldn’t bend over at all, 2 weeks later I have no problem tying my shoe. Such good service!

They had an appointment when we needed one and we didn’t have to wait long to be seen by the Dr. Everyone was very friendly and respectful. It was a great experience for myself and my teenage daughter.

The chiropractor didnt listen to my concerns and complaints. He just cracked my back and never even asked where my sources of pain or discomfort were. He was not gentle at all and this is not my first time seeing a chiropractor. I told him I needed slow adjustments because my body will tense up if he goes to fast. Complete disregard for anything I said.I also had 2 massages there.My first experience was pretty bad. She was late coming to get me. Then left me in the room for 10 minutes. (Yes, I noted the time) and ended the massage early too! Of the 60 minutes I paid for I got 40. The massage it self was not good. There was no effort, no thought, just robotic movements.

This place is great! The front staff always greets you by name when you walk in, Dr. Lancey is thorough in his exams/adjustments, and their masseuse staff is worth every cent if you need a massage. I definitely recommend coming here.

I was almost crawling when my back went out. Jenn the office manager was very friendly and compassionate in getting me help. Dr. Mel worked with me on a payment program I could afford and got me walking again in 3 visits and even offered to come in on his day off to get me ready for work. I would strongly recommend this location.

Great groupon deal for new patients. 2 massage and 2 adjustment! Was very relaxing and comfortable. Front desk is very kind, professional, and helpful. Massage therapist did deep pressure as requested, doc made me feel comfortable about the adjustment, and the front desk was so great thru the whole process. I had a migraine and neck tension and it was interrupting my sleep and I was just in so much pain. So i got online and found Arctic Chiro and was lucky enough to find the groupon. When I left, after both my adjustment and massage, my migraine had minimized to a barely there headache and by the time i pulled up to my place, it was totally gone. So thanks to them for helping me relax and loosen up.

They are the best! Dr Mel really knows his stuff. They are helping me in more ways than I can count. They always treat you like youre family. Jen is really good as well.

Dr. Nellie is wonderful. She has been nothing short of amazing helping to fix my lower back pain and remove my sciatica pain. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good chiropractor with a wonderful family atmosphere.

I am visiting Alaska and have been a chiropractic patient for over 30 years. I was in desperate need of an adjustment! I was charged a new patient fee for talking to the Dr for 6 minutes in his office before the adjustment ($99)! I also got an hour massage from an in office masseuse (it was only 45 minutes). I asked for deep tissue and got Swedish! I would not use them again!

This is the first chiropractic office that actually took an x-ray and reviewed it with me... showing how my back was misaligned. I had a pinched nerve and alot of stress, it took awhile, but I am finally starting to feel better. Thanks Dr. Mel and your wonderful staff!

I went to PT and was told I had to wear a boot and stop playing soccer for 6 weeks. Which I play anywhere from 2 to 4 times a week. So I was devastated. My cousin told me to do a walk in and see if these guys could help. I had never been to a chiropractor. I went he Dr Buckley listened to every word I said. And I left with no foot pain. Still don’t have it. Going back tomorrow! Hopefully playing soccer this weekend!! Best decision ever coming here.

I had a back injury 4 years ago. I had a herniated disk which pinch a nerve causing the agonizing pain of sciatica down my left leg. I was immobile for 3 months. After therapy and bed rest, I was fortunate it healed up with time and went away.The type of work I do really puts alot of stress on your whole body. Recently my sciatica flared back up again. Knowing how painful it was before I immediately sought chiropractic help. With my sciatica so painful, I was dragging my feet and leaning to one side for support. I went in, Dr. Daniel took some x-ray of my spine, found out my neck down to my hips was out of place and balance. After my first adjustment the pain dropped from 90% to 50%. I was able to walk normally now, no limping or dragging my leg anymore,, my sciatica pain was still there but regressing as the day went by. The next day I went in for my 2nd adjustment. It went alot smoother this time. The numbness in my leg was almost gone, so was the pain. Doing therapy back when I got hurt the first time did not give me the relief I got from seeing a chiropractor. The therapist did not do any adjustments, only gave me stretching exercises and it was agonizing. I suffered for 1 month. I look forward to getting back to doing the things I love. Will definitely keep a day open to see my chiropractor in my schedule now.

I fracture my pelvis and had complete shoulder replacement. I want to Thank Dr Mel also the best massages from Stephanie and Shannon without them I wouldnt be doing as well as I am today I go in hurting and it amazing how when i leave most times pain free i am blessed again thankyou so much!

I have struggled with migraines for more than 3/4 of my life. Ive been in chronic pain for as long as I remember and it had literally broken me. Due to Tricare denying chiropractic coverage for military spouses, Dr. Nellie decided that something needed to be done! They made chiropractic more than affordable for all of us, which I will be eternally grateful! We go in and get adjusted and leave. She dedicates as much time as you desire to not only make you feel better but to give you the knowledge you need to keep your spine strong! I want ALL military and their spouses to know about this opportunity! I thought I was never going to get fixed but I finally found my salvation!
