Hello the two new ladies here Lina and Lucy were very nice. I got a hour deep tissue massage and it was amazing. Its my 3rd time there and it just keeps getting better. The ladies were very sweet and will take good care of u. Cant wait to go back.

Bad customer service and doesnt do the massage well and only asking for cash and more tip.

I really dont like to give negative reviews but this really bothered me. I booked with this spa for (two) one and a half hour massages, one for my mother and one for myself as a thank you for her helping me move. I booked on their website as one does in the year 2020. FORTUNATELY I selected the pay in store option on the website because I understand that businesses get charged a fee to utilize credit/debit and I planned to tip as well so cash would just be easier. Well, the day finally arrives and we are extremely excited because were both very sore (I was also rear-ended the day before so I was looking forward to it because my neck hurt from whiplash). We get there and waited in the lobby for 10 minutes before anyone realized were there which was fine, we figured they were just finishing with the current clients and we were early anyways. When someone finally came out and asked how we could be helped, I let her know that we had appointments at 3pm and had booked online. She said that wasnt possible because they were booked for the day and our names werent on the list so I showed her my email confirmation of the appointments. She then proceeded to tell me that their website wasnt working and it was an issue they were aware of but because we didnt call in to schedule, there was nothing she could do about it and that the owner was out of town. Im not a mean spirited person so I understand an employee is just an employee and not responsible for business websites so I asked politely when we could be seen. She agreed to fit my mother in for 30 minutes after I asked because I felt bad that I had promised her this massage for helping me move. I paid ahead and gave her a $10 tip and told my mom I was going to run an errand and would be right back to pick her up. When it was over, my mom said the employee stopped to answer phones multiple times so it was more like a 15 minute massage and that it was as if a toddler were doing it. I asked the employee before I left if I could go ahead and schedule the (two) one and a half hour massages for another day since I was already there and could go ahead and pay for it, to which she replied I would still need to call in to schedule. This was a huge waste of my time and I dont suggest this company.

Kinda good, I have a injured back that gets tweaked time to time and I seriously needed relief and this was walking distance. Kinda depends whos working, I first tried last Thursday and she said shes leaving at 8pm. This time I always used my credit card but I guess the last owner or something took that with them (judging by the last few reviews) so I had to dig for my old bank card. Over all good, thou may not understand what tender/sensitive means but probably not for everyone.

4 stars for the massage, and 1 star cuz after my massage I asked for change for my 20 so I could tip her and I handed her my $20 and told her to KEEP $5 and give me the rest back, she went around the corner and she came back with five dollars and I told her no, i need 15 back, she told me I HAVE to tip 20% and wouldn’t give me my money back, I asked so I have to tip you 20%, then u still owe me $3 cuz 20% of $60 is $12, she gave this long loud sigh and got me my $3, personally I wasn’t gonna tip her anything but I thought I’d be nice and tip at least $5 and she basically took my money!! I WILL NOT GO BACK

I booked a foot massage through their website. When I arrived I was told they dont do foot massages. I was going to just do the full body but then found out they were cash only. Disappointing, but hopefully they can post this info on their website for future customers.

I scheduled a same day appointment; when I showed up they told me that I couldn’t be seen anymore and they were suddenly booked. I was never called or notified. I will never recommend this place because they are very rude and unprofessional.

I have been coming to this place the past five years and I like it very much .recently the lady had been here long time is gone and two young girls joined in ,they both very nice and do very professionally .sounds like changed ownership .inside and outside looks like a new business.

Booked online and received confirmation. Showed up and they say they don’t take online bookings

The services they provide are excellent its just that they are cash only
