Not only did they provide me with excellent service, but they also offered me a generous discount and a free product as a first-time customer. The store has a wide selection of products, and Mo took the time to guide me through their offerings. I highly recommend AK Smoke World for their customer service and great deals!

Been coming for awhile fantastic service great prices and they’re always stocked up. Kross is very helpful with the product information and flavor profiles.

Mo was SO helpful and such a delight. Literally the best vibes and customer service I’ve experienced probably ever. I will be returning partly because they had such a large selection and great prices, but mostly because Mo made my whole day.

I bought 2 vapes here and they where terrible, yukk! what a waste of money! I would not suggest anyone to go here! Very overpriced, this guy is profiting at least 20$ each vape he sells. If people where smart they would order vapes online and not get scammed from this place.

What a great place!At first I was a little skeptical because I was like. Oh brand new opening huh interesting, especially cause Im from out of town and all I needed was really a lighter, but as soon as I walked into this place, it was actually pretty immaculate, I was pretty satisfied and pretty overwhelmed, actually by the amount of. Supply in stock, the individual had inside their store.Shout to Kross for being a real one Having a travel, I completely forgot to get a lighter and I was able to get in here. They were so friendly in there!!! They’re Covid safe to the max, like max max, yet still were so welcoming to everyone that came in while I was there. The owner showed me a new product called Kratom. I was hesitant and didnt buy it, but after some research I’ll definitely be back soon to try it . The plant is supposedly related to coffee and I looooooove my coffee products

I stopped by Smoke World after having a co worker recommend them to me. I usually went to planet X but after my co worker told me about smoke world I had to stop in. Theyre a new shop, very nicely set up with a great selection of glass, vapes, and papers, wraps and cigarettes.Prices are excellent, I bought three items, all higher quality than what Id receive at Planet X, and for half the price.I spoke with Assad when I stopped by, he was very warm and hospitable. He had lots of knowledge about vapes and carried on a nice conversation with me while I browsed. Lots of choices, but the staff I dealt with was very short answered and pretty much threw his book at me and told me to pick from it without explaining the levels of nicotine and what the popular sellers were. For someones first trip and not being that experienced, I expected more courtesy and hoped to be offered more knowledge. He didnt seem like he wanted to spend the time to help me out. Unfortunately I wont return. Too bad because I would of liked to keep my money and business there.

Amazing service! Great people, overall they make you feel as if you have known them for longer than the 10 min visit. They treated us as if we were great friends and was honest about all products. Kross is awesome! So are the owners! I am glad I found this very clean and well stocked smoke shop here in anchorage. They have a good selection of Kratom. Kross was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me pick out exactly what I wanted. I bet both of the owners (I think there are 2?) and both were very kind and welcoming. Been here twice now and will be returning to buy all my kratom. Thank you AK smoke world!
