My visit to fat boys on 36th avenue anchorage AK is always amazing when Cam is there! Always courteous, knowledgeable and so efficient. Definitely the reason we keep coming back!!! As long as your employee CAM is there we will keep coming back.

The only shop I will go to. The manager was always the best. She is very friendly, helpful, and patient. Between her and the sweetest young dog I will not be going anywhere else.

I have never left a bad review until today, so here we go. I walked into Fat Boy Vapes on my lunch looking for flavors and a new vape. Horrible customer service, he literally dropped a box on the table and told me I could “go through it” but they don’t have flavor labels and I could look in the book. No one else was in the store but it was like pulling teeth to get him to help me and answer my questions. They also asked for a tip after this type of service, save you money from this over priced shop and go to a different place

Says 9am on google and the same on their door. I came at 8:45am and sat until 9:15 then called. Voicemail states they don’t open until 10am on weekdays. So you leave it on your door and online? Very lazy businessSo many people pulling up and leaving! Hope they lose every customer they insulted by giving false information

First off there is a a skiddish snappy dog they let roam around the store. Kept barking at me and made me nervous. The staff was not as knowledgeable as I was lead to believe. I got little to no help from the staff. And left to go somewhere where I know would help me with a subject I knew nothing about, Smoking Queens on Northern Lights and Boniface open 24/7

Once again Fatboy Vapors proves again to be the gold standard of vape shops in Anchorage. Cam is always knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.Do yourself a favor and check em out.

I dont use their products, but the manager of the shop (Clarissa, I think?) went WAY out of her way to contact me when the Post Office mistakenly delivered a package of mine to the shop. Absolutely top notch service, and Im not even a customer!

This place is commonly not open during posted times. Closing 10-20 minutes before posted closing times or hours after they are suppose to open. Overall, super unprofessional in their ability to keep consistent hours of operation. Often do not have consistent stock of juices and take months to get juices back in stock.

I got the Smok Novo4, some hardware, and some PNW Liquids vape juice. The prices were fair, the selection was decent and the service hit most of the marks. Altogether, I got a months worth of supplies and the device for $127, which in Alaska isnt too bad. Overall...Satisfied.

If im not ordering online this is my go to shop in Anchorage. Happy staff an a plethra of choices.

Good shop with a decent rewards program and good variety of e-liquids. However when I stopped by today to get some juice before I went on a camping trip, the Open sign was on, but it was locked up with a sign in the door saying Be back 35-40 minutes. It didnt even say what time they had left, so another customer and I left because we had no way of knowing when it would reopen. Disappointing.

Just had a the best customer service from Marie that works at Fatboy Vapors in Anchorage. She was willing to go the extra mile for me and help me with all my needs. Explained everything to me and was exceptional. I will look for her the next time I am in in Anchorage to thank her personally.What a delight she was.

Best Vape shop in town. They are consistent and have a large selection of juice and supplies. Ive never gone there and have to worry about them being out of something like a lot of other shops. Their place is clean and customer service has been above average during most of my visits. My first choice always.

Pretty horrible service, not even close to professional. Im calling from the bush and they basically dont want your business unless you are in Anchorage. I pretty much begged them because I dont have any options out here. I asked if they would help me out if I had a friend come in and pick the stuff up and he was like....okay.So then I told him I need a squonk mod. He said they dont carry a single one because theyve never done much here. I told him that I watch a lot of reviewers and read up on Vape websites and squonk mods are hot as hell and everyone is switching to them.....so much so that every atomizer you buy comes with a squonk pin. He repeated, Theyve never done much here. Well, I suppose if you NEVER stock them you wouldnt sell them much, would you?????The only way this store would get on the Best 10 Vape Shops would be that there are only ten shops in Anchorage.So......Im going to be placing a minimum $200 order.....but it will be with someone who actually wants the business, and someone who knows something about the vaping market.....these guys clearly dont.

Brush up on your lingo, I started off by saying its been a while and Im not really versed in vaping tech but had money to spend. The staff member that assisted seemed to be clueless on what a new vapor would need; I had to try and drag every answer out of them.Overall their website seemed to be there best in the region but I felt kind of dumb even being in the store trying to ask questions. I decided to leave and do some more online shopping/comparisons.I think they would be a great venue for the juice though with an entire long wall of selection.

They do a good job, but stock is limited, and they are out of 555 and other products very frequently. I also went in during their buy one get one free day, and they forgot to tell me about it. And then the didnt honor the deal when they were told about it.

The woman who works here is always friendly and remembers me all the time. The boys are super friendly too!! I could get my juice online but I prefer to come here just because they are so awesome. 😊😊

I see your website states that your employees are happy to help and are knowledgeable about products you carry . That WAS NOT my experience today.Not only are you discontinuing again a juice i only get at your store but when asking for an alternative the only response I got was I dont know.

Very knowledgeable staff. Customer service at the Anchorage shop is top notch. Wade taught me how to do my first build on my new atomizer. Juice selection is nice and large. Prices are comparable. This will be my only vape shop for as long as i am in Alaska.

Love the juice at this place and most of the staff is nice, but they sold me a coil that was leaking all over and wouldn’t replace it or even give me a decent discount on a new one literally the next day after I bought it. Why would I come back if you treat your customers like that?

Went here cause I broke my tank glass. The lady working was awesome. Helped me out and made me feel like I’d been going here for years. Shipment problems hit them hard tho.

This is a great shop my first time they the lady working was very helpful as I’m new too vaping so had a lot of questions and she was more than willing to take the time to answer them all it would be five stars but the last time I went the gentleman working was not helpful when I came in the store he was very short with me witch makes me not want to buy anything so I’ll have too come back when there is someone there interested in doing their job

Really great. The staff is amazing. They work with you to find what your looking for even when your not sure yourself. They treat you like family but hey isnt that what this community is about. They will always be my go to shop.

Made FatBoys Anchorage my go-to shop for my 6 week holiday in AK. They answered my questions via phone very well and were fast & friendly when I came in the shop. I was mostly in and out knowing what I needed but they seemed more knowledgeable then other shops in the area. Prices were good for a B&M store.

Great place to find mods, tanks, and etc but a relatively small selection of juice for people who prefer to buy in bulk as well as over priced juice. The store does however often best the competition in every other facet including shop appearance, presentation and overall pricing of various products, the only reason it didnt get fine starts is of course the juice as mentioned before.

Rude staff. Punk kid couldnt be bothered to answer questions about flavors of juice. Happened multiple times with different employees, spanning 4 different visits. Lost my business. Do yourself a favor and go to Alaska Vapor Supply--they have better juice, supplies and employees.

Won’t be shopping here again the past three times the Samoan lady has been very rude. You didn’t have a sign requiring a mask, since the mandate was lifted I went in without one on. She proceeded to have a attitude and said I can’t be in there without a mask on while she herself wasn’t wearing a mask. Shopped here for years but I will be going elsewhere because of her rude services every week.

Went in spent well over $200 and wasn’t told about the reward program. When I walked in no one greeted me, when I tried to asked questions about the vape I was buying they didn’t tell me anything about it then turns out it was one of the worst on the market when I talked to a very nice VERY educated vape shop owner somewhere else. The staff was just very off putting and quite and acted like they were better then you and weren’t helpful even though I spent a lot of money there. Definitely do NOT recommend going there. Also there window sticker says SAMPLING right on the front of the store when I went in and asked “NO we don’t”. Then why haven’t you taken that advertisement off if you don’t. Since that’s what intrigued me to go and I heard from someone else that went in there as said that’s where they get their stuff and that it was good. But it’s definitely not.

Wasnt impressed with this particular location. Maybe just a bad day but when I asked for a juice with a flavor profile I like it wasnt even close to something I could finish. The products were the same ole same ole youre going to find in any random vape shop and they do have a wide variety of juices to choose from. Unfortunately they missed the mark on this visit. I probably wont return to this location. Wasilla location was light years ahead of this one.

I went here a couple of years ago and hated it there. Rude staff, not very knowledgeable on their products. And the prices seem kinda high. But went back a week ago and it has changed, the staff was very nice and help full, had a nice time looking around in there, the prices have come down to what you would see in other shops now.

1st time here thank for your time. You could have been a little less impatient with me when I asked questions. But otherwise store atmosphere was good.

Chill environment with a knowledgeable staff always ready to reccomend their picks or whats hot. Seating is available if you wanna relax, maybe try some of their samples and their selection is great as well.

They do not take returns of any kind. I bought the wrong coils, came in 45 min later to return them and buy the correct ones and they said no. Ive been going to fatboys for years and I will not be returning again.

Great for starting up but there are better more customer friendly places in the anchorage area. The people working here have an attitude thats really off putting, like im bothering them by being a customer.

My first time ever vaping, and Matthew over at Fatboy Vapes made the process so easy ! He explained everything you needed to know and answered all my questions. He also recommended flavors & a starter kit. so far so good as far as his recommendations. Definitely coming back for any other vaping needs.

My wife and I went to Fatboy Vapors on 01/30/14. The staff was extremely helpful, explained a LOT to us we didnt know and needed to know. Not only did they make sure we left the store very happy customers but they called to follow up since my wife forgot the flavor list and it was emailed to us. Subseqeuntly my wife called and ordered several products that she was able to check out at the store (we live in Juneau) and their service again was above and beyond. If you are thinking about vaping to quit smoking, or just want to vape---these are the people to purchase from. We rarely see service this good and they have earned our patronage for their excellence. I recommend them, and tell my friends to buy with confidence (not only in the product but what they have to share/teach) new vapers.

Young group of guys seem to work and hang out there. They do not presure you into buying high end items. I did have to return my item and they would only allow an even exchange, not an upgrade.
