Edited to add:Went back in there today and got to meet the owner, Jay. He was the nicest guy. I will not be going to any other vape shop up here in Anchorage as long as this business is open. Even his coworker who was in there with him was amazing. To anyone who wants a friendly, kind environment to shop at, this is the place to go.The guy working was so amazing and helpful.We went to the one on the old Seward Anchorage location.He helped me finally find a juice I really like and Ive been looking for months now.

Gotta shout out to Brian at this location. Top notch customer service! Superb recommendations.All of the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are great, and the customer loyalty program is amazing.

They have lots to choose from vape wise and they are the cheapest prices in town. For example geek bar vapes are $30 each here and $60+ else where. I have been coming back the last two months- even going out of my way to go there.

9pm-closing [12-12-23]To this female who cant mind her business has the audacity and tells my significant other:She was sorry for what he was going through, that no one should be treated like that.First of all, our conversation doesnt concern you.It could be our two kids, our work hours, anything.Still, none of your business.Learn how to be more professional and not make others feel uncomfortable, Otherwise, maybe that job is not well suited for you.Neither of us will be going back.Ive been there a lot over the YEARS, and Im an old customer.Its disappointing to have recommended his first experience due to poor behavior with that employee.

I accidentally grabbed my expired ID tonight running out the door and needed to go grab my current one but decided I will not be coming back to legion vape because the employee there was rude about my old ID and was shaking his head and presumably cussing/laughing at me through the window when I jumped in the truck to run and grab my correct ID. If you want good service, a great(er) selection of vapes, and kind employees go check out Planet X, they’ve never treated me this way and actually help their customers.

First time visiting this shop and was very pleased to meet JAY he was very generous and helpful in every way.. got some juice & 2 batteries , last bottle that was on display 3mg raspberry +dragon fruit iced tea he hooked me up for $10 bought another bottle of tortoise blood 3mg at full price and he threw in a Ti7000 of my choice tropical rainbow blast for free on the house as a back up, about another hour after leaving went back for more materials and again he hooked me up , very cool guy I would definitely recommend stopping by and check him out he’s got 3 shops 2 in town and 1 out in eagle river … very satisfied

Friendly staff and a unique vape shop.A little pricey and not the best selection but it got the job done.

This place had a really good supply of a lot of flavors. Its been hard to find a good vape shop in Anchorage for me, personally. However, they generally have a good stock of things here and have some really good flavors as well. The staff has always been really polite when Ive been here. I definitely recommend this place and come here as a regular for vape goods.

I started going to this vape shop several years ago and left a stellar review on their Facebook page at that time. However, over the last few months, the supply has dwindled and having gone in on several occasions to buy nano pods and vapresso pods they have been out. I have bought three different vapes now due to lack of supply and because I believe in loyalty to great customer service. After today, I wont be utilizing this shop. The female cashier is rude and lacks the ability to provide any help. The first time I went in and engaged with her she was yelling at someone on her phone and about 5 minutes later the poor sap on the phone walked in, and selhe proceeded to yell at him about alarms going off and their cats being alone. Today, I went in, AGAIN, to buy pods. This time I was told they were completely out of Vapresso pods. I told this woman I have been in several times and theyre always out, and because of this I have had to buy several different devices. She just looked at me and said, sorry. I then asked if she knew of any other vape shops in town that carried the pods. She stated, I dont know of any other shops, I only shop here. I just smiled, shook my head and left. I wont be back. Terrible customer service. If you cant keep stock or get stock in; at least provide where customers can go.I dont know where the guys went that were at the old Seward location but it was much better without the rude woman.

Okay prices service has gone down quite a bit not very friendly not very helpful

My favorite vape shop by a long shot. The staff is always friendly no matter who is working. They make great recomendations when asked. Also they have a loyalty program when you register an account with them. All around great vibe.

Jay is the best. Is stock in mods and juice is 2nd to none. I appreciate his consistency in keeping the usual favorites so I not chasing my juice down. He offers a great loyalty system. Keeps his shop super clean and his knowledge is OFF THE CHARTS. Comfortable atmosphere and if your new he great at helping you get started.

Great place, the staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable about any questions I have had. Highly recommend. Good prices as well. They’ve helped me out in a pinch when I burnt my coil and didn’t have a penny to my name.

Customer service is not something they do. Good products and selection but very indifferent staff. You should do your research and know what you want before going in. I was able to get a good product but it was like pulling teeth to get answers. It really felt like they didn’t want customers in the store.

I first found legion vapor Google searching for a place to by batteries as I live in nome,Ak and no shop will ship batteries. I call a few other shops. I was told no we don’t ship out of Anc. I call legion. Talked jay. I was told yeah I could do that just got this site for online age verification. Once that was done called back jay hooked me u with batteries and juice. When in anchorage. I went to the og shop Evan help me out the few times I was there. I recommend this shop. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Also if u have a request ask jay. He hook up u on tank I couldn’t find

Brand new to vaping as a coworker recently gave me his old mod. Explained this to the guy and asked what I needed for it and guy says well we dont have these coils. I said okay anything else I should know about or buy for it for cleaning etc. Then he points out I need to get the mod fixed because the battery latch is loose and that was it lol.. was not helpful what so ever. On the other hand the other guy in charge of juices was nice knowledgeable and very helpful. He deserves a raise.

Its always a pleasant experience stopping by the shop.They have a a very large selection of e-liquids, coils tanks batteries mods and other items for your vaping needs.Staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help if you have a problem.Was recommended flavors by staff and can honestly say I was impressed.Parking is a little limited.

Javon H. made my day! I came in late last night because my old device broke. I was in a panic to get something that would fit my 510 thread tank. Once I got home I was pretty upset to find out I was sold something that wasnt compatible. This was the third purchase from legion vapor that Ive been unhappy with. I was ready to give up on this store for good. I generally try to avoid the awkward hassle of returns, but decided to go back today on my lunch break in hopes of talking to the owner. Im so glad Javon was working the counter instead. He listened to my issues and needs, and he was able to exchange my purchase for exactly what I needed. I am not really educated on vape devices, but Javon didnt make me feel stupid or embarrased for that. He took the time to explain the details to me, got my device set up, and even made sure it was working with my old tank before I left the store. Javon provided the best vape store customer service Ive experienced from Anchorage to Wasilla. Give this guy a promotion now!!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, large selection, their point system is cool. I have acrewed 30% off any one item!One complaint while the e-juicr selection is huge bottles are expensive when compared to some competitors ranging from $25 to $35 a bottle.

Anchorage vape stores did not have what we needed so on the way to Palmer called around and couldnt get most on the phone. Called this place, they answered and had exactly the random vape tank. Took a tiny detour and super happy 😊

Some of the juices dont taste as advertised. Purchased a flavor that was suppose to be straight mango, but tasted absolutely nothing like it, even having an almost plastic after taste. Wanted to try and exchange for a different flavor, and was told there is no such option.Theres no method of sampling flavors, so whatever you get, just hope it actually taste like what the label says, or youre screwed 30$+Going to a different shop to buy now.

Before I bought any vape products I asked a co worker what store deserves my buisness. He quickly answered legion. the customer service I received from the owner Jay was better than I ever would of expected. He has plenty of patience for new customers who have absolutely zero knowledge so dont be afraid to ask questions. Great line up of products and juices as well.

Dumber than a box of rocks. I dont know where these vape stores get their employees, but its clear that being too stoned to speak clearly over the phone is one of the requirements.I need vaping supplies in the bush. Stoney tells me his boss says its illegal to ship them. I say I think his boss is misinformed and ask to speak with him. Stoney says the boss isnt around (they never are). I attempt to explain to Stoney that intrastate shipments are exempt in Alaska specifically so they can reach the bush. Stoney, confused by big words, says its not happening and hangs up.Its clear this business doesnt want customers in the bush, and I will remember that when I get to town. But with this business model I doubt they will be open long.Anf FYI:The ban prohibits the use of the U.S. Mail to ship vaping products to residential addresses. There is an exception for intra-state deliveries within the states of Alaska and Hawaii.

Great cape Shop, best flavors in town, good crew working the counters super helpful bunch. Owners pretty awesome dude. Good selection of tanks and mods as well.

Owner and his staff are friendly and helpful and are also knowledgeable. Ive been patronizing this shop regularly and I would recommend it to new vapers and experienced vapers alike! Great for a quick stop but happy to answer questions and help out when needed.

Legion Vapor is the best. Any place that can get a 40+ year smoker to quit is wonderful. Jay and all his guys are very helpful-funny and very knowledgeable on their products and always have the best prices and great merch. I love the hours they have and they are even open on most holidays. Thank you Legion Vapor for helping me get healthier but still have the pleasure of nicotine and it doesnt stink :)

Wonderful service, staff was excellent and had the knowledge to sell me what I needed and they did not try to get me to buy more then what I needed. Good selection of juice and good website.

The person working was completely apathetic about us being there. They dont even carry Smok coils. They had one type of coil, and only tanks that work with that specific kind of coil. Anyways, we left without making a purchase. Not impressed.

Excellent service! Before I bought a vape mod from them I could always bring in my old one that I purchased from another store and they would help with any problems I had. I will only shop there for any of my vape juices and equipment from now on.

I dont do electronic, I smoke cigs but my friend let me try one of her disposables and when I wanted one she swore on this place because she used to have a mod & likes this place so much.I was nervous going in because I dont know anything about vapes or e-cigs and when I explained my situation the staff was so informative, helpful, and chill about helping me find what I wanted. My first visit I even signed up for their rewards program 🤪

The guys are very knowledgeable. Prices are fair, and the rewards program this fantastic. The also get new flavors the circulate through so there is always variety.

Im really not picky, but theyve got this watermelon juice that I cant live without. They have nicotine bumps and pretty great prices. Juul pods. Accessories. The whole nine. Definitely worth it all.
