MJs One Stop Vape Shop

Awesome staff! I have only gone twice since Ive been staying in Seward for the summer, but they have treated me well and the shop has so much to select from! Highly suggest going to MJs. I cant remember the name of the woman who helped me last time, but she was so kind!! :)

I’ve been going to MJs for some time now about once a month. The prices are fair and costumer service is fantastic! The mother and son duo are my favorite faces to see when I come into the shop. They are very friendly, welcoming and very helpful with any questions or concerns! They also are so fun to have a conversation with! They are the type of people that you can easily get along with and warm up to so easily

Prices are higher than others however customer service was great

Vanessa are more expensive here than around town, from what Ive gotten so far they are slightly higher quality. The guys in there are always nice and knowledgeable

Ive been coming to this shop for about 2 years now, all of the employees recognize me when I come in, theyre all very friendly and personable and I feel very comfortable and welcome every time I come in which doesnt happen everywhere. They have a great selection of products, flavors, brands, mods, you name it. Good prices, military discount, and there arent a lot of shops on this side of town, which is just another perk. Open a Southside location! Lol

Ok so this rating is because of the owners associates which every single one that Ive encountered and have tried to get help from has been the biggest waste of time. Extremely rude employees every single time me and my girlfriend stop in there. Its sad because the owner is seriously awesome and one of.the sweetest ladies Ive ever met and I mean that. But I never see her there anymore. Very sad. Your staff is slacking MJ just a heads up

So I came in to just get some juice real quick, dude that helped me was helping another person. I asked if I could get assistance and the other customer had to tell him go ahead, they are still looking. He help me and everything was all good except the entire ti.e there was some dude passed out snoring loud behind the counter. So I guess this isnt a 1star for the store but that employee. And if your the store owner maybe sleep at home or atleast in the back, so your not snoring infornt of all the customers.

This is the place to be! Great customer service! All my questions answered honestly! Great selection and wide variety of products! Sweet price, deals and discounts! Awesome kick back spot to just chill and relax! 10/10

Customer service really lacks . I’ve called every day for the last 5 days and no one answers the phone. I’ve been here a lot and have spent a lot of money on vapes I come in a few times a week. And I bet none of them know my name. Most of them treat this place as a social gathering spot to just sit behind the counter and not do anything. And when a customer comes in you can tell they don’t wanna get up.. I had high hopes for this place since every time my friends keeps bringing them up. But customer service goes a really long way. That’s how you’ll get more customers to refer more friends to shop there.

Owner is very friendly. Up kept with all the latest vapory tech. Great Military discounts being that most of there customers are military. New employees are trained well to keep your satisfaction high too.

MJ and crew are highly knowledgeable and very friendly. There is no upsell or pressure to buy something you dont need. They cater to each customers preferred style and taste. Also, they have the widest variety of juice flavors in stock and they always have every strength you could want on the shelf! I have never gone in there and not been able to get the juice at the strength that I wanted. This is the only Vape shop I will ever go to in Alaska!

Eerily quiet inside with a low selection and non-competitive prices. If youre in the area and need something right now, this place technically serves this purpose. But, $25 for a 60ml that retails for $11.99 from the supplier, and is roughly $18 at other spots in town... perhaps the prices are competitive for their military customers after a discount. However, this on top of only one flavor and one nicotine concentration available for very popular juice brands makes this a last resort place for vaping supplies. It seems the owner replies back rudely to criticism on here? Weird customer service. Although I will say it is nice to have a vape shop on this side of muldoon.

Best disposable vape selection in town! Tons of flavors and styles/brands you cant find anywhere else! The shop has a relaxed, comforting vibe to it, and the staff are super knowledgable and helpful without coming off condescending. ( a problem Ive had as a female in other vape shops)

Very welcoming and helpful when you go there you are treated like more than just a sale and customer like they actually make it very personal and customized the most professional and chill environment prices are the best and didnt feel embarrassed or judged to ask questions about my vape.

Bought defective vapenever worked even once. brought 4 days later they told me it is defective but theres nothing they can do since ALL THE SALES ARE FINAL! Learned my lesson here. will not come to this place again

Decent staff, only tried one of their products and it was some Killer Custard juice, which is okay. Would have to visit again to form a better review.

Fair prices and lots of choices from juul / pods to salt nics and regular juices. They have lots of equipment also. Military discount is a plus!

Liquid vapor is the only thing that they will carry I went in to see if I could get a dry earb vapor it is not possible I asked him if they would be getting them in they said that was not possible and no way were not going to get them in in my opinion if you want to start a Vapor shop and youre only going to go half way then youre not going to be a very good Vapor Shop after telling me that there would be no way that they was going to go to do dry Vapor I made it a point to never ever darken that door again

Vapes are way too overpriced , and then they die in like 2 days, if youre a heavy smoker/vaper do not buy from here , youre better off ordering bulks online for a lot cheaper!

Had some custard vape juice and customer service was on point.

The guy running the counter was awesome. He was super helpful and made it a quick easy trip.
