I’ve been to a few massage therapist in the San Diego area before my experience with Orchid Thai Spa. It wasn’t until a couple of years ago that I actually got into Thai massage. One day, the massage place I had been going to for a couple of years had no availability, so I looked up a replacement and stumbled upon Orchid Thai Spa so I thought I’d give them a try. I haven’t been anywhere else since. The pressure applied and stretching is definitely what I need to loosen up tight muscles and joints. This establishment is very well maintained, the staff is very professional and the pricing is reasonable. My wife and I usually get a couples massage for the Thai Combo massage. Catalina and TikTok are the two therapists that we schedule our appointments with every time we visit and we look forward to our monthly sessions. I highly recommend this establishment, especially these two professionals. I hope you enjoy this establishment just as much as we do.

I was looking for a great massage in a clean, relaxing, and welcoming environment, and found it in the Orchid Thai Spa and Bodyworks. I knew I was tightly holding onto stress in my shoulders but had recently recovered from experiencing pain in my upper arm so I was fearful of getting a massage. After reading all of the 5-star reviews, I decided to take a chance. I am so thankful I did. Anthony was wonderful about making sure I was okay while alleviating all of the tightness in my shoulders, back, arms and hands. Ill be back.

I really liked the massage. It was perfect! I really liked the pressure and the techniques Catalina used. She asked me if I wanted the hot stones and I said yes. That really elevated the experience because the heat made my muscles relax further.She also had suggestions for what I could do at home to prevent my shoulder injury from happening again. At the end, she stretched me out and my back cracked which shows I was able to relax despite the pain.I booked my next massage with Catalina and am really looking forward to it!

I recently tried out a Orchid Thai Spa massage at this place that specializes in deep tissue massage along with traditional Thai techniques, and let me tell you, it was a game changer. The therapist really knew how to work out all the knots and tension in my muscles, leaving me feeling like a brand new person. I loved how they incorporated stretching into the massage, making me feel like I had just visited a chiropractor. Overall, the experience was rejuvenating and I left feeling both relaxed and energized. I will definitely be back for more sessions in the future. Highly recommend!!

I was in search of a deeply therapeutic massage to ease the tension in my muscles from martial arts training, particularly in my mid-back, which felt like concrete. Catalinas incredible strength and keen awareness allowed her to skillfully navigate and release some of the most stubborn knots. She, along with the entire staff, exudes warmth, courtesy, and kindness. While Thai massage can be intense, especially with its deep stretches, Catalina’s careful and intuitive approach made the experience both positive and profoundly healing.

I had a message there on August 14th with Sandy. She did a great job. Very peaceful and relaxing message, I slept very well that night. I will definitely come back again in the near future and highly recommended the place.

After several months of dealing with lower leg swelling and pain I discovered Orchid Thai Spa located in downtown Chula Vista. Quire simply the cleanest, friendliest and professionally managed Spa I have experienced in San Diego. I spent an hour with Gayle. She is a Reiki instructor, speaks fluent English and magically relieved much of the swelling and pain in my calves, ankles and feet. Orchid Spa is really worth your visit

First time here and it was amazing. Sandy worked on my lower body after a half marathon and she knew exactly what I needed. She’s little but so strong! She was very sweet and passionate about what she does. I highly recommend going in and asking for Sandy!

Wow!! I had a massage with Catalina, and she is a true healer. She really took the time to understand my mobility, previous injuries, and current pain to tailor my massage. Catalina listened and felt she really cares about the experience she provides.

My masseuse is Mimi, looks very young, so I was skeptical how the massage session will go. To my surprise, Mimi provides a very good deep tissue to loosen my tight shoulder and body. She uses various techniques to demonstrate that she is a professional masseuse in this regard. I feel good after 90 minutes. I think I will continue repeating with her because of her excellent skill, high dedication, and pleasant personality.

This place was amazing! This was my second time going to Sandy. The 1st time i did 60 min and the 2nd time I had to do 90 min because my body needed more..i have a lot of knots and pain on my arms, hands, wrist, shoulder. I didnt even have to tell Sandy my problem areas because she went based on feeling and touch, and let me tell you, there were areas that I had no idea were tense. Sandy really went deep into my muscles,knots and nerves and worked out all my nooks. Shes incredibly skilled and paid attention to detail. Her passion for massaging really shows because she was incredibly thorough and leaves no area without being massaged as well as really listened to me and the level of deep tissue that my body needed.

Orchid Thai is one of the best massages I’ve ever had. They are professional and courteous, making sure they consult you prior to your massage to identify any problem areas and provide a customized experience. Ivy and Mimi are both excellent therapists who will ensure you leave happy, relaxed, and feeling better than you did walking in.

I just had my first treatment here and it was awesome!!! I have some serious knots in my back and tik tok did a fantastic job of finding them. Im sure I will be sore but this place is a gem. 👍👍

It is the best Thai massage place in Chula Vista. I have been going this place from 6 months ago and I am writing a review after getting their massage several times to give the honest opinion. All the staffs are professional and they know what they are doing. I get disappointed by some of the Thai massage places as they really do not know where to pressure and how to pressure to losen the tight muscles. In Orchid Thai Massage, they will push exactly where you want.I got my massage from Ivy & Tictok. Both of them did a wonderful job. Ivy has a certificate for the massage and she proves her skill completely even in 1 hour session. I get a tight back and shoulder from my profession easily and she noticed it for the first time when she massaged me. Of course she massaged all those tight muscles and it felt so good. Wish I could get that massage every day!!Some places, you get a good massage randomly depending on the staff. However it does not happen in this place as all of them are good.I strongly recommend this place.

Had a excellent couples massage with Tiktok and Mimi!! The wife enjoyed the massage by Mimi and Tiktok took care of my lower back issues. Ive had my share of Thai massages to include some in Thailand and this was in my top 5. My lower back appreciated Tiktoks strong pressure and stretches.

It was a very satisfying experience, I had some issues on my neck, lower back ...I left the place feeling like new.

Mimi, Ann and staff are awesome. This spa is surprisingly large. Chair massage area, esthetician room, and couples room, great tea and chocolates. Also, certified in lymphatic drainage and lomi lomi and they are also great instructors. So definitely book an appointment with them. Great area and community.

Customer service unprofessional, called back in to do walk in when i get there they just cancel me for no reason i call before i go to the place i drive all the way here and just waste my time. Don’t go here i feel disappointed they had good reviews but the reception is bad.
