Absolutely appaling customer service from the heavy set female with large eyes. I am not being rude, just referencing her description that works behind the counter. I requested to see a variety of e-cigs and she stated you have been here and there in the back. I dont even live in Chula Vista. I live in downtown San Diego. Just happen to be in Chula Vista.She is rude and has no business working in the customer service industry. I called to reference a complaint and a manager named John would provide no further details because they have stalkers per his converstaion with me. The Better Business Bureau will be contacted as well as the Department of Consumer affairs. If the heavy set female withe large eyes is working behind the counter when you go in you might as well look for another store and just walk out. You will walk out feeling discusted. Manager John would not provide further references or assistance.

Stopped in for some cigars and was pleasantly surprised by the selection. Its not the biggest humidor around, but it is a walk-in and I was able to find all my usual favorites along with a few new sticks to try. Ill be going back when its time to stock up again 👍

If you’re looking for cigars..don’t come here. They will stuff you in prices. I don’t understand why the city hasn’t intervened on their prices. The staff has no knowledge of cigars of any kind. To give you an example. A box of 20 cigars from New World could run up too $120,& these people sell them for almost $180. I say almost because if you have a credit card they will charge you .50 on top of the taxes. I’m from Florida,& I have to say… stay away from this place!

This evening I went to CV Cigars & More. Joshua provided excellent customer service and was very respectful. He went above and beyond by asking me many questions to narrow down the e-juice that would be recommended, and he nailed it with the selection that I chose from. This place is great as I always have a positive experience when I come here.

Great Location and has a large selection. My complaint is a Female on 12/03/2023 @ about 6:15pm was Bad. I Requested to see merchandise to the cashier. She asked what do I need to know about it. I just wanted to see it hold it my hands to decide to buy it or not. She made me feel as if I was wasting her time and or was trying to steal. Her body language and attitude is a lost of my business.

My experience with this shop was positive. They have a good selection of cigars in a walk in atmosphere controlled room. All in all, they have a good broad selection of tobaccos and accessories, like lighters, glass ware, etc. If youre looking for a basic tobacco pipe, they have you covered. Also, the staff was pleasant and happy to help me out with some pipe cleaners for my Peterson pipe.Im not sure you could ask for a better experience.

This is not a review of a the products but more a review of the staff. The staff is not friendly. I walked in this morning 11/7/2022 at 9:05 am and the girl very rudely said, no, you have to give me a few minutes. And made a hand gesture to get out. The advertised hours say the store opens at 9am, it is not my fault that she was late to work. I left and decided to take my business elsewhere. The place has good products but the girls working there are rude and seem to hate their job. They dont answer questions or make recommendations.

Love this place. Solid selection of cigars. I always come out with something. The employees there are very helpful and knowledgeable

I agree with David. Ive been in the store maybe 4 times. Each time the same girl there has an Attitude. I recently bought a Juul battery from there and she snatched it from my hand. Then followed me around the store like I was going to steal something. I got home and the Juul didnt even work. I would not recommend this place.

This place is awesome, they have a great selection of cigars. This is my second time coming here and Jenny was super helpful like always. Highly recommend this place.

I went to get my lighter refilled and to checked what was wrong with it I thoughts they knew what was wrong with it and the clerk charged me for a piece I didnt needed nor fixed it then her boyfriend attempted to fixed it and opened the package which made it impossible to return then they told me ohh no you actually needed this other thing the spark stone sooo Im like thank u an Im out honestly l dont know what to think but the staff needs training and actually real training.

Owner Jennifer. Soooo rude. No smile no eye contact just a sour face and lack of customer service. Almost like i was an inconvenience to her. Had her dog with her in the store without a leash. Not sanitary nor safe. Also way over priced. Stay away! Many other places. Obviously she does not care about her business.

I got help from a super great employee by the name of Gaby. Made a good recommendation and I was so pleased I had to call and thank her for the advice. Check this shop out!

I have walked past this place several times since I usually get Lil Skeezys for the kids every Friday. Never knew how good of a humidor they have in here. First time, trying to get some cigars for some friends that want to try out cigar and wine. Cashier was very helpful even though she was in a boot and had to constantly go and help other customers and come back. Very knowledgeable and made some good recommendations. I will be back here. It is not far from the house and being in the strip mall that it is, it is a good location. I cant say enough about how surprised I was to go in and find this place.

The service was horrible and the staff was very rude. I was sold a product that is not working! She didnt even feel bad about it being defective. Basically, youre just screwed!

I really wanted to say that, who ever is in charge of ordering cigars for the humidor is doing great job of curating a very good selection of cigars. Whenever I go, I always find some great cigars to pick up at a really reasonable price. Keep up the great work. This will definitely be my home B&M cigar store.

Decent selection, but the cigars are overpriced. Cigars I saw here were almost $5 - $6 dollars more than other cigar shops in the area.Highly recommend Crown City Cigars on Coronado, much better pricing for the same stuff.

Service out of this world. The kindest most helpful people you can ever meet. They have just about everything and if you are serious they will order your tobacco needs. They are the best.

They sold me a bogus lighter. Worked in the store, but when I got home it stopped working. I went in the next day with my receipt and asked for an exchange. They refused - there was a sign posted NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.I should have paid attention. /sad face

Let you fingers do the walking. Well, not at this store!They wont give prices over the phone. Im sure not going to make a 10 mile round trip to ask that question.

Be careful when you buying here - check everything in the store before you pay. If you do not and the kit is incomplete (even as you were told that it was) - you stock with that. They wont even exchange (same day purchase) for something,useful. Not to mention that you can get the sales person who doesnt have any idea what she is selling. I will never go back there again - EVER.

I got there at 759pm on the 21st of September and the lady said we closed. Now a man was in there the same time so we both walked out. As we walked out a white female walked in and we said we they are closed but she went in anyway. So I walked away and turned around and the white man went back in. About six mins later they both came out with items in hand. I feel if I wasn’t there(black woman) she would have serviced the guy but had say we closed. Because why would he stand by the door and wait until I left to go back in. Yes I waited to see if she serviced them. They are closer to my place but I will go else where if they have a problem with black people. I wouldn’t make it about race if she turned everyone away and stuck to be closed but she didn’t.

The staff has always been super nice, helpful, and willing to explain something if there are questions. I like the place and the cigars are reasonably priced accordingly. The vape juice is a newer addition, but they have a great selection to choose from.

Bought Xikar cigar humidifier box and lighter ($108), price and selection is competitive.But.... cashier has a horrible attitude and made me feel rushed and like she was making me a favor, she didnt handle feedback either and started justifing herself. Made my purshasing experience a sad one.

The lady behind the counter was very friendly and nice. They have a very good selection of cigars that are properly taken care of. The prices are a little higher than I am used to paying. I would recommend and I will be going back.

Update: It looks like the humidor is doing a great job and the cigars are no longer dry and brittle. They do still charge you extra if you use a debit card and not cash.

I went in this morning to buy a coil for a vape. The cashier handed me the coil outside of the wrapper and I asked if I could get the wrapper explaining that I use it to prime the coil. To this I was met with a glare and was told very rudely that she doesnt have any scissors and too bad. Dumbfounded by her unnecessary rudeness, I apologized for asking and said I would no longer be shopping from here anymore. To which she replied, then dont. Obviously business and/or customer service isnt important here. Support a store that cares for your business.

There are a few good things about this place. Its local they have a decent variety of cigars and other items and the staff is always nice and friendly. However what the heck is going on with the prices? I think theyre a bit much.

A very nice selection of cigars. Camacho, Drew Estate, AJ Fernandez, CAO, Auerto Fuente and a couple of others I noticed in my short time here. Prices run from $5 for generic and $30 plus for the higher end stuff. Some cigars had a reasonable B and M mark up, others were way overpriced from what you would pay online. Staff was friendly and didn’t mind a man with a bag in the humidor. (i left my backpack by the clerk.) Not a bad place to shop if you are familiar with cigars and their retail prices.

Went for some shisha for my hookah, and they had a great selection. Good cigar selection in the walk in humidor. The girl working there was really friendly and helpful to pick out some new flavors

This used to be one of my favorite shops... often returning several times in the week, sometimes multiple times a day, giving them the buisness because im usually met by polite and cutrious service, but the last several times i was met by extreamly rude, unprofessional,un informed, employee who made faces at me and was rude, and i still made my purchase but should not have... i will no longer be comming here... and all my buisness and my friends will be going else where, you have soiled a good experience and something that was pleasant. more shops out there with curtious people who want regular buisness and wont treat you like

Searia (hope i spelled it right) was very helfull.got me a new vape pod. Only 1person allowed in the store at a time. But she was absolutely nice & informed!! Ill be back.

I am really bad with names but I can tell you the beautiful woman who helped me was so knowledgeable. He customer service skill are what this country needs more of.I will always come here from now on

All the vapes I bought are garbage and don’t last a year and comes with problems. Also there is a no return policy

Great variation of consumables and assorted flavors. Kind staff who is always alert and works courteously covered shifts.

Since it was the only Cigar place I could find that was near Otay Mesa I stopped in and was pleasantly surprised. As others noted, staff was knowledgable and helpful. The stock was good.

The cashier with tattoos has a horrible attitude and thought I was going to steal some cigars never going there again. I rather drive 8 more minutes and go to the one in otay.

Just went here to make a purchase with my fiancé and the woman behind the counter was super rude we were browsing around and she basically treated us like were we gonna Rob the place so we left and didnt buy anything I have never felt so disrespected in my entire life they will never get my business and I well be spreading this around the pipe enthusiast community.

Cigars are fake...beware bought a cohiba supposedly from d.r. but they seem to be the fake cigars that they sell across the border in tijuana.

The only person I know that works there is Jennifer. Shes very beautiful young lady, she seems to know more about tobacco and tobacco products in the people who grow it.
