Hands down one of the best smoke shops in Chula Vista right the heart of it all on Broadway and H this smoke shops owner takes personal pride and care that his customers not only receive great values and quality products but are treated with respect and leave the store feeling satisfied. Every time I visit he proves that hes more interested in satisfying his customers and running a good business then making a fortune. If you havent visited this shop yet then you dont know smoke.

Shop owner was unprofessional and seemed to be out of it when i asked about a product and she had no idea what i was talking about. Would not recommend

Came in for a quick battery replacement to a cartridge. The deals were amazing! Ended up spending $115 on $200 worth of product! This place is generous to its customers. Who needs a dispensary when you can come here to a family owned business -support local. Very knowledgeable about products and gave great recommendations. Definitely a customer for life!

This smoke shop isn’t the one I normally go to but it will be from now on because of Marvin. He gave great customer service and didn’t hesitate to help us with an issue. Amazing experience! :)

I have never been to a smoke/vape shop as great as this one. Seriously. The owner is extremely friendly and this place has some of the cheapest prices in Southern California. Conveniently located directly across the street from Chula Vista mall. I pretty much always travel the extra 3 miles for the service here. Great selection and most importantly (for me) they have kratom. Please give this place a go. You will not regret it :)

Horrible customer service, wasn’t cooperative. Denied what i said. Sells fake stuff and sells to MINORS. I bought a stiizy bat n a couple pods sold it to me for cheep, i couldn’t scan it until i bought it. They were fake. Wouldn’t recommend.

The best smoke shop to me by far good glassware products backwood backpacks backwood ware hookah equipment to trays lighters and wraps for whatever type of wrapping papers or leaf papers your looking for. The manager and workers are awesome great to talk to. Willing to help with any questions when it comes down to what you came to visit for. Thank you guys for always being there to help.

Going to the smoke shop was the most convenient and easy experience they have everything here and theyre very helpful good customer service
