This place has been my go to for awhile. The staff is very friendly and helpful with recommendations. I purchased a vape and tried it in the shop but the flavor wasn’t as great, so the guy that helped me let me try 2 other ones with no hesitation. I don’t know the guys name but top tier customer service.

This is my Go to vape shop! Ive been a loyal customer since 2019. I love the owner shes nice helpful and she goes out of her way to make sure the customer is satisfied. She definitely runs a top notch business and shes such a baddy! Dont believe me? Check out her stickers...anyways I recommend this place to all my friends and Ive purchased my last 5 vapes here and will continue to do so as long as the shop remains open.

Angel made the atmosphere very welcoming and after looking through 8 other smoke shops, I was very pleased with everything from prices to experience, Very awesome if possible I will come back

Went in to get some smokes but when I went in they didnt even have the brand I wanted, and the line was long and it took me for ever to get a answer that they suck. Might have been just me but no Marlboro what so ever.

Its a fine shop. Nothing extra special about it. They have a large selection, I guess. My vape battery was about $10 over priced, but I was in a hurry.

There are a variety of e-liquids, mods, accessories at this shop. I actually walked into the shop to purchase some disposables because I was feeling lazy with my mod set up. Being very perceptive, the Ms. Esther (Ester?) Pointed out immediately about my mod missing the vape tip as I was vaping on my tank and recommended me a selection of replacements. I am happy about attentiveness of the staff and selection recommendations provided!

Bought my first reusable vape pod system here. The employees were highly knowledgeable and diligent in responding to any question that I had. One employee also helped teach me how to fill my pod for the first time since everything had been pretty foreign to me prior. Highly recommend!

At the beginning that was my favorite smoke shop, I actually go almost 30miles just to purchase from them. The manager over there usually does a really good discount for me, however, recently I guess the shop has a new owner, they didnt have my products anymore but the most frustrating part that I called twice just to ask if its available or not because Im coming from a long way and the girl keep insisting that she cannot provide me with such info as she cant confirm my age!!! Like WHAT ON EARTH IS THAT!! actually anyone can go to the vaping stores and ask whatever they want but when it comes to purchasing yes they can verify my age. They let drive all the way there for nothing because simply they dont have what I needed. I put an X on this store never coming back.EDIT: If I can give the place 10 STARTS ID DEFINITELY DO 100, I called the owner and she didnt just handled the situation but also offered me 4 bottles of my eliquid and delivered them to me by herself and all for free. AMAZING PERSON, I really hope all businesses would treat their customers as shes doing. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

This is the spot to go if you are a smoker , the customer service is great I got helped out by a man named Nate and he got me back up to date with my mod/vape , it is working great and am happy I stopped in to get what I needed from this place , definitely a cool spot to go for anybody who likes vaping or enjoys a good piece of glass . Been coming here since before they changed the name and everything. I purchased about $500 worth of stuff today. The cashier dropped my two quartz bangers and said let me check to see that they didnt break and i took her word for it. I get home 30 mins away and check and one of them actually are broken. Those things are expensive since they raised their prices on it. Not a great way to treat a long time customer that spends a significant amount of money there monthly.

I forgot His name, I think it was Thomas or Tommy, but he was very helpful. He took time to research the Vape mod I had, and I discovered I’ve been sold the wrong coils from another shop after almost a year. Explains why my vape was always leaking. The shop also has a vast selection. Definitely my go to shop when I’m in the area.

Great customer service, only thing I have to mention for the future customers is that if you guys are going to buy disposables you will have to try it inside store, because as soon you leave and one taste like burn they will not make the exchange (that happen to me :(. This is the only place in town that has my coils I think lol. Always super friendly and helpful, and even helped me pick out a tank which has honestly ended up being my fave tank so far. The guy whos always there when I visit is so nice and always starts up a conversation which honestly makes all the difference because I dont get that friendliness from other shops. Def my favorite spot to grab juice or coils.

Been vaping for years. This place has a decent selection of what you need whether it’s premium juice, the newest mods or disposables.My favorite part of the shop is Kenji though. I moved to mission valley and I still make the drive down just because he’s so welcoming and is always down to take his time and ask how my day was as well as help me out with whatever I need and I can be super indecisive.

Went into store to shop. I dont wear a mask and not stick. Was in store for about 10 minutes. Went back into store to purchase items and was told to leave because I didnt have a mask. I placed my shirt over my face and was told it had to be a mask. She said she was the owner . If she was she needs to learn how to use her people skills and deal with people. Not tell people that her mom has cancer. None of my business dont care.

Visited this place yesterday and purchased 2 bottles of vape juice as I always do. The employee accidentally gave me the frozen flavor of which I didn’t notice until later that evening. I brought one bottle back to the store today to swap out for the correct flavor (not both because I opened one).The employee working today refused to correct the mistake made by them saying that he’s not the manager but wouldn’t reach out to ask if he could do the right thing.This is an absolute joke and doing business in this manner will lose you a lot of customers. With all of these businesses going out of business right now you would think a company would take care of their customers especially when the solution is very fair.I would suggest finding another spot for your needs because if they ever give you the wrong merchandise or charge you incorrectly they will not fix their mistake!Shame on you. This is not the correct way to run a business!

I went to Riverbottom Vape shop and was helped by the cute girl (Tiana). I was on the fence about buying a new vape because I’ve been trying to quit smoking for the past few months. She walked me through my options and gave me a great explanation about all the products until we found something just right for me. I ended up taking the SOL device with some watermelon pods. I haven’t touched a cigarette in a month. Can’t wait to go back and buy some more pods from them. Great service!! Will definitely be going back again.

Perfect store for any vape. They have all different kinds of flavors for vapeing. One of the flavors I truly enjoy is Fruit Monster - frozen mixed berry. Most of the stores I find convenient dont carry Fruit Monster. When you walk in the entire 70ft right side of the store is floor to ceiling with flavors. Anything you need vape wise is there. No other store in the San Diego area can be better than Vape Universe.

Worst customer service ive ever encountered, bought 3 vapes with a deal 2 of them work good but when one stopped working after a couple days and went back the guy told me he couldnt do anything because it had been a week already (6 days) and that i shouldve checked the vape worked when i bought it, told him no one told me that, said it wasnt his problem and hes just trying to run a business..DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!!

Bought a Nectar collector from here and after 3 days is just shattered. After bringing it back to the store and explained that it had cracks and now is shattered from use I was told that it was a “bummer bro” and nothing could be done about it. I was just told that it sometimes happens and it’s pretty much a gamble if the product you buy will work out or fail with use. I’d take my chances in a casino before taking another chance with this store.

Faulty glass shop. Sold me glass that broke in 2 days after just putting heat to it and told me I would have to buy another full piece. No warranties. No accountability for their cheap merchandise. Manager knew it was cheap when he sold it to me. Now he says I just have to buy something more expensive or the full glass set over. DO NOT GO HERE! Waste of money.

I got some juice here the other day. The juice was phenomenal but they are ridiculous with prices. They over charge like crazy. I went home to search the exact juice online and found it for half the price cheaper. Your best bet is to either order online or just avoid THIS vape shop all together.

This shop has a big selection on juice and some pretty nice glass. the workers were really all chill and friendly as well. Also, they’re open during the best hours.

Bought a freeMax tank that keeps opening up in my pocket and they wouldn’t exchange it. Because it’s used they said. Not cool. Less then 24 hours old. I always go here for my vape needs, every other day I was stopping in since I started vaping. Not anymore.

Do not waste your time with this shop. If you buy a vape they will not do anything about it if it breaks. The prices are too high and the sales people lie to you about their service if anything goes wrong with any product they sale. Go to somewhere that is more reputable and please for the love of everything holy don’t waste your hard earned money here. My vape lasted a week, cost me $150 and now a week later I’m out on the street with no vape because they can’t help me.

Dudes were smoking in the shop.. needed to buy a hookah and the guy ripped me off charging me 40$ for a small box of sheesh. I went to a different place 10 mins away charging that same brand for 10$.. never again!
