Mr. Vapor

New manager is a creep and will hit on any woman that comes in. He penny pinches everything and will over charge like crazy. He is also forcing the workers to sell product that has been used. Been coming here for years and never had any problems before now. Definitely don’t recommend this place but in the bright side the workers here are great and have amazing customer service.

Great customer service. Owners are very nice and notice there “v.i.p” customers that buy frequently! Gets to know there customers by greeting , and discounts!

Came in looking for Vape accessories and never have been here before. West the owner was very nice and treated me with respect. Was not pressured into any sales definitely will be coming here when I’m here in Chula Vista

Customer service is great. The place is very organized and the staff is very helpful. It is in a great location and easy to find. Parking is good too. If you need anything for your vape come here, they will definitely help you out. Their CBD products are also worth trying out.

I came back to edit this from a 4 star review to 5 because of the outstanding customer service the blond gentleman that works there provides. (forgive me, his name escapes me) the first time is a little pricey but if you put your phone number in the tablet they have, you will almost always get a coupon for 10-30 percent off by the time you need to re up your juice. friendly staff, good prices, and a clean store

Definitely recommend these guys!Their selection is so large that theyre one of the only places in town that actually carries the brand of juice I use. Their prices are actually fair, like online prices were back in the day. Staff are always super chill and friendly, just ask em theyll help you out!

They were so friendly! I came in to buy my first ever vape and they answered all my questions and took the time to help me get everything I needed. They even offered to help me set it up! Ill definitely be going back and I would recommend them for first timers like me who need the extra help.

Walked in, guy behind the counter was talking to a customer about his women issues. Was standing for a min or two in front of the only display they had with vapes. They kept having a conversation about romance without acknowledging me so I left. Wont be back.

Wish they did obligate the hours listed. But opener was very kind about being late and offered a discount for my patience. Thankful on the grounds of everything. 3 1/2 stars

I found this vape store recently, and was pleasantly surprised at how different it was. The staff knew the products and the prices very well. It is clean and well stocked, and if they dont have something they will order it for you. Its not like a smoke shop, its a straight up vape shop, kind of like an old hookah place. Dont miss a chance to stop by and see the new rebuild, and meet the manager he is an awesome guy!

Their juices are great, good flavor and good price. Customer service is okay too, but every device ive bought from here malfunctioned or was just really bad. Given their all about juices so i shouldnt really judge them on their devices.

Went to this shop looking for Smok GX2/4 and he had it in green, exactly what I wanted. Mod was bad so I left unhappy however Ace told me to come back the next day and he would have one for me. Went next morning and he hooked me up with the purple one and some Alien juice (which is the best e juice Ive ever had!) This is definitely my go to place since I just moved here. Why 5 stars, Ace gave me a killer deal on the kit and hes very knowledgeable about his products. 👍🏽 will be going back as a forever customer!!

The staff here is fabulous they are so helpful and I go there at least once a month. The guys will explain every question you have so you will understand completely. I wont yo anyplace else.

Used to be my favorite shop til they overcharged me for a starter kit. Told me no returns either. Sucks because I loved the flavors they have.

Best place in town! My friend wanted some juice for his vape and he was calling vape shops to see who had some deals going on. So we ended up heading to Mr. Vapor because they had a deal for 20% off on juices. The first thing I notice was how clean and organized the place was. The staff members really knew their stuff. I wasnt attending to buy anything, until the man Ace introduced me in some vapes to look at. I told him I wasnt interested he asked me if I did vape, I told him I do but I didnt have one because mine broke and I didnt have enough to buy one. He then told me which one would you like if you did want a vape. And of course I picked the snow wolf because I originally had it. He then told me if I get the snow wolf, 2 batteries, rba and a charger, I would be able to select three 30 mls juices for free! I couldnt pass that up. However I told him I didnt have the money. He instant that he would hold it for me until the weekend. Came back got it! Great guys fun to hang with and talk too. They indeed have my business!

So aside from opening and closing whenever they like, not respecting the hours posted on display or on their Google page and Website they wont perform labor on your Vape bcuz apparently they only sell the products. Thats funny considering that other solutions could have been found. Mediocre worker I dealt with today.
